Jihad Watch reported on Nov. 14 that the Taliban were invited to attend the UN climate conference, but they’re complaining now that they were invited only as “guests,” not as full participants. Now Matiul Haq Khalis, the director general of Afghanistan’s National Environmental Protection Agency, says: “Afghanistan must participate in such conferences in the future.” This is a demand for full global recognition of the Taliban government.
Turkey has endorsed the Taliban, while Saudi Arabia and Qatar have been cooperating with the Taliban.
While the Taliban has been gaining legitimacy, despite its ruthless cruelty to women and flouting of human rights, the woke West has also foolishly contributed to funds toward “humanitarianism” in Afghanistan. It didn’t occur to them that the Taliban would divert foreign humanitarian aid to its own members and causes. It has done just that. Matiul Haq Khalis also said: “We participated in the conference this year so that we could raise the voice of the nation about the issues we are facing, what the needs of the people are, we must share these things with the world.” That is, the Taliban want handouts.

The Afghan delegation were invited as “guests” of the Azerbaijani hosts, not as a party directly involved in the negotiations.
It was the first time that an Afghan delegation had attended since the Taliban swept to power in August 2021, having failed to get an invite to the past two COPs (Conference of the Parties) held in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
“Afghanistan must participate in such conferences in the future,” said Matiul Haq Khalis, the director general of Afghanistan’s National Environmental Protection Agency, at a press conference on Sunday.
He described Afghanistan’s attendance last month at the talks as a “big achievement”.
“We participated in the conference this year so that we could raise the voice of the nation about the issues we are facing, what the needs of the people are, we must share these things with the world.”
He said the Afghan delegation had meetings with “19 different organisations and governments”, including with delegations from Russia, Qatar, Azerbaijan and Bangladesh…..

Yes lets get dark age barbarians who run a nation that products nothing but terrorism ,that most of the people living there heat their homes with wood (in very short supple in their country due to people barely able to survive strip all the forest ) to animal dung ,to maybe old car tires anything that burns .I am sure they “care” about climate change the new religion of the western elite. The high tech stuff they could have sold already to the Chinese pennies on he dollar , the surplus regular stuff rifles ,machine guns ammo ,rocket launchers ect, that they do not need they could sell to Hamas ,or other fellow terror groups. Some groups in the future use in the Americas and western Europe ,the jihadist terror cells are already there with open borders in both areas.

That would an interesting and productive meeting ,alot more getting done then all the climate meetings rolled into one ,the Taliban would “spice” up the meeting .The western guilt peddling MSM would still come up with excuse’s for the shootings deaths by jihadist.

Talibans, as good muslims, think that they are better than the infidels, so of course they should be invited for such conferences, and lead the conferences too.
Muslims are better in thinking, moral and intellegence compared to the infidels who are the lowest creature. To say otherwise is mocking Islam and makes you the enemy of Islam.
