Texas Taxpayers Sued to Fund Muslim Brotherhood Operative’s Islamic Schools

Is the pattern not obvious? Muslims who adhere to Sharia consider it divine and are obliged to obey its laws. The Sharia is expansionary and supremacist. A Somali Muslim migrant in Minnesota declared: “Our goal is to make America an Islamic state,” and there is a 1,400-year history to back up that threat. See also HERE. Minnesota taxpayers were bled of millions by fraud rings to fund al-Shabaab in Somalia. Now taxpayers in Texas are being relegated to de facto dhimmitude as well, via a fraud scam using vouchers. And even more brazenly and mockingly, the perpetrators are suing.

The biggest problem in the West isn’t the Islamic supremacists, who  have repeatedly (throughout history and continue) shown and declared what they are doing and intend to do. The real problem is the leftist useful idiots who aid them while their own heads remain firmly lodged in the sand.

While a new federal lawsuit demands Texas taxpayers fund the Houston Qur’an Academy Spring, the school’s leadership reveals a chilling connection to the Muslim Brotherhood’s ‘Civilization Jihad’ agenda. This is a calculated attempt to force the state to finance its own subversion.

Just months after Governor Greg Abbott designated the Muslim Brotherhood a foreign terrorist organization, a new legal battle is testing that decree. Houston attorney Mehdi Cherkaoui, a Muslim, filed a federal lawsuit demanding that Texas release public voucher funds to schools run by one of the Brotherhood’s named operatives.

On March 1, 2026, Houston attorney Mehdi Cherkaoui sued:

  • Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton
  • Acting Comptroller Kelly Hancock
  • Education Commissioner Mike Morath

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of his own children, who attend the Houston Qur’an Academy Spring, where Hamed Ghazali serves as superintendent. Ghazali, the subject of a RAIR investigative report, is explicitly identified in the Brotherhood’s 1991 Explanatory Memorandum as part of their “civilization jihad” to sabotage America from within….

    Allah describes Muslim women in Jenna, Allah’s Paradise, as whores of Allah in Qur’an 56:37. Also, Deceitful Allah stirs hatred, cursing, and punishment against Christians until the resurrection day when Qur’an 5:14 instructs, “And some of those who say, ‘Surely we are Nasara (Christians),’ we took their covenant. So they have forgotten a part of what they were reminded of, so we have stirred up ENMITY and HATRED among them until the resurrection day.     As taught by Allah, Muslims are supremacist terrorists for Allah, DEATH-CULT, with their MONEY and with their LIVES while undermining a society from within using the man-made book of lies and deceit, the Qur’an. Allah in Qur’an 49:15 states, “Surely the believers[Muslims] are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.” As evidenced by continuous Muslim attacks, Allah in Qur’an 4:101 says, “…Surely the infidels(Non-Muslims) were your clear enemies.”

    ALLAH’S MUSLIMS are a greater TERROR than diabolical Allah. Allah in Qur’an 59:13 says, “You[Muslims] are a greater terror in their chests than Allah. This is because they[Jews & Christians] are people who do not understand.” Islam must be banned as illegal, and we have the legal right to defend ourselves from Muslim violence. As a result, Non-Muslims are marked for death by Islam and its Muslims. Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth among those who have given the book until they pay the jizyah out of hand and they are subdued.”

    Again, Islam is a civilization-destroying, totalitarian, and supremacist system of lies and deceit because Allah, the best deceiver, is the actual source of Muslim deceit as taught in Islam’s Qur’an. Muslims under Islam’s system of deceit are more easily controlled because there is no foundation for truth in Islam. Allah in Qur’an 3:54 says, “And they deceived, and Allah deceived. And Allah is the best deceiver.” Allah in Qur’an 8:30 says, “…And Allah is the best deceiver.” Allah in Qur’an 13:42 says, “And indeed, those before them deceived, so to Allah all the deception…”

    The Harris County chapter of Moms for Liberty first shared photos of the Ramadan display on Instagram, questioning why the decorations at Bunker Hill Elementary School were approved. The three-slide post showed the school’s lobby decorated with signage that said “Ramadan Mubarak,” (which translates to “blessed Ramadan” and is said to other Muslims during the holy month) along with crescent moons and stars, which are widely-recognized Islamic symbols.
    Although the display was relatively modest, the group criticized what it described as a policy violation.

    “This is in a school district that does NOT allow (per board policy) religious symbols to be displayed, yet somehow these decorations were approved,” the post’s caption read. “Parents are often invited to come to the school to watch their kids participate in square dancing and line dancing. Imagine walking into the school for ‘Go Texan Day,’ and this is the decor that greets you.”

  6. The other day I turned on the radio in my car and it came up on a station I rarely use. There was a talk radio segment going on. The host was a guy who spoke perfect American English but with a middle eastern accent. The topic was islam in America. His primary point was that the left and the rino political correctness would lead to the downfall of America. He talked about the same things we would read about here. He had all the points covered. He knew exactly what was going on and he couldn’t believe it.

    He couldn’t believe that it was being allowed to happen in America. He couldn’t believe islam was being ignored or supported in the highest circles of the media politics and law enforcement. He said that after Trump we are in deep trouble because anyone that comes out and tries to truthfully talk about islam would be destroyed by the politically correct left and rinos. He was right about everything he said but he didn’t say anything I didn’t already know. Anyway, it was good to hear him speaking the truth about islam.
