Muslims accused of sexual assault quite frequently claim that the victim wanted it all to happen, and they are (of course) the innocent victims of the encounter.
In Afghanistan and elsewhere in the Islamic world, this kind of behavior is broadly tolerated. Women are so devalued, men look to other men and boys for sexual pleasure. Also, the Qur’an promises not just virgins to the blessed, but boys like “scattered pearls”:

I had a client who was well traveled and lived in many Islamic countries. He said “The biggest kept secret was that so many Muslims were gay.” It wasn’t said with animosity- just confidence of stating a fact.
After hearing that I asked my ex-boyfriend’s mother who was raised in Iraq and had been thrown out with her family back in the 40s.
She also had no animosity towards Muslims. She claimed it was true and that the women were also lesbian, too. She said the reason was because the sexes were so divided. Remember, they’re always separated and do not interact with each other.

Yes–this is *very* common with Muslims. Not only is this almost always a lie–including bizarre claims that 7-year-old girls *wanted* sex–but that even if this *were* the case that normal adults don’t rape children under any circumstances.
