On again, off again. That’s the ongoing pay-for-slay program that is manipulated to fool the international community. The program stuffs the pockets of the families of Palestinian jihad terrorists for murdering Israelis.
Last week, it was announced that American relatives of victims of Palestinian terror launched a long-overdue lawsuit to sue the PLO over its “pay-for-slay” scheme.
The latest stratagem involved the Palestinian Authority delaying its pay-for-slay payments to jihad terrorist families so that everyone, including the terrorists’ families, would think the program ended. It is taqiyya at its best, and now payments are resumed.
Yet despite all, the EU and other entities keep on throwing money at the Palestinian Authority, “allowing it to continue to pay jihadis.”
“War is deceit,” in the words of Muhammad (Sunan Abī Dāwūd 2637), and “Allah is the best of deceivers” (Qur’an 3:54).

Despite the Palestinian Authority’s ongoing claims that it stopped rewarding imprisoned terrorists and the families of “Martyrs,” Palestinian Media Watch can report that yesterday, Saturday, Oct. 25, at 10:00 AM, the PA post offices paid terrorists’ salaries and stipends to families of terrorist “Martyrs.”
Because the PA has told the donor countries that it stopped the Pay-for-Slay program, it made no official announcements and it delayed the payments so that everyone, even the terrorists’ families, would think that the program had ended. However, yesterday, the PA did pay the salaries.
This was one of the conversations between “Pay-for-Slay” recipients on social media following the payment:
“Good evening, everyone, for those whose salaries are above 5,000 [shekels], how much did they send you today as a percentage of the payment?”
[Answer 1]: “3,000.”
[Answer 2]: “50% of the salaries and [those making less than 2,000 received] the full amount. FYI, the salary is for June (sic. July).”
The 50% payment is the same percentage the PA had paid all its employees earlier this month. Due to its financial crisis, since 2019, the PA has not paid full salaries to its employees.
This payment did not come as quickly or as easily for the terrorists’ families as it usually does. The long delay in paying the salaries likely occurred because many donor countries are waiting every month to see if the PA would stick to its promises and would stop rewarding terror.
Here is the timeline for a rollercoaster 2 weeks in the PA areas:
Sun Oct. 12
PA pays salaries to its employees. As stated, due to the financial crisis, the PA paid only 50% of the employees’ salaries, with a minimum of 2,000 shekels. The salaries are for July—2 months late.
Mon Oct. 13
Families of “Martyrs” and terrorist prisoners expect and are waiting for salaries, which are usually paid in the post offices the following day, but there is no announcement.
Tues-Wed Oct. 14 -15
Families of terrorists start criticizing the PA.
Thurs Oct. 16
Families of “Martyrs” in Jordan and Syria receive their monthly payments.
The PA is silent about payments to terrorists’ families in the PA areas.
Mon Oct. 20
Small demonstrations are held against the PA in Ramallah by families of terrorists. One threatens violence: “Either we live with honor, or we die with honor.”….

The current leftist presiden sent in 2010 25 million reais to the Palestinian Authority for the ‘reconstruction of Gaza’, based on a law here which allows that. Knowing what the PA does with the money makes us cringe, sigh,but their leftist supporters will assure the public it’s legitimate humanitarian help, though those of us who know how Hamas even congratulated Lula when the won the last elections, not to mention that the PA itself also wants the destruction of the state of Israel, something all these groups agree with.

Islam must be banned as illegal, and we have the legal right to defend ourselves from Muslim violence. Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid, nor believe in the religion of the truth among those who have given the book until they pay the jizyah out of hand and they are subdued.”

They do not doubt, and they performed jihad with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. MUSLIM BELIEVERS are a greater TERROR than Allah. Allah in Qur’an 59:13 says, “You[Muslims] are a greater terror in their chests than Allah. This is because they[Jews & Christians] are people who do not understand.” As a result, Non-Muslims are marked for death by Islam and its Muslims.
