There is no possibility, given the scale of fraud, that the majority of Minn Muslim adults were unaware of it. They said nothing to authorities for years and, following the money, likely benefitted. In one of my many Lyft rides, I once had a Somalian. That guy was clueless of how to use his app, aside from following the driving directions and getting me to my destination. Once I was dropped off, he asked me how to close that trip, so I showed him. He then had dozens of other questions, demonstrating that he didn’t have a clue of what he was doing, despite this being a very easy task to pick up. One usually gets a 15 minute orientation from a Lyft agent in the neighborhood, and one is off to the races. He pretty much matched the description of Somalis that I read about here – people w/ an average IQ of 83

I believe there comes a point where the price difference b/w medallions and rideshares is too much for consumers to ignore. Although now, one can book medallion services through apps like “Curb”
Usually, it’s pretty simply: jsut get in the car, the driver takes you to the destination, then taps the trip as completed and automatically gets paid. No arguing over the fares after the ride. Of course, there have been horror stories of people getting assaulted – both drivers and passengers – in such rides, but I believe that that’s the reflection on modern society rather than anything else

Minnesota elected Tim Walz as their governor who is one of the dumbest white guys I have ever come across. Democrats, desperately seeking white guys for leadership. I almost fell sorry for them because that is not an easy task. Tim spent 24 years in the National Guard and he still couldn’t load his own shotgun. Upon knowing that the people of Minnesota decided he should be their governor. Tim is a real life male version of the Betty White character in the TV show, The Golden Girls.
