Rubio is right, but there is nothing “radical” about it. What he is describing is a mainstream Islamic imperative.

  1. About that term used in the title of this article “Radical Islam.”

    In reality, the terms as “Radical Islam” and “Islamic extremism”, as well as “Moderate Islam. ”

    Those are Western terms and unknown in the Muslim world. Therefore, those words really not fitting term as the following explains.

    For the terms Islamic extremism” and “Islamic extremist” as well as “Radical Muslim” is actually a misuse of terms. “Moderate Muslim” are actually Western term and not that well known in the Islamic Middle East.

    This is because what In the Islamic mindset in the Muslim Middle East as well as in Indonesia and other Muslim controlled countries what the non-Muslims of the Western nations view as “radical and “extremist” the Muslims of those places in the world see as “Normal” and even Devout and committed to the Cause of Islam.”

    In addition, those “Moderate Muslims” are those of the Islamic worldview and non-devout and non –committed Muslims. The violent jihadists even see them as “hypocrites.” Therefore, this explains the jihadist chant of those jihad-minded Muslims in different Islamic terror organizations. When they chant aloud “Death to infidels and hypocrites.” Meaning Death to people who and not Muslims and people who are non- jihadist Muslims.

    Concerning the last part of this above essay, the violent spirit of that vicious jihadist chant “Death to infidels and hypocrites.” The later word of the chant “hypocrites” in the jihad –minded Muslim worldview is further explain in the book titled JIHADIST PSYCHOPATH by Jamie Glazov , for on page 42 the reader is informed that “Islam mandates that devout and real Muslims must punish , and in some circumstances kill, those Muslims whom they regard as neither legitimate nor properly devout.”

    • Radical Muslim + Moderate Muslim = Islam’s Muslim as taught in Islam’s Qur’an. If you do not convert(surrender) to Islam and become a Muslim, you are a CRIMINAL under Islam’s law because you did not convert to Islam(Qur’an 48:16; 49:14-15, etc.). Hence, Muslims will fight you with their money and with their lives to force you to become a Muslim(Qur’an 9:5, 29, etc). Allah in Qur’an 49:15 says, “Surely the believers are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their money and their lives for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.”

  2. One lie about the religion of Islam that the Western news media keep telling the public is that there are to different kinds of Islam which are that there is “Radical Islam” and likewise “Islamic extremism” along with “Moderate Islam.”

    Many scholars on Islam, such as Brigitte Gabriel and Robert Spencer, had explain that the terms “Radical Islam” and “Moderate Islam” Western terms and are unknown to the Islamic world. As one of their leaders said “Islam is Islam”

    Furthermore, a Muslim in an Islamic country would view that a Westerner would call a “Radical Muslim” in a Muslim nation he would be seen as a “devote Muslim” who is totally committed to the cause of Islam by the way of the violent jihad,

    By contrast what a Westerner would call a “moderate Muslim’ many Muslims in Asia as well as the Middle East call a Muslim who is not really living up to his faith in Islam by not taking up arms in the violence and killing of the jihad for Islam.

    Therefore, many of Muslim, overseas, would call him a “hypocrite” This is way many devote Muslim who are violent jihadists gather together in a group and chant “Death to infidels and hypocrites ” Meaning “Death to non-Muslims and non-violent, jihadist Muslims.

  3. The terms “Radical Islam” and “Moderate Islam.” are unknown in the Islamic world. Likewise, the terms “Radical Muslim: and “Moderate Muslim” are also unknown in the Islamic world. Those are Western terms. For what a Westerner would call a “radical Muslim” in the world of Islam that person would be seen as a “devout Muslim” Also, what a Westerner would call a Moderate Muslim “in the Islamic world he would be viewed as a Muslim “who isn’t fully committed to Islam.”

    It’s not Radical Islam. It’s Islam Is Radical.

    The difference between Radical or Terrorist’s Muslims and the Moderate Muslims.

    The Radical or Terrorists Muslims are ready according to the Koran and the Sharia law to murder, rapping, lies, sex with infant babies, farewell sex with his dead women in the first Six hours, Be Heading, theft, No Women Respect, etc.

    The Moderate Muslim is the one who are supporting the Radical or Terrorists Muslims.

    The Radical or Terrorists and Moderate Muslims have the same plan and target to control the world and spread their Sharia Law especial the western countries by using their democracy, human rights and freedom.

  7. If Secretary of State Rubio had left out the word “radical”, the video would’ve been 100% accurate.

    That being said, I applaud him for seriously addressing the very dangerous topic.

    • I actually don’t trust him on this issue. In 2016, when then candidate Trump called for a “muslim ban”, Rubio was one of those castigating Americans who spoke out against islam. I recall that there was a gun show in Florida that openly stated that muslims were not welcome there, and Rubio denounced that. I don’t see any evidence that his views on islam has evolved, whatever his achievements might be as Secretary of State

      I know that the president suggested that Vance should make Rubio his running mate in 2028 if he’s the candidate, but I disagree. Vance should pick someone who he thinks would be the most appropriate long term successor to him – someone who could run in 2036 or 2032

        You could, of course, be correct. He may think that “islam” is okay but “radical islam” is not.

        But it is also possible that Marco’s thinking regarding “islam in general” has changed since 2016 – and the word “radical” gives him some political “cover”.

        I’m just not 100% sure, but – over time – we will certainly find out.

  8. When people in government service do recognize a problem with Islamic Jihad they will often attach the label of “Radical Islam” to it. To these persons it appears radical that a group of people is fighting, making war and carrying terrorist acts with the goal of conquering the world. Also a lot of these people in government think that there is a moderate form of Islam that most muslims hold to. What many people do not consider is the fundamental and main central teachings of Islam based on the Koran, the Hadiths, and the leading schools of Islam it becomes clear that when the teachings of Islam are examined that these Muslims that are committing terrorist acts and trying to take over the world are actually devout and practicing Muslims that are faithfully following the teachings of Islam. At least these people that call this Radical Islam recognize that there is a serious problem and threat from Islam.

    • You are entirely correct. But this is the first time that a secretary of states has called defined ‘radical’ to my knowledge as:

      ….“their desire is not simply to occupy one part of the world and be happy with their own little caliphate, they want to expand.
      …. “It’s revolutionary in its nature’. It seeks to expand and control more territories and more people …
      …. “a clear and imminent threat to the world and to the broader West”
      …especially the United States who they identify as the chief source of evil on the planet.”

      This is a big deal and lightening bolt from our Secretary of State.

  9. Getting closer but the games continue. Until the word “radical” is taken out before the word “Islam” then, guaranteed, the games will continue.

    The term “radical Islam” is a redundancy. There is no way of getting around this if one is wedded to the truth.

  10. Once ‘radical’ and Islam are connected in the mind of the public, the natural extension from that is defining the radical part.

    Of course, it is not radical to proscribe the consumption of alcohol or deciding not to eat from dawn to dusk or praying 5 times a day.

    So, just saying radical Islam is enough for now. We’ve been told since 9/11 it was the religion of peace.
    It gets people thinking, who’s radical and what are they doing that is radical? What part of the religion is radical?

  12. Rubio gave the most truthful speech about Islam’s goals than any other government official. He is my number one choice for the next president. Vance is too isolationist and does not realize that Israel is our outpost for western civilization .

  14. The Moderate muslim will hold the feet of the Infidel while the Radical muslim cuts off his head.
    Rubio was trying to be respectful to muslims in America that are against these crazy fuckers but he failed to notice the so called moderate muslimes are silent when attacks like the recent one near the White House happen.
    So until I see a massive Rally of muslims marching AGAINST these crazy so called radicals then i will assume they are all the bloody same.
    Let us take notice that the really true muslims are The Taliban as they are doing exactly what is written in their book.

  15. Send him letters, my friends in the USA.

    Send him 1/ John Quincy Adams, on Islam and 2/ Winston Churchill, on Islam.

    Tell him to read .. The River Wars (original edition). Tell him to read ‘The Story of the Malakand Field Force’. And tell him to read John Quincy Adams’ ‘essays on the Russo-Turkish War, and the Greek War of Independence’.
    He could do it to while away the time on long plane trips. Just keep the books on hand, read a few pages at a time, think about it.

    Tell him to take as his advisers, on the subject of Islam, two of the wisest early modern and later modern statesmen of the English-speaking world. Churchill had battlefield experience, basic historical knowledge, and common sense; Adams.. was extraordinary.

    Together they really set out all that any non-Islamic politician – or religious leader – or diplomat – or, for that matter, business man – needs to know about Islam, and Muslims.

  17. How do you attempt to control and change the course of jihad?

    By pretending to muslims, that jihad is extremist, radical and not the real islam. Hoping that somehow restating this often enough islam will change.

    This pope and most of the world are not prepared to confront and eradicate this terror driven cult.

    Additionally, the pope has to consider the fate of the millions of Christins who would be in real and deadly danger, if he did seriously confront the jihad of islam.

    We have been playing ‘fish’, while islam has been playing multidimensional chess.

  20. Rubio is smart enough to know there is no such thing as radical Islam. There is just Islam. We can’t save the West until our leaders quit pretending in public otherwise. If he just can’t say the word without a modifier here is one for him: abhorrent. Abhorrent Islam sums it up.
