With regard to 2024 lawsuits referred to in the article below about the Ten Commandments, one must remember a key clause. That while mandatory state laws are often blocked, schools may display the Ten Commandments if they are part of a secular historical curriculum:
Public schools and universities are also required to include a three-paragraph “context statement,” explaining the history of the Ten Commandments in the American public education system. The statement, written into the law, explains how the document has been used in education throughout American history, noting various versions of textbooks that have included the Ten Commandments.
The bill also specifies that schools can choose to display the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence, and the Northwest Ordinance alongside the Ten Commandments, but those documents are not required. It doesn’t specify which version of the Ten Commandments schools should display or any other religious texts schools may display.
Muslim prayer rooms and foot-washing stations just don’t factor in here. They simply do not constitute any part of a secular historical curriculum. So yet again, it is clear that Muslims are enjoying special privileges.

Back in 2024, lawsuits were filed immediately after Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry signed into law a new requirement for the state’s public schools to display the Ten Commandments in every classroom. Not surprisingly, David French immediately penned an op-ed for The New York Times decrying the law and arguing that having God in classrooms is not a conservative position. “Altering constitutional law is not the only motivation here; a version of Christian mysticism is also in play,” French wrote, arguing that “there is a real belief that the Ten Commandments have a form of spiritual power over the hearts and minds of students and that posting the displays can change their lives.”
A federal district court blocked the law in late 2024, and a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals initially upheld the block last summer, calling it “plainly unconstitutional.” The “separation of church and state” crowd was out in full force.
Now, we’re learning that a high school undergoing renovations in Minnesota will include a prayer room and foot-washing stations.

This could be good if we choose to look at it positive. We can let the Muslims make thee first moves on getting religious things in public spaces, and then we can move in off of that principle and hope it work.
Obviously we are not on their level of ability to get things , but we can ride their coat tails and possibly get a prayer space too. Muslims won’t be denied because of the fear of racism claim. Also the Jews protect them and push them, pay their lawsuits, and back them with a lot of weight.

This cannot be legal in a public school. There is no law against such practices in private schools, no matter what religion. This is a clear show of dominance by Islam and the slow takeover of our country.

As an attorney of 30 years, I can assure you that this is unconstitutional as Hell. I hope there will be appropriate lawsuits. In the meantime, however, non-Muslim students, especially women, should make use of the foot baths. Equal rights to public facilities, no religious discrimination and all that stuff, eh?
Although the corruption and infiltration is quite open and is everywhere, Minneapolis appears to be the state which will go into the sewer the soonest, with behavior like this, not to mention the multi-billion dollar looting of public funds by Somalis, allied with politicians, starting with the Governor, who aggressively turn a blind eye and protect the crooks from interference.
A related problem that has been ignored is in an early stage but plain for all to see—- the corruption of the justice system in Minn. There will come a point when Muslims can commit even the worst crimes with impunity, because even a single Muslim on a jury can prevent a conviction. How will such de facto immunity affect Muslim behavior? Conversely, even a single Muslim juror could “hang the jury” and prevent a Not Guilty verdict.
And how do we think a Muslim judge will behave when a case involves a Muslim opposing a Jew or Christian? And how do we expect a Muslim District Attorney or State Attorney General to apply their broad prosecutorial discretion? Hint: always in favor of Muslims and their allies and against Christians and Jews, let alone Israelis. And, should we ever get another Democrat President and Congress, expect the next Supreme Court nominee to be a Muslim. Do you doubt it? We’ve just had the experience of a senile President who limited his choice to black women, cutting out anyone White or male, and then choosing the most leftist and incompetent (the legal community agrees) black woman available?
