Texas Republicans Vote to Ban Sharia, But Will Action Follow?

1.9 million strong took a stand for America.

Islamic Sharia law, which calls for such barbaric punishments as stoning and beheading, and which mandates discrimination against non-Muslims and women, was on the ballot for Texas Republicans.

And the results were both decisive and revealing.

Republican primary voters across Texas overwhelmingly supported a ballot proposition calling for the prohibition of Sharia law, according to unofficial results from the March 2026 Primary Election.

The measure—Proposition 10—asked voters whether Texas should prohibit the use of Sharia law. The proposition was one of 10 non-binding questions placed on the Republican primary ballot by the Republican Party of Texas to gauge grassroots priorities ahead of the party’s 2026 convention and the 2027 legislative session.

Around 95% of Republicans voted to ban Sharia law. Only 5% voted against. Here are the numbers.

Yes: 1,903,489 (94.81%)
No: 104,290 (5.19%)

What’s significant here is the sheer number, nearly 2 million, who voted to ban Sharia law. That’s a powerful voice.

It also means that the pro-Islam caucus within the movement remains marginal, whether it’s the Jeb Bush side or the Tucker Carlson side.

In recent months, Tucker Carlson has praised Sharia Islamic law and claimed that opponents of Islam are bigots.

“Attacking millions of Americans because they’re Muslims, it’s disgusting. And I’m a Christian. I know there’s effort to claim I’m a secret Jihadi. I’m not. You should not attack on those grounds. And you’re seeing that from Republicans. What the hell are you doing?” he hectored attendees at AmFest.

In the process, Tucker rejected Charlie Kirk’s warning that “Islam is the sword the left is using to slit the throat of America.”

“I don’t know anyone in the United States in the last 24 years who’s been killed by radical Islam,” Tucker argued, and claimed in Saudi Arabia, the home of the 9/11 hijackers, that “diversity is our strength.”

Texas Republicans have rejected Tucker’s Islamization propaganda and taken a stand for America.

Corrupt Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…” As a result, Non-Muslims are marked for death by Islam and its Muslims.

    Worthless Islam is a civilization-destroying, delusional, indoctrinating, cancerous fraud because there is NO MECCA, NO MUHAMMAD, and NO Qur’an in the 7th century AD in Saudi Arabia despite the Muslim Standard Islamic Narrative claims; the Deceitful House of Islam is founded on propaganda, lies, intimidation, and deceit where Islam’s 1400-year traditions are based on fallacy and myth including a more than 300-year gap with no documented history.     Demonic ALLAH claims MUSLIMS are a greater TERROR than serpentine Allah in Islam’s Qur’an. Allah in Qur’an 59:13 says, “You[Muslims] are a greater terror in their chests than Allah. This is because they[Jews & Christians] are people who do not understand.” Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth among those who have given the book until they pay the jizyah(extortion payment) out of hand and they are subdued.”

    Totalitarian Islam, its Mosques, its Schools, its Sharia Courts, its Organizations, etc. are Terrorist-Criminal Enterprises of hatred and enmity against all Non-Muslims as totalitarian Islam, the House of Satan, islamizes the society with impunity(Qur’an 2:225; 5:14, 64; 60:4; 9:5, 29, 111, etc.). As taught from Islam’s Qur’an, Islam should be banned for its incitement, funding, and promotion of hybrid warfare, violence, terrorism, criminality, hatred, human trafficking, and discrimination against women, children, and Non-Muslims.

    Hateful Allah describes Muslim women in Jenna, Allah’s Paradise, as whores of Allah in Qur’an 56:37. Also, Allah stirs hatred, cursing, and punishment against Christians until the resurrection day as Qur’an 5:14 instructs, “And some of those who say, ‘Surely we are Nasara (Christians),’ we took their covenant. So they have forgotten a part of what they were reminded of, so we have stirred up ENMITY and HATRED among them until the resurrection day.     Once MO got on the scene in around the 5th century is when he began killing, Raping, Kidnapping, Beheading, Stealing, forced marriages, forced conversions yet, Carlson is Not aware of this..?? He certainly IS a moron!

  5. What the people voted for to ban sharia verse the Muslim claiming phobia and that sharia is within their religious system.

    The First Amendment has been used to protect Islam from many lawsuits, liberal judges spinless jerks that know nothing of sharia & sides with Islam because “its a religion” bullcrap.

  6. In 2008 Yassir Said murdered his two daughters Sarah and Amina because they were becoming westernized – one was dating a non-muslim boy.

    In 2009 Faleh Hassan Almaleki ran over his daughter Noor and killed her for becoming too westernized.

    In 2009 Muzzammil “Mo” Hassan beheaded his wife Aasiya when she filed for divorce against him. Interestingly he founded Bridges TV to promote cultural understanding. Perhaps he was demonstrating his culture when he murdered his wife.

    In 2009 a 16 year old muslim girl named Rifqa Bary had to run away from home to avoid being killed by her family when they found out she had become a Christian.

    Perhaps Tucker Carlson simply doesn’t keep up with the news. The Rifqa Bary story was moderately big news; he should have at least known about her.

  7. Apparently Tucker is waiting for the next 9/11. He seems unsatisfied with the low counts of US citizens that keep dying at islamist hands outside the country.

    Are most Muslims without a current intent to destroy non-Muslim nations? Of course. Have most Muslims been indoctrinated that they are superior to other humans, the earth will be theirs, they are to forbid all that Allah forbids to them, and they are to prepare the earth for the End Times by converting everyone by all means including war? Well, yes, that too.

    So the danger to free people from Islam, everywhere, is how willing individual Muslims are to carry out the more distasteful demands of Allah. We have witnessed this undercurrent surface when a depressed Muslim takes infidels to their death with him for a “reward” to cancel out his obvious suicide.

    Islam, more than Muslims, is an enemy of mankind. Muslims serve as the potential manifestation and carriers of evil exclusionary ideas within its doctrines. They are programmed like partial robots, trickle-charged 5 times daily. When the call comes from a radical leader, some will respond.

    Texas is doing the right thing. Allowing Sharia Law would simply cause more alienation and generate more violent jihadis.

    • Actually, when he was at Fox, the pass that the Saudis kept getting first from the Bush and then from the Obama administrations used to infuriate him, and he pretty much stood tall and alone in condemning this cover-up! There was one occasion when he did a special report on this Saudi involvement, as well as the lawsuit filed by some of the 9/11 families against Riyadh, and at the time, Tulsi Gabbard and Rand Paul were there w/ him. I just wonder what has happened for him to suddenly do a volte face on islam, which was the core motivating factor behind 9/11? I understand that the Qataris bought him off, but the Saudis? Given what he’s said about them over the years, I’d have expected him to get the Jamal Khashoggi treatment

      Anyway, I just heard on Tousi TV that Qatar is finally breaking w/ Hamas and expelling them for real, due to the failure of Hamas to condemn the Iranian strikes on Qatar. I wonder whether Qatar will demand that Tucker condemn Iran, or lose that mansion that he was going to buy at below market rates?

  8. There is Amendment 8 of the Constitution which ‘prohibits cruel and unusual punishment’ for prisoners.

    ‘stoning,’ not a “usual” punishment…which makes it “unusual” It also seems cruel to many.
    ‘beheading’ also is “unusual” in the U.S. and especially cruel. The French are the ones with the guillotine. Ask them how it goes down. “cruel” or not so much?

    And for stealing….’cutting off hands and feet’….definitely “cruel and unusual” in the U.S. Extreme, also.

    Murdering ones who commit adultery. Outlawed by the Constitution.
    Murdering ones because of the way they dress. Outlawed by the Constitution.
    Trapping toddlers in a situation where they are mutilated for the sexual pleasure of the ones carving up the poor babies.
    Trapping young girl children by assigning a slug four, five…ten, times their age to rape them, day after day and calling it ‘marriage.’
    Trapping young boys to be raped by slugs twice their age, and older.

    And not to be neglected: the muzzies who commit rape and murder upon the infidels who reject islime.
    This also is unConstitutional…..against the guarantee of rights to decide whether to be religious.

    All of these are prohibited by the Constitution. So, the pretend “laws” of islime should be rejected by everyone who values life, morality, established Law and human rights. If the muzzies want to be “cruel,” they can all go to afghanistan.

    • The First Amendment guarantees the right to believe as one wisshes. As you allude, it does not green light religious practices that violate criminal law.

      Polygamy, FGM, and punitive amputations are not protected ‘religious’ practices.

      Praying, fasting, and wiping one’s butt with the left hand are.

    • Not just Tucker on the payroll, our almost entire higher education system take billions of dollars from islamic countries. These same institution are allowing the muslim/islamic teaching and propaganda to be taught to our children.
