In a show of complete desperation, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has written a 26-page open letter to Americans, more specifically to the easily manipulated woke. “IRGC writes an open letter to American people,” Mehr News Agency, September 29, 2026:
Speaking in a press briefing on Tuesday, Spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi, in this letter, addressed the honorable people of the United States, scientists, university students and lecturers as well as media person, emphasizing, “Americans can live peacefully with Iran if they separate themselves from Israeli regime.”
IRGC in open letter to Americans stressed that occupiers of Palestine will have to leave, return to their countries.
During the conflict, more than 3,600 people, predominantly civilians, including 400 children, have been martyred, and eight universities, three hospitals, and eight schools have been bombed.

To the honorable people of the United States of America—the scholars, the students, and the media persons,
We begin this letter by saluting the noble souls of God’s greatest prophets—Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, may His peace and blessings be upon them all.
Seven months ago, the US military, launched an unprovoked war, in violation of the international law, against Iran by attacking an elementary school in Minab, murdering 168 innocent schoolchildren along with their teachers. Simultaneously, they attacked the offices of Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, martyring His Eminence and several members of his family, including his 14-month-old granddaughter.
To date, the war has claimed the lives of more than 3600 Iranians, the vast majority of them civilians, including 400 children. Eight universities, three hospitals, and eight schools have been bombed. Yet, despite the unprecedented acts of cruelty and violence suffered by the Iranian nation during this war, the United States and Israel have suffered a crushing defeat, while the Islamic Republic of Iran has achieved a decisive victory…
The letter also states that the regime’s routine chant “Death to America” is due to policies of the U.S. political establishment rather than to the American people, and suggests that the 9/11 jihad attacks were a “false-flag operation.” It also “regularly condemned President Trump as corrupt, ‘crass’ and ‘ignorant,’” while touting the virtues of Iran’s putative Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei. The letter also had the audacity to claim that “there is not a single verifiable instance where the IRGC has committed an act of violence against civilians,” when the world knows the extreme brutality of Iran toward its own people, as well as deployment of its black ops internationally, via its proxies.

The IRGC reports directly to Iran’s supreme leader, who is, of course, currently the Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, who hasn’t been seen since the February strike that killed his father and reportedly severely wounded him. At his elevation to the leadership on March 8, a large cardboard cutout of him was presented at a ceremony to celebrate his ascendancy to the top spot. Speculation arose that he had actually been killed in the airstrike (as was his father Ali), while other reports have speculated on the extent of his injuries. A new report about the missing ayatollah from NDTV states:
Khamenei was rushed to a Tehran hospital after the February strikes targeting his father nearly killed him, only to be “pulled from the rubble” again after the United States and Israel bombed the medical centre, an Iranian cleric revealed.
Between the mysterious absence of Iran’s supreme leader and its war with America and Israel, the Islamic Republic is destabilized, to say the least.
The IRGC’s exact role is to safeguard the Islamic Republic’s regime at any cost, and to preserve its Shi’ite ideological legacy. The IRGC reports directly to the supreme leader (or whomever his proxy might be), making it the ultimate authority in Iran.
The IRGC’s letter to the American public shows Iran’s desperation to see an end to the crushing American and Israeli war on the regime. But it also shows that Iranian regime leaders have been observing vigilantly the rhetoric of the woke media and leftist leaders inside America, with full knowledge of their opposition to the war on Iran.
Iran wants unimpeded freedom to proliferate and stockpile its weaponry (and to continue to develop its nuclear capabilities) in its quest to dominate the world. “Death to America” (a.k.a. the Great Satan) and “Death to Israel” (a.k.a. the Little Satan) are longstanding goals of the Shia regime, despite the current deceit of its leaders saying otherwise. The IRGC’s attempt to explain away the “Death to America” chant to the willfully blind is risible, but expect the woke to believe anything. The chant originated during the 1979 Islamic Revolution, evolving directly from protests against the American-backed Shah, Reza Pahlavi. “Death to the Shah” was also a slogan at the time.
“War is deceit” in the words of Muhammad, and the regime is deploying its psychological strategy tailored to the woke.
Iran’s Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi’s address to the “honorable” infidels “of the United States, scientists, university students and lecturers as well as media persons” states that “Americans can live peacefully with Iran if they separate themselves from Israeli regime” and turn against Trump. This is insultingly transparent: the leaders of the Islamic Republic know that if the Democrats gain power, they will once again have free rein. But it’s worth bearing in mind that those most susceptible to propaganda do not recognize when they’re being manipulated or insulted.
The regime’s aim is to exploit American divisions over Donald Trump. But the clumsy modus operandi of the regime is inadvertently telling the world that America is doing well in this war. The real picture is that the Islamic Republic is reduced to begging the left in America for help.
The woke within will continue to aid the Islamic Republic of Iran in its goal to destroy America and Israel. Iran knows this, so the regime is trying to convince American voters to vote Democrat. The Islamic Republic certainly enjoyed the benefits of tens of billions of dollars that flowed into its coffers during the presidencies of Joe Biden and Barack Obama.
