Useful idiot leftists such as Amy Meachum are a dime a dozen, and Muslim Brotherhood infiltration is happening on their watch. This is the logical consequence of policies that have enabled illegal, unvetted migration with its full range of obvious dangers — from jihadists to cartels to human trafficking.

Travis County District Court Judge Amy Meachum, a Democrat, ruled on Tuesday that the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) must greenlight the construction of a 400-acre Muslim community near Dallas, Texas.

The development, formerly marketed as EPIC City and now rebranded as The Meadow, will potentially be located in unincorporated areas of Collin and Hunt counties near the small town of Josephine, roughly 40 minutes northeast of Dallas.

The developers are planning to build more than 1,000 homes, apartment buildings, a K–12 Islamic school, a mosque, health clinics, retail stores, assisted living facilities, and other community amenities on the massive site.

Community Capital Partners, the developer founded by members of the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC), one of North Texas’s largest mosques, sued the TWC after the agency allegedly failed to honor the 2025 settlement and review the project’s updated housing policies…..

  3. This judge is so wrong. A permit “must be issued” takes away the rights and freedoms from the county in question.
    Everyone with a little common sense knows that muhammadists want to manipulate, intimidate and dominate anyone who does not submit to sharia.
    I presume this “judge” is or a closet muhammadist. If not, then check his bank accounts including those off shore to see if he or anyone associated with him or his relatives received a large sum of $. Don’t forget to investigate the S, C or LLC’s recently set up on his behalf. Evil knows No bounds.

      This epic city will never be stopped but can only be delayed. Why? Because it will just re brand if needed. They won’t advertise it exclusive Islamic, but effectively everybody knows this is for Muslims only and won’t buy there. This is the next step and really, if we follow the law we can’t stop it.

      Also, there is already talk of a second Islamic city in Texas. So many Muslims are moving to Texas daily, they want to live separate, but vote for democrats as they come in. Muslims want money from the government basically. I don’t blame them. They will work to take my tax money for their fake schemes and then build separate cities.

    • Amy Clark Meachum is a female. Or at least her photos are of a woman. She apparently is a big liberal. I don’t know her, but when you see a women use her Madin name in her bio you know she is a liberal. Most conservative woman just take their husband’s name as their own and drop their Madin name.
      I don’t think she is a closet muhammadist, but just a dumb bleeding-heart liberal with no knowledge of what Islam and Sharia is. And has no idea she would be enslaved by the Muslims or be beheaded once she figures things out.

  4. This will be appealed to a Republican friendly State Appeals Court. However, it does beg some questions. The laws of the state of Texas have supremacy over religious law. If an offense takes place in EPIC City, such as spousal abuse/child abuse. etc., will the Collin County or the Hunt County Sheriff have original jurisdiction to investigate violations of state law? (EPIC City will overlap both counties) Certainly EPIC City will have their own “police force” with concurrent original jurisdiction. Will the Texas Rangers be required to step in if either Sheriff won’t?

    Hopefully the radical Travis County judge’s decision will be overturned. Of course Travis County’s seat is the City of Austin, also known as Babylon on the Brazos….but more like Sodom and Gemmorah on the Brazos river.

    Frankly, I can see this turning into another Branch Davidian – Mount Carmel seige as in 1993.

  8. Islamic Law, aka Islam, is against Western Laws. To protect its citizens, the West has to stop publicly funding Islam and its Muslim Organizations to diminish their growth in the West. The West must pass Legislation to create a Legal Threshold for an Applicant Entity to qualify for or to gain Rights, Protections, and Privileges under the Law where the Applicant Entity must adhere to the USA Constitution. Basically, every organization(eg. Christian, Atheist, Muslim, etc.) would have to adhere to the USA Constitution to gain Public Funding. The purpose is not to ban any Applicant Entity but to establish a Legal Threshold for qualification in public funding. Failure to adhere to the US Constitution means NO public funding, NO Additional Rights, NO Additional Protections, and NO Privileges under USA Law.

    As a result, Islam and its Muslim Organizations would fail to qualify for Public Funding due to their Muslim discrimination, segregation, violence, and terrorism against Non-Muslims as taught in Islamic Law, aka Islam. Individual Freedom does not exist in Islamic Law or in Islam’s Qur’an. Islam is the day-to-day living of Islamic Law where Islamic Law is based on Prior Sharia Rulings, the Qur’an, the Hadith, the Sira, the Tafsir, the Tarikh, etc.

  9. The county could and should make this endeavor a very painful one through taxes, inspections, and general uncooperativeness.

    • The problem is if we push to hard, we will lose independent voters even more. This is perceived as persecution in Texas by independents and democrats. And it is costing us a lot of support.

      Go check the senate polls for Texas. Democrats are winning big to take the seat away. Most Texans back the Muslims believe it or not. Things have changed so rapidly. My neighbors are not from here any more. Illinois, India , Syria, California l, bangal desh. Texas is not Texas from ten years ago. Abbot has ruined it.

      We should have had more taxes to keep outsiders away. These foreigners hate us native Texans. The whites moving in don’t like our culture and our politics. They all want radical democrats, not maga republicans.

      Foreigners are knocking on doors, buying homes for cash. 700k, 1m, 800k. You name it. It’s Muslims. They’re moving from northern states.

  13. What worries me most is the infiltration of leftist pro-Muslim and Muslim judges who practice lawfare daily. Lawfare is a compound word: law + warfare = lawfare. The strategy is simple––Islamist lawyers, judges, and politicians use our own laws to collapse the country from within. And how is this possible? Because Islam is NOT a religion like any other––it is a supremaciast, expansionist, totalitarian ideology posing as a religion to exploit our precious religious freedoms to infiltrate our institutions and force our nation into submission. As observed in the specific of Texas, for its “Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on April 6th an investigation into a Dallas –based group accused of operating as a Sharia [Islamic law] court. In a statement, Paxton said he requested documents from the group, known as the Islamic Tribunal, regarding allegations that it was issuing ruling based on Sharia …. Paxton warned ‘Anyone or any entity that seeks to subvert the codified and federal laws of this country will be stopped.”

    The article further informs its reader that Paxton explained “While the First Amendment allows religious organizations the right to govern themselves, it doesn’t allow areligious organization to act as a court, apply foreign laws that conflict with Texas or federal law, or issue ruling that imply to government authority.”

    The cunning scheming seditious subversive stealth jihadists are, indeed very active in Texas as well as in other States across America. Therefore, all American patriots who believe that the United States Constitution should be the law of the land for the US and not Sharia need be aware and informed.

  20. This “judge” is ignoring the basic complaint against EPIC in that they will discriminate against non-muslims, and that is illegal. This judgment will be overruled.
