In Afghanistan and elsewhere in the Islamic world, this kind of behavior is broadly tolerated. Women are so devalued, men look to other men and boys for sexual pleasure. Also, the Qur’an promises not just virgins to the blessed, but boys like “scattered pearls”:
“Those are the ones brought near in the Gardens of Pleasure, a company of the former peoples and a few of the later peoples, on thrones woven, reclining on them, facing each other. There will circulate among them young boys made eternal with vessels, pitchers and a cup from a flowing spring.” — Qur’an 56:11-18
“And they will be given to drink a cup whose mixture is of ginger, a fountain within Paradise named Salsabeel. There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them scattered pearls. And when you look there, you will see pleasure and great dominion.” — Qur’an 76:17-20
“Saint-Brieuc: he attacks two minors and defends himself: ‘I did not know the laws of your country,'” translated from “Saint-Brieuc : il agresse deux mineures et se défend : ‘Je ne connaissais pas les lois de votre pays,'” Actu, July 8, 2022 (thanks to Medforth):
On June 25, 2021, the Assize Court of Saint-Brieuc sentenced a 30-year-old Afghan to 15 years’ imprisonment for the rape of a 12-year-old boy….
On Thursday July 7, 2022, this man was taken from his cell in Brest to explain himself regarding other acts of sexual assault, committed 4 years ago in the same city.
Smile
It is in complete relaxation, with a smile on his face, accompanied by his interpreter, that the defendant comes to explain himself at the bar of the Saint-Brieuc criminal court. He is accused of acts of sexual assault and harassment of two underage girls in 2018. Facts that occurred a few days before the rape of the little boy.“I did not know your laws”
On the stand, he tries to justify himself: “In my country, it is normal to have sex with young boys because women are inaccessible. When I arrived in France I did not know your laws, but since I learned that it was prohibited.”He landed on French territory in 2016, and settled in Saint-Brieuc in February 2018.
He committed his first sexual assault on April 16 of the same year by approaching a young underage girl on rue Mansart in St-Brieuc. Claiming to need help in broken English, he manages to lure her into his room in a home, taking care to lock the door. The rest is told by the young victim.
“He slammed me against the wall holding me down with his knee, he was way too strong, I was trying to resist, but I couldn’t get away, he was trying to kiss me and tear my clothes off, I was terrified, he ended up telling me that if I wanted to leave I had to touch his penis. When I told him I would call the police, he immediately opened the door.”
A few days later, the young victim was hospitalized for a suicide attempt, she would repeat this gesture of despair 5 times.
“I wanted to touch her a little, but she wouldn’t. If she was a decent girl, she wouldn’t have come up to my room.” Sitting just behind him, the young girl is in tears listening to her executioner soil her a little more…
On May 22, another young girl filed a complaint. She recounts her ordeal at the bar: “He told me, ‘Miss, Miss, come and have sex with me.’ He was insistent and chased me, I was very scared, I warned my parents who called the police.”
The defendant defends himself in his own way:
“It’s true, I said that, but she was shouting ‘Get out, get out,!’ but I didn’t understand that word.”
3 years firm
Mr. Tabard intervenes for the victims. “The defendant reacts to the five suicide attempts of the victim with a broad smile, and this is unacceptable, he has no remorse, no regrets.”After a short deliberation, the court condemned the defendant to three years firm with regard to his behavior, and refuses all requests for a commutation of the sentence.
He will have to serve his 3 years to follow, which brings the total to 18 years in prison. A provision of 2000 euros will have to be paid to the civil parties pending the dismissal of the civil case, which is fixed for February 3.

Six months???
Where’s the justice in that?
This is nothing more than an insult to the victims.

Many of these sentences are grotesquely short–and then the rapists are not deported afterwards.
mortimer says
If Marine LePen were the president, I have a feeling they would find many new excuses to deport.
PRCS says
Reasons, Mortimer, not excuses.
mortimer says
Dear PRCS, in government, there are laws, valid reasons, policies (application of the law) and excuses that may be plausible stretches of the former. The police sometime stretch the law to get at known criminals.
gravenimage says
Mortimer, it is not actually illegal to deport immigrants in France.
The excuses are in *not* deporting thugs, criminals, and child rapists.
Keith O says
The punishment for these sorts of offences should be castration, it would stop repeat offenders such as this fine example of muslim manhood.
Note: I didn’t say he is a well behaved example.
William C. says
This story shows Islam is the religion from hell.
mortimer says
Dear Keith, making preposterous suggestions like that may give you a temporary release of tension, but it won’t happen. Chemical castration has been used in places through pills and injections. The best outcome is deportation. Let the Afghans deal with their own dysfunctional culture.
Keith O says
Did I say anything about chemicals? I prefer the use of minerals, preferably in the form of a rusty razor blade.
And as for deportation? You gotta be kidding? That’s like throwing rubbish into a sewer, just more pollution that will end up having to be dealt with by some other poor bastard.
You obviously haven’t seen the aftermath of rape up close and personal, if you had your attitude would be far less forgiving and more realistic.
mortimer says
Keith, vigilantism is Islamic. Yes, I have strong feelings on this topic too. A man who had tried such actions in revenge (and did time) told me to stay out of jail … and not to do anything foolish.
somehistory says
and if they deported him, he couldn’t make victims wherever they sent him. when these creeps go anyplace, or are sent anyplace…how often that happens is not enough…they can still offend, hurting another child, and in a mozlum country, not much is ever done to protect kids from the slime that prey on them.
Walter Sieruk says
By that Muslim migrants own words he acknowledged and revealed that Islam is a religion of vile and heinous customs.

This Afghan pedophile is right about one thing: in Afghanistan the rape of little boys is common.
Bacha bāzī (Persian: بچه بازی, lit. “boy play”;[1] from بچه bacheh, “boy”, and بازی bazi “play, game”) is a slang term in some parts of Afghanistan and Pakistan[2][3] for a custom in Afghanistan involving child sexual abuse by older men of young adolescent males or boys, called dancing boys, often involving sexual slavery and child prostitution.[4] In the 21st century, bacha bazi is practiced in various parts of Afghanistan and Northwestern Pakistan.[5][6][3] Force and coercion are common, and security officials state they are unable to end such practices and that many of the men involved in bacha bazi are powerful and well-armed warlords.
Eleanor says
Yes it is common mortimer. I follow Trevor Coult MC on YT, who is a UK veteran who has spent time in Afghanistan, and has seen this firsthand. He’s well worth a watch if you don’t mind a little profanity here and there.

France: Afghan Muslim migrant guilty of rape, says ‘In my country, it is normal to have sex with young boys’
…………………………
Isn’t this a good reason for civilized nations *not to import these pedophiles*?
We could at least tell them that they are not allowed to rape children here, but that would no doubt be deemed Islamophobic…
VarAway says
I recall an old Arab phrase:
Women are for getting children.
Young boys are for pleasure….
I rest my case.
Enough said,

Funny.
Why can’t the rest of us, when we break some law we didn’t know about, get off using the same, “I didn’t know I was breaking the law.” excuse?
Sure would have saved me on some traffic tickets.

An Australian Gay guy I knew many years ago,now dead, told me he was in India speaking with a older muslim fellow, who didnt know my friend was Gay, anyway my friend mentioned that in Indian muslim men are often having sex with other men and that this means they are Homosexuals…
No,No, he replied, that is not being Gay.. Thats just a little bit of buggering….
True story…

This is a common view among Muslims.
Ray Fowler says
didnt think my opinion of muslims could sink any lower, but obviously i was wrong, they must be the lowest of the low. but when one considers that their so called prophet was a paedophile i guess it explains a lot.
OLD GUY says
Whats funny is that if they are little boys they are for pleasure if they are consenting adults they throw them off a tall building for being gay. Islamic perversion at its best.
gravenimage says
Mostly pious Muslims hate same sex relationships between consenting adults. Pedophilia and rape intended to humiliate are fine, though.
somehistory says
they at least “pretend to hate’ it while actually many engage it in because they wish to engage in it, just hoping not to get caught.
when more of the Truth about their disgusting way of ..living seems the wrong word…was mainstream, people finding out things about mozlums in such places as afghanistan, my son showed me photos and a long article about them, with the writer pointing out that among the young males there was widespread homosexuality….and saying one reason being, many, or even most, of the old sleaze had taken all of the available women and young girls.to be their four wives.
Kepha says
Well, well, well. In my country, the wonderful Hew Hess of Hay, having sex with children is the next step in progressive sexual liberation. Give us a little time. Maybe our experience in Afghanistan has allowed some of our future leaders to see the beauties of bacha bazi. One of the O’s supporters, Oregon real estate tycoon Terry Bean, got off lightly when he and his partner trafficked a teenaged boy. I wonder if I’ll live long enough to see Petie Buttiegig and his partner Chasten (something sado-masochistic here?) trafficking the kid they adopted?
I’m appalled at the stupidity of the defendant and his lawyer here. He should’ve said something acceptably progressive and “scientific”, like “I was only initiating someone youngers into the beauties of sexual activity. They should learn to celebrate their bodies. In any case, doesn’t your own culture encourage the young to ‘explore your sexuality’? How can they do this unless they’re guided by someone older and more experienced? What can possibly be wrong, then, with my practicing my sexual culture on your territory, where you are desperately seeking a similar form of sexual liberation?”
gravenimage says
Kepha, I think they decided to go with the “beautiful” Islamic culture excuse rather than the leftist “sexual freedom” excuse, because more decent French people would see through the latter.
