CAIR was listed as unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, the largest terrorism funding trial in the history of America, and was categorized under “entities who are and/or were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and/or its organizations.”
The governors of Texas and Florida also designated CAIR a terrorist entity, along with the Muslim Brotherhood. Unless forced to do so, the group will never give up targeting Israel, and never stop its dogged activism, which includes chipping away at America’s foundations to promote Islamic values. Yet it brazenly continues its work on American soil.

Judea and Samaria is jihadist-infested, and the jihadists’ goal was identified. They aim to perpetrate an October 7 style attack in that very region. A report last spring exposed the fact that the Palestinian Authority security forces were “building” an “offensive force” for a “surprise attack” on Israel. According to the report, which was first released on March 24, the Palestinian Authority is developing a “terror army in the heart of the state, capable of launching a surprise attack on Israel on a scale far greater than the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas assault.” Last year, two perpetrators of a Judea and Samaria jihad terror attack turned out to be Palestinian Authority cops. Judea and Samaria is also a jihad terror hub for the Islamic State (ISIS), Hamas and other terrorist entities.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Authority’s forever president Mahmoud Abbas, who has been in power for over 20 years, yet again postponed elections that had been scheduled for November. Maybe he’s going for another 20. His Fatah party has been reportedly collaborating with Hamas in a joint effort to hold onto power.
If anything, there needs to be more of an IDF presence in Judea and Samaria. The audacity of CAIR to call on the White House to restrict Israel’s capacity to defend itself! But that should come as no surprise, given that CAIR’s executive Director Nihad Awad stated that he was happy about October 7. The statement caused the White House even during the Joe Biden administration to disavow the group.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today called on the Trump administration and members of Congress to demand that the Israeli government immediately halt its ongoing campaign to create “another Gaza” by ethnically cleansing cities in the illegally-occupied West Bank.
Israeli occupation forces reportedly levelled a neighborhood in Hebron and forcibly-evicted some 1,500 people from their homes in collective punishment for an attack on an army checkpoint that killed two Israeli soldiers.
In a statement, Washington, D.C.-based CAIR said:

Maybe Israel wouldn’t be targeting Judea and Samaria if Muzzie jihadists didn’t keep crossing the border for a jihad terror attack on Israelis. CAIR needs to be designated as a terrorist organization nationwide, so those associated with it can be deported.or jailed.
