Some examples of attacks on Muslims which were recently highlighted:
- Three men were shot dead at the Islamic Center of San Diego;
- A Utah Muslim man was stabbed multiple times for being a Muslim;
- A Muslim woman who rescued a bird suffered abuse from those who thought she was harming the bird;
- Minnesota Muslims are reportedly afraid to perform hajj for fear of not being let back into America (if they’re illegal migrants, they shouldn’t be allowed back in).
And “Islamophobic” incidents are said to have risen across America since the October 7 jihad attacks. The scapegoats to blame for these attacks are not the isolated perpetrators themselves, but the so-called “Islamophobes,” as Islamic lobbies such as the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) judge.
Among the water carriers for groups such as CAIR are many among the leftist DEI crowd who operate under the Christian banner of love for the “other,” no matter what the other may do, as seen in this Baptist News Global article which blames Republicans for “Islamophobia”: “Republican-fueled Islamophobia cited as cause of more attacks,” by Jeff Brumley, Baptist News Global, July 16, 2026:
Numerous recent attacks and threats of violence against Muslims have been inspired in part by Islamophobic statements from Republican politicians, according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
The civil rights group on July 14 urged “elected officials and other public and community leaders to unequivocally repudiate anti-Muslim rhetoric and to reject those who promote it following the allegedly hate-motivated stabbing of a Muslim man in Utah.”
Conservatives have increasingly relied on Islamophobia to rally their MAGA base heading into the 2026 midterm elections. Republican leaders in Texas and Florida this year declared Muslim groups like CAIR to be terrorist groups, while Republicans in Congress launched the Sharia Free America Caucus.
But CAIR issued a warning July 15 that U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., is stoking violence with his consistent claim that “Islam is not a religion. It’s a death cult.”
“Sen. Tuberville’s shameful and inflammatory attack on Islam is setting the stage for violence against ordinary American Muslims. When an elected official falsely labels the world’s second-largest religion a ‘death cult,’ he gives legitimacy to the same anti-Muslim hatred that fuels discrimination, harassment and acts of bias-motivated violence,” said Robert McCaw, government affairs director for CAIR.
Case in point, the organization said, was the July 13 stabbing of Syed Sohail Uddin in Salt Lake City in which the accused perpetrator, Peter Michael Larsen, said he targeted the victim because of his Muslim faith.
Earlier, authorities in New York arrested a man for a series of fire bombings he admitted were religiously motivated….
BJC stands for Baptist Joint Committee on Religious Freedom, a historic collaboration between the Southern Baptist Convention and a committee tied to the Northern Baptist Convention, according to the BJC website.
In 2023, the BLC held a conference; in a followup report on that conference, the same author who wrote the article “Republican-fueled Islamophobia cited as cause of more attacks,” Jeff Brumley, stated:
BJC and the BJC Center for Faith, Justice and Reconciliation are urgently needed to counter the white supremacy menacing religious liberty for all in the United States, said the Rev. Dr. Adam Bond, a scholar and Baptist minister.
They are needed “to develop definitions and strategies around religious freedom that will unmask and combat the racism, sexism and homophobia that inform Christian nationalism and that inform anti-democratic rhetoric and practices in the mainstream of our nation,” said Dr. Bond, who joined the Baylor University religion faculty in August after serving as pastor of the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Richmond, Va…
Religious liberty is a U.S. Constitutional right. Every free society respects it. Islam stands apart because it is the only religion that is actively expansionary and persecutes other religions as it spreads. Why wouldn’t the BJC conduct an investigation on the record of Islamic countries with respect to religious freedom? If the BJC cared about religious freedom, it would be scrutinizing the state-sponsored brutal assaults on religious freedom in Islamic countries. Conducting those assaults are well-recognized jihadist groups that Muslim states often embrace. The BJC should also focus on the plight of Christians across Africa and the Middle East who are being killed for their faith and suffering persecution from Muslims in various forms. For its own education, the BJC should begin studying Open Doors USA. On its annual list of the worst countries for Christians to live in, 90% are Muslim countries.
Despite the suffering of those living under the Sharia, and despite Islamic expansionism by the sword for over 1400 years (and by deceit), Jeff Brumley from the Baptist News Global, and the Baptist Joint Committee group, target “white supremacists.”
A challenge to the BJC and the BJC Center for Faith, Justice and Reconciliation: Conduct your conference to “develop definitions and strategies around religious freedom that will unmask and combat the racism, sexism and homophobia” in Islamic countries that truly need it. Let the world see that you preach the truth.
These wolves in sheep’s clothing choose to operate and target “white supremacists” where they know they are safe. Leftist DEI activists belong to the red-green axis, but are using the umbrella of Christianity, which is particularly dangerous.
No sane or good person will ever advocate or support random, irrational attacks against Muslims or anyone. It isn’t reports exposing the truth about Islam and the much-needed Sharia Free America Caucus that is causing attacks on Muslims. It is, ironically, groups such as CAIR (et al) that are contributing to hatred and provoking such attacks, as they deny Sharia supremacism, erode American freedoms, and demand special accommodations for Muslims. Supremacist Muslim groups are also dismantling America’s cornerstone: the freedom of speech. See a full list of Muslim Brotherhood-linked organizations HERE.
Islamic conquest includes casting fear into the hearts of disbelievers (Qur’an 8:60) via “striking the neck” (Qur’an 47:4) and other jihad attacks (Qur’an 8:12). Conquest also includes jihad by immigration, taqiyya and the stealth Muslim Brotherhood plan outlined for the North American continent. An excerpt:
The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Proecess” with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.
The Baptist Joint Committee needs to study these words, as well as a myriad of other documents that state exactly what the goals are of jihadists and the Muslim Brotherhood, which operates cleverly, using both violent and stealth jihad.
There will always be those hateful lunatics who operate in isolation among America’s 342.6 million people. Add in the populations of all free societies of the West. These criminals of the West are few, yet the mainstream media gives them strong media coverage, and they face immediate justice, unlike Hamas and its supporters, as well as the range of global jihadist groups, Sharia-adherent countries, and top Islamic institutions. Law-abiding Western countries which recognize the importance of the principles of equal treatment for all and religious freedom for all rightly arrest and prosecute those few who attack innocent Muslims.
The goal of Hamas-linked CAIR is to point out each and every single case where Muslims are victimized (invented cases, too), and then unjustly blame the attack on anyone who educates about the real threat of the supremacist and violent Sharia to the West. Sharia provisions have fueled jihadist conquest for 1400 years. The jihadis are still on the march. The “Islamophobia” subterfuge is a strategic tactic employed to shut down real conversation about Islam and Sharia.
Victims of the Islamic Sharia — from practices of FGM and child marriage to the rape of infidels, jihad attacks and persecution — are so numerous that their number is actually incalculable. And therein lies the reason that CAIR wants to shut up critics of Islam.
Under the Sharia, disbelievers and LGBTQ people (whom leftists claim to support) are persecuted; the latter group most virulently.
The truth is that 44% of Muslims in America have a favorable view of the Muslim Brotherhood offshoot Hamas (Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya, which translates to Islamic Resistance Movement). Think about the implications of this. CAIR’s Executive Director Niwad Awad stated of October 7: “The people of Gaza only decided to break the siege—the walls of the concentration camp—on October 7. And yes, I was happy to see people breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land, and walk free into their land.”
Yet Jeff Brumley — along with many others — views CAIR as a valid “human rights” organization. The cause of Muslim victimization is not because of race. Islam is not a race.
When Muslim Brotherhood affiliates including CAIR and its offshoots are finally banned, and when jihadists are mass deported across the West, peace will begin to return. In the meantime, the West is in the midst of a “Civilization-Jihadist Process” as the Muslim Brotherhood itself has explained, and useful idiot leftists and Christian turncoats are helping them.

Adam Bond is an Associate Professor of Religion and African American Studies at Baylor University since 2023. Churches just don’t talk about Islam. They should warn and educate their members about the dangers but if it’s brought up at all, pastors think they should be doing outreach and witnessing. You might as well preach to a light pole, much safer

I experienced that before I encountered the goon who tried to ‘help” me by breaking my t.v. I tried “witnessing” about Christ and found out that the males wouldn’t even look me in the face.
And the Egyptian on the school bus as my attendant…. was very angry about how America has a different culture…and if I had tried to talk to him about the Bible, or Jesus, he would likely have tried to rip off my head. (I wasn’t aware then, but know now)
But I had not heard a discouraging word about islime or muzzlims from the Christians I knew.
then I met the young man who was an ex…and running/hiding from his family who were out to murder him and his Christian wife..
And the young girl who told me her father would kill her if he saw her talking to me; and the young wife whose five year old son locked her out of her home because she was talking to me.
But no Christians I knew at that time had any thoughts of the hatred muzzlims have for others.

Dislike of a religion does not translate to hatred of its believers, quite the opposite – we see them as victims from birth of an ideology that saddles them with a violent history, ties up their productive time, gives unequal value to gender, holds them back, by instruction, from full integration into any non-Muslim nation while also encouraging emigration to spread Islam, these things ultimately limiting opportunity and the fulfillment of personal potentials. This is particularly enhanced to the disadvantage of Muslim females.
Islam is a throwback to Feudal times yet demands a space in modern Western politics which must be resisted. Here in the US there is separation of Religion and State as a matter of founding principle and legality. No religion has the legal right to preach overthrow of government from the pulpit while expecting government quiesence and the first remedy is the withdrawal of tax-exempt status which seems to be on hold with Islam.
True, we have no reason to hate Muslims yet there is a littany of bad ideas contained in Islam that makes Islamic ideology, unpalatable and fundamentalist believers, dangerous.
We are left with little choice but to separate Muslims from the ideology of Islam, as a victims, while adamantly rejecting Islam and remaining cautious of its ideologues who have demonstrated amply.
It requires ignorance of its history and scriptural works for an infidel to like Islam. A person born into it has little choice, he must embrace it.
An image I often remember is a group of Muslims demonstrating with the usual signs, surrounded by Brits who were singing, “Always look on the bright side of life…”

I dunno: I tend to disdain muslims, unless I’m convinced that they’re at least agnostics, if not atheists or apostates. Unlike others, I don’t pretend to love them, or pity them for being born into islam. They have a choice of knowing what their religion is about, and then deciding whether to follow or reject it. If they don’t choose the latter, they automatically don’t gain my respect

Each individual human must make their own choices. This “Baptist report” is wrong and anyone who knows even a little bit of Truth about islime and its adherents, know it’s wrong.
And as I can see the last line in all caps by the last commentor above, I say again, that is an untrue statement.
Just this week, I read of a couple who ****terrorized**** their infant daughter until she died….and the couple were not muzzlims.

The Baptist News Global article is a litany of anti-Christian talking points. Do the Baptists have sex segregated gatherings? If not, they should. Otherwise they should shut the hell up.They are using the love your enemies such as (“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” – Matthew 5:44) as their defense but love your enemies does not say protect or promote their ideologies. As they embrace their warped version of love your enemies they ignore so much more. Here are a few of many.
“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness.” Titus 2:7
“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.”
Proverbs 10:9
“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.”
Matthew 7:15
“For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ.”
2 Corinthians 11:13
Ans last but not least..
“The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like.”
Galatians 5:19-21
Islam is centered around “acts of the flesh”. Sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry, hatred, discord, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, envy. They hide their drunkenness and orgies but nevertheless those are there.

Lots of Truth in your comment.
There are many more Scriptures which fit this situation with their twisting of the “love” commandment.
Jesus showed “love” when He whipped the money changers and threw them out of the Temple. He showed ‘love’ when He told the woman at the well, “You worship what you do not know.”
And, “You are my friends if you obey my commandments.”. The opposite is True: disobey and become His enemy.
He didn’t cuddle up with those who wanted to murder Him, but told them what they were….serpents, offspring of vipers…and warned them about their future.
He is taking notice of those who are lying about Him and persecuting His children.
