CAIR Lashes Out in a Panic Against the Sharia-Free America Congressional Caucus

Texas Representatives Chip Roy and Keith Self officially launched the Sharia-Free America Caucus in the House of Representatives in December. It is a much-needed incentive to counter the insidious rise of Sharia in America. Chip Roy’s website explains:

Sharia is a dominating force that is not compatible with the U.S. Constitution…

Rep. Roy said: “America is facing a threat that directly attacks our Constitution and our Western values: the spread of Sharia law. From Texas to every state in this constitutional republic, instances of Sharia adherents masquerading as ‘refugees’—and in many cases, sleeper cells connected to terrorist organizations—are threatening the American way of life. Those who succumb to this political ideology seek to replace our legal system and Constitution. Under Sharia law, there is no freedom of speech, religion, or women’s rights. Europe should be a wake-up call to America, showing what the spread of Sharia law looks like. America’s immigration system must brace to take on this battle, not only to preserve our constitutional republic but to take charge in the spiritual warfare and defend our Judeo-Christian values. I am proud to co-chair this caucus with Keith Self, as it is important that our colleagues know the state of play; the preservation of America, Western civilization, and its people depend on it.”

Rep. Self said: “The American way of life is under siege by radicals from a culture waging war against our Constitution and Western values. We’ve seen what happens when nations allow this infiltration: countries like France and England are on the verge of losing their identity and sovereignty. The same forces are at play here in America today, and if we don’t stop them, they will conquer our country too. I am proud to co-lead the Sharia Free America Caucus with Congressman Chip Roy to defend our Constitution, preserve our freedoms, and make America a Sharia-free nation—once and for all.”

In February, Robert Spencer testified before Congress about the Sharia. See HERE. It was part of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government hearing, “Sharia-Free America: Why Political Islam & Sharia Law Are Incompatible with the U.S. Constitution.”

The hearing  discussed: “Sharia law-based legal and civic institutions, how these alternative institutions are contrary to America’s founding principles, and how they may violate federal law and the Constitution.” It also examined “proposed legislative reforms that would protect all Americans from efforts to establish alternative, Sharia-based institutions.”

It should be expected that the powerful Islamic lobby, the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), would fight back tooth and nail, perhaps like they never have before, given the gravity and potential impact of the Sharia Free America Caucus to their operations, particularly given that Texas and Florida have designated CAIR a terrorist organization. CAIR referenced the Caucus an “anti-Muslim hate group,” despite its comprising of 60 members of Congress. “CAIR Welcomes Congressional Letter Opposing Anti‑Muslim Hate Caucus Signed By 119 Senators and Representatives,” CAIR, June 8, 2026:

The Council on American‑Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed a bicameral congressional letter signed by 119 Members of the U.S. House and Senate that denounces anti-Muslim hate and “opposes” and “express[es] serious concern” about creation of the so‑called “Sharia‑Free America Caucus,” an anti‑Muslim hate group promoting fascist legislation and policies meant to ban American Muslims from their nation.

The letter, led by U.S. Representatives James E. Clyburn, André Carson, Rosa DeLauro, Hank Johnson, Ro Khanna, Jerry Nadler, and U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, warns that the hate caucus promotes legislation that discriminates against American Muslims and undermines the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious freedom.

CAIR previously designated the House’s “Sharia‑Free America Caucus” as an anti‑Muslim hate group masquerading as a congressional caucus, noting that it seeks to promote bigotry under the guise of policymaking….

But look:

This isn’t remotely isolated.

CAIR obviously has lots to lose in the advancement of the Sharia-Free America Congressional Caucus, as it frantically wields the tired old “Islamophobia” battering ram yet again to resist efforts to keep the Sharia out of America.

The Sharia-Free America caucus needs to forge ahead with support from Americans for the sake of freedom for all. CBN discusses the Caucus:

The Sharia-Free Congressional Caucus is up to 60 members, as it faces off against an aggressive push from the leftist-Islamic alliance to try to quash it.

Ironically, many of the very values that leftists support — even to deviant heights, such as promoting transgender surgery to underage children — the Sharia opposes. The Sharia assigns the death penalty for homosexuality. As for women’s rights, just look to the Taliban or Iran to see the reality of Sharia on display.

CAIR has never advocated for American constitutional values. It is a deceptive special interest group advocating the goals of Hamas and Islamic supremacy in accordance with the Sharia.

    CAIR will scream RELIGION, President Obama brought in a sharia law expert during his first term for the Fellows Program: Samir Ali. Would bet he was trying to see how they could impose sharia law & Constitution together however sharia law is simply ISLAMIC law….A FOREIGN LAW.

    Nothing in sharia law is about religion, it is all about killing non Muslims, Jewish people, Christians. Sharia law: tells Muslims to “kill them where they find them” ( Chapter o9.0, Jihad/Reliance of the Traveller: Islamic Sacred Law) It tells Muslims the rules for bathing, toilet rules, bathing and sex among other rules.

    There is no religion in Islam, Islam stole from scripture to appear religious and used Jesus as a prophet. How did Islam steal from scripture, that’s easy because Islam was created some 600 years or more after Jesus was on earth. God would never create Islam however Satan would.

  2. I was going to describe CAIR as a fifth columnist organization but then it dawned on me that fifth columnists worked behind the scenes. This new version of fifth columnists works right out in the open. CAIR is just one of dozens and dozens of alphabet soup organizations that fall under the umbrella of the Muslim Brotherhood. None of them try to hide, they lobby, advertise and demonstrate. Army Major Stephen Coughlin wrote a book titled “Catastrophic Failure – Blindfolding America in the face of jihad.” He does a deep dive into the workings of these groups. Take the blindfolds off, people.

They should be stripped citizenship and sent to muslim nation for the rest of their lives.

  4. A house divided against itself cannot stand. Just as it was the case that America could not continue indefinitely with both free and slave states, so is it the case that America cannot continue both free and with Sharia. One or the other has to prevail. I’m 100% with the former. Screw Sharia.

  6. Congress needs to start investigating CAIR for its ties to Hamas/muslim brotherhood, as well as any cases of racketeering that they’ve indulged in since 9/11/2001

      No doubt of caiir and Muslim brotherhood tie. It is time to fire the ships up and begin deporting . It will be bard to put them in prison because brother hood was declared terrorist only few months ago. So it won’t work legally.

  8. Islam is like a pathogen that can invade our bodies and fool our immune systems into not recognizing the pathogen for what it is – an invader that will kill its host.

    Islam is a totalitarian form of Government that covers itself in a coating of Religion. This is how Islam has gotten past the U.S. Immigration gatekeepers. When questioned about aspects of Islam that conflict with the U. S. Constitution, the invaders simply lie.

    Attaching some religious aspects to your totalitarian Government does not make you a Religion. The Quran, Sira and Hadith are the documents that define Islam. Sharia is intertwined in all three.

    If you are a Christian, Jew, Hindu etc.you can separate your Religious Laws from U.S. law and vice versa.

    Not so with Islam. Sharia is Islam. That is why once Islam is inside your borders, in sufficient numbers,
    Islam starts insisting on the implementation of Sharia. Implementing Sharia is the reason for the invasion.

    Islam claims to be perfect. You cannot subtract from perfect and remain perfect. You cannot subtract Sharia from Islam and remain Islam. Throw in Lying to immigration officials, to further the cause of Islam, followed by Birthrate Jihad, and you have a bad infection that is lethal.

    You would not inject yourself with a lethal pathogen and then claim you could manage it.

    Stop the injection of the pathogen that is Islam into our Political Bodies. Islam is a form of Government, not a Religion. Islam should be stopped at our Borders – just as we Bar Tuberculosis.

      Democracy and theocracy: each is a system of governance.

      And each is antithetical to, and incompatible with, the other.

      The U.S. is a representative democracy. Islam is a brutal, totalitarian theocracy.

      While elected officials like hijab wearing Ilhan Omar, as an obvious example, have a constitutionally guaranteed right to believe Islamic woo woo. But they cannot honestly uphold their oath of office while doing so.

      Swearing in with one hand on Qur’an is an intentionally fraudulent act.

      They’ve gotten away with that because so-called reporters and our ‘leaders’ have been too afraid to point that out.

  9. If the caucus was “anti-muzlim” it would be working to send all of them to some other country and/or take away all rights provided by the Constitution muzlims are working so hard to destroy.
    If raskin, carson, etc. were telling the Truth, then Reps Roy, Self, Fine and the others would be trying to prevent muzlims from becoming doctors, lawyers, teachers, politicians, etc. and going to their barracks every week to do more preying.

    If the scuzzies and their backers in the government were honest, they’d admit that they want to impose the demands in their book of demon filth on the rest of us….and take away all of our freedoms.
    The courts run by muzlims are geared to leave women and girls in the dust regarding divorce, rape, property, etc.

    muzlims want to force everyone to live by their evil belief system without any choice of conscience or other belief.

    If they don’t like the idea of the rest of us being free of their hate, they are free to travel to one of the 57 varieties of muzlim-ruined nations.

    It’s really too bad that the “sharia-free caucus” can’t be a muzzie-free caucus….because its opponents want to make the country Freedom free America.

    • So many good comments today. Sharia is a problem and it is real. It is the foundation of the Islamic way of life.
      Always a pleasure to read from so many very intelligent people posting today.
      What somehistory points out cannot be stressed enough and that is regarding how women are treated under Sharia. Women and even young girls are treated as property and not very further than that. You can be traded for livestock, married off to some creepy old guy at age twelve. That is not happening here, yet, but look at Afghanistan and any of those other countries. It is happening still. This needs to be brought up over again and again so that people understand just how primitive and disgusting this whole thing is. I have three girls and I will die in order to keep them from ever having to succumb to any of this.
      We all have the same goal here I believe. We need to talk openly about how to solve this problem and soon. Bernie and Chuckie love this b.s. and they can’t get enough of it. I think starting at the voting booth is good, but will not fix this quickly. Eventually we will all have to go to Bass Pro so we can do what needs doing. I don’t shop there, but I think my reference is understood.

        When those who work hard to make the public believe islime is just like Christianity….only better…they make a lot of noise about women being free to wear a face-squeezing scarf, as if that is the real deal with islime and its rules about females.

        They refuse to point to the things that deny women, infants and young girls any rights at all. No choice about school, dress, marriage, mutilation, rape; denied a voice to protest being raped, mutilated and sold to the highest bidder to be raped daily.

        they focus on the scarf because they can make it seem benign and only a symbol of piety and modesty. They don’t disclose what happens when the girl refuses to be bound to a rapist, nor when a girl refuses to wear the face-squeezer.

        It’s horrible enough that these things are done to those born into islime; but they are pushing to make sure everyone is treated with the same evil.

        More individuals need to be made aware of what their so-called ‘law’ means for every human, especially young children and little girls of all ages.

  10. Sharia strikes out on a couple of points.
    One, it is religious law, and we have a separation of church and state.
    Second, it is a foreign set of laws, which goes against our Constitution.

    What really scares CAIR, is that people are finally waking up to what islam really is.

    • The government is silent and the democrats have been supporting Islam the bigger picture comes into play is called voting, American are not going out in person to vote.

      Americans are not learning about Islam in the real sense of what it actually is. Is it going to take actual war inside of America because right now Islam is working by elections to enter into public office and change the scope of America city by city.

      People, Islam ie Muslims are not true to the Constitution because they follow sharia which is Islamic law a foreign legal system working against the CONSTITUTION, Islam is trying to conquer America in a very quiet manner and those people who do not VOTE are enabling Islam to win.
