Alabama Senator Tuberville Under Fire For Telling Inconvenient Truths

In Alabama, as in so many other states, mosques are proliferating. While in most areas of the country, politicians would quake in fear of being called “Islamophobic” and avoid expressing any concern, Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville is taking the bull by the horns, He is speaking frankly about wanting to stop the Islamic influx into his state, and receiving the predictable pushback that everyone gets when calling attention to the threat of jihad violence and the oppressive character of Sharia: he’s being called a racist, bigoted “Islamophobe.”

The local establishment media propaganda outlet, AL.com, took the predictable line on Sunday, making the story all about the outrage that Tuberville has provoked, rather than about the possibility of jihad coming to the land of the Crimson Tide and Muscle Shoals. “Leaders of a Muslim school,” the lefty rag reported, “are denouncing comments made against them by U.S. Senator and Alabama gubernatorial candidate Tommy Tuberville who called their religion a cult and a threat to America.”

It seems that the Islamic Academy of Alabama is looking to “rezone commercial property in Hoover to move from its longtime location in Homewood.” On Monday, the Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously against this proposal. Those who voted it down said that their votes were because of “concerns of traffic and the long-term land use for the area.” However, AL.com adds darkly that “some residents at the hearing made no secret that they didn’t want Muslims in their community,” and the black-hatted Tuberville “agreed with the anti-Muslim sentiment expressed by the crowd.”

Tuberville said: “Muslim communities are moving everywhere. In every state, they’re building mosques, they’re having these five prayers a day, they’re pushing this cult on everybody across this country.” AL.com added that “Tuberville said the school is a tool used to influence young people and convert them to Islam.”

Tuberville added: “In the future, in a year, I’ll be the governor,” and he is indeed running for that office. “And I’ll be damned,” he said, “if we’re going to do that in the state of Alabama. We’re going to protect the people of Alabama; we’re going to protect our constitution. We’re going to protect our state and we’re going to protect our country.”

Without making any effort to determine whether there was really any constitutional threat from the growth of Islam in Alabama, AL.com quoted Stacy Abdein, the assistant principal of the Islamic Academy of Alabama: “Not one word of these allegations reflects the teachings, values, curriculum or culture of our school. They are irresponsible fabrications that fuel fear, prejudice and division.”

  2. Calling it a cult does not properly inform the general public.

    Now 24 years post 9/11, so many of our friends and neighbors still use the bogus terms ‘sharia law’, ‘radical Islam’, etc.

    CAIR must be gleeful about the success of their propaganda efforts.

    Specificity matters. Be precise.

    Our secular, manmade Constitution’s First Amendment gurantees the right to believe (yes, even Muslims); not to act out those religious practices that violate U.S. criminal law.

    Wiping one’s butt with the left hand is not an illegal act here.

    FGM is.

    Polygamy is.

    Punitive *divine* punishments (amputation of a thief’s hand; amputation of a human being’s hand and foot on opposite sides, etc.)

    INFORM the public, Senator.

          Also, I have checked out Captain “Steeeve” as well as “Hoover” from PilotDebrief.

          Interestingly, “Hoover” also cross-trained in the Navy F/A-18 including carrier quals.

          I’ll make it a point to check out that third guy.

          PS: back in the day, I was lucky to get a few rides in the back of a F/A-18B trainer.

  3. Perhaps the paper could look at the “character development” of the average muzzie who has the awful idea that to murder another, is their choice if they wish. Even to the murder of family members, such as the muzzie in WA did; he called it his “culture” to murder his wife because he suspected an affair.

    Perhaps the Sen. could *double-down* and point out what has been going on in MN and ME with muzzies who have the idea that thieving, stealing, lying and committing crimes is hunky-dory if the criminals are muzzies and the victims are infidels of any stripe.

    Stealing ,State Medicaid funds and snap benefits, is no small matter, and the hard-working taxpayers are the victims. Taking little girls for rape and calling it marriage, mutilating little girls for their sex-culture, raping *uncovered* females, demanding that everyone observe their gluttony and calling it “fasting”…

    So many things he could point to as reasons for stopping the takeover.

  5. Senator Tuberville is correct to suspect the worse from all Muslim communities. If these so called Muslims are Americans, then why are they choosing to segregate from other ethnic Anericans? Muslims are islam which is the number one enemy of America. Every Muslim, no exceptions, ought to be deported back to their country of origin. If Muslims are allowed to proliferate in America there will be war in a town near you.

  6. The democrat party is one giant political mafia. Abraham Lincoln stated “Government of the people, by the people, for the people”. The democrat party is a government of the democrat establishment, by the democrat establishment, for the democrat establishment. And their supporters have no problem with that even as every democrat stronghold devolves in to fraud grift and crime ridden hellholes. Places that are an embarrassment to Americans and the world. They need to be utterly destroyed before they have a chance to destroy us all.

  7. Islam is building Rabats in the U S. Outposts to anchor territory for the Caliphate.

    Since Islam is a form of totalitarian government with only some elements of a religion (Wolf in Sheep’s clothing comes to mind) it should not be allowed to build at will in the United States.

    I would like the Federal government to “follow the funding” of all this Islamic building of mosques, Islamic Centers, “schools” etc.

    Who funds all of this? Poor immigrants and poor immigrants on welfare?

    Are the petrodollar oil and gas States funding the building of these Rabats.
    If yes, are they legally able to build whatever and wherever they want in the United States? Exactly why would this be allowed?
