Following this story, “Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to add Islamic foot-washing stations to concourse restrooms,” Texas Governor Greg Abbott intervened following public outcry. The foot-washing stations were also at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. Abbott stated:
“These ablution facilities appear designed to single out one subset of the population for special treatment based on religion. That is illegal,” said Governor Abbott. “Both airports are government-owned facilities. The federal and state constitutions prohibit government from facilitating this sort of discrimination. Just as the government cannot favor the secular over the sacred, it also cannot favor one religious view over all others.”
But the Washington Post is trying to defend the foot-washing stations as a Muslim issue, with the usual victimology subterfuge. “Texas Gov. Greg Abbott takes aim at Muslim washing stations in airports,” by Molly Hennessy-Fiske and Michelle Boorstein, Washington Post, August 20, 2026:
HOUSTON — For years, travelers passing through Texas’s two biggest airports have had access to small washing stations for a ritual called wudu, in which Muslims clean their hands, arms, head and feet before the five daily prayers.
Such facilities have become more common in states with the largest Muslim populations, including Texas, where on Wednesday travelers and others popped in and out of washing stations at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The tiled wudu room sits along an airport hall just past a vending machine, with a small sign showing a draped person kneeling.
Public wudu stations are also open at places including the University of Minnesota, the University of Michigan, LaGuardia Airport in New York and O’Hare International Airport in Chicago.
Now, amid rising attacks on Muslims by Republican elected officials, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is making the stations a target. He sent a letter Friday to the heads of the Houston airport and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport that said facilities aimed at serving one religious group are discriminatory against everyone else. …
Abbott launched a review of state grant funding for Texas airports and proceeded to request a federal investigation in a letter sent to U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy. Let’s not forget that state funding is taxpayer funding. Following Abbott’s intervention and public scrutiny, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, which was rather secretive about where the funding for the foot-washing stations was coming from, scrapped its plans to install new foot-washing stations.
The most critical argument in support of Abbott’s crackdown on Islamic foot-washing stations in public bathrooms at Texas airports is ironically and unintentionally made in the Washington Post’s article, as it defends unreasonable accommodations for Muslims. The article states: “Such facilities have become more common in states with the largest Muslim populations.” This is precisely why Republicans are concerned. The Sharia is dangerous and antithetical to American freedoms — from free speech (since any offense to Muslims is forbidden, with charges of “Islamophobia” much criticism of Islam already) to gender rights and equality.
Expecting unreasonable accommodations in the West such as foot-washing in public and the Islamic call to prayer blasted over loudspeakers are just the beginning; many more demands are coming, including some involving Ramadan. A woke school in Canada banned kids from eating in the cafeteria and lunch room so as to not offend Muslims during Ramadan. The spread of Sharia has been turbo-charged via leftist support, under the umbrella of DEI.
Historically, as the Muslim population grows and Muslims establish a critical population mass, any given society experiences inevitable shifts, both culturally and legally. Despite America’s first amendment, Islamic supremacists have tried to infuse a zero tolerance ethic for any criticism of Islam or Sharia into American society, using America’s manipulative DEI project (which involves leftists carrying water for the Islamic Sharia agenda). As this critical mass is reached, sweeping societal or legal shifts occur, and the Sharia expands its scope.
The Washington Post’s line that “Such facilities have become more common in states with the largest Muslim populations” was an unintended advocacy for the truth.
The advance of Sharia needs to be resisted. Muslims are not being unfairly attacked. Their Sharia agenda is being attacked, as it should be, and there is a paramount difference between attacking all Muslims and attacking a brutal, supremacist ideology that has shown its tendencies for violence and oppression over 1400 years. Although DEI adherents call it “discrimination,” it is no such thing; we don’t see Hindus making such demands, or any other group, for that matter.
Democrats will hand over America to Islam and Marxism in a heartbeat. But some Republicans are fighting the spread of the Sharia in America.

Abbott should also work to get rid of his state’s Muslims along with its airports’ foot-washing facilities.

Now that the Vatican library has a designated muslim prayer room,( down the corridor from the kosher bagel shop),
I am sure the Vatican also provided a foot washing station for muslim “scholars”
. Muslims must wash their feet before “praying” for our demise.

All of this need to *wash* says a whole lot about how filthy muzzies are. It’s a very unclean religious/political entity and the adherents are trying to control society any way they can.
Gov. Abott is simply following the Law. The airports are government controlled and one religion held up as special, is against the Law.

We demand an altar where we can burn our offering! Will the Wudu stations work for that? And my Tibetan friend wants some prayer wheels installed so he can pray with his hand on the way to the gate. And what about an E-meter for Scientologists? How about a Jim Cargo shrine for the cargo cults? A wall shrine for Buddhists? Some incense?
What!
Think we’ll live ‘neath your spell and
Do do that Wudu that you do so well?

You forgot the Voodoo accommodations and the shrine to Baal of Peor.

There already are existing Muslim stations at DFW(2019) and Houston airports (2024).

Islam is Anti-Christian and Antisemitic as taught in Islamic Law and in Islam’s Qur’an. Allah in Qur’an 98:6 says, “Surely those who became infidels, from the People of the Book[Jews and Christians] and polytheists, will abide in the fire of hell forever. Those are the worst of the creatures.” Allah in Qur’an 5:51 commands, “O you who have believed[Muslims], DO NOT TAKE the Jews and the Nasara(Christians) as friends. They are friends to one another. And whoever among you takes them as friends, so surely he is of them. Surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.” Also, Allah in Qur’an 5:82 says that Jews are the worst enemies of the Muslims.

Those Muslims .with their stealth jihad, who demanded foot washing stations to be installed in that airport ,most likely , knew about the Arab fable of the man who owned a tent in the desert and the camel
So here it is. One cold winter night in the desert a camel; ask a man who was in his tent “It’s so cold outside could you please allow me to just stick my nose in your tent to keep it warm ?” The next night the same camel asked that man “It;s so very cold side would you please allow me to stick my entire hear along with my front shoulders in you tent to keep warm a bit ? That kind but foolish man allowed that camel to do so.
The third night that camel quickly barged into that tent therefore that camel took total control of that tent.

The old saying very much applies one of the methods of the stealth jihadists, That saying is :”Give them an inch and then they will take a mile.”
