Pope Francis’ growing animus toward Israel for defending itself has been noted repeatedly at this website, as has his latest offense to history and the truth — permitting a creche at the Vatican with the baby Jesus swaddled in a keffiyeh, the very thing that mobs of students like to wear on American campuses when they are calling for the destruction of Israel and its replacement by a 23rd Arab state. The keffiyeh-draped cradle, which was displayed in the Paul VI Hall, was made by two Palestinian Arab artisans from Bethlehem, Johny Andonia and Faten Nastas Mitwasi. It was one of a series of nativity scenes collectively titled “Nativity of Bethlehem 2024” on display at the Vatican. At the inauguration of those scenes, among the honored guests were representatives, as the Vatican press office announced, from the Embassy of the State of Palestine to the Holy See. The nonexistent “State of Palestine.”
Not everyone was happy with the Pope’s permitting such a politically-charged and anti-Israel message to be expressed by a nativity scene. “The Pope’s inauguration of a nativity scene that showed baby Jesus cradled in a Palestinian keffiyeh is an affront to Jesus, the Bible, and the 80% of Christians who have fled Bethlehem since the Palestinian Authority took over the city,” President of Proclaiming Justice to The Nations, Laurie Cardoza-Moore said on Wednesday.
“Let’s be clear. The Pope can’t rewrite the Bible – Jesus was a Jew from Judea, not a Palestinian. He was born to a Jewish mother in Bethlehem, in Judea – there was no Palestine,” Cardoza-Moore continued….
“Every year, subversive elements within the Church attempt to hijack the holiday and pull the Keffiyeh over our eyes – but it will never work. Instead of paying homage to this blasphemy, the Pope should be publicly supporting the State of Israel in her fight for survival,” she said….
She then called on the Christian world to “open their bible and read.” She continued, “There is no mention of Arafat, Sinwar, or the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The Bible was written in Hebrew, not Arabic. It is time that we wake up and listen to the rhetoric coming out of Teheran and their proxies: first, they are coming for the Saturday People (the Jews) and then, the Sunday People (the Christians).”…
“Christians in Israel enjoy full rights under the law. Many Christians are currently fighting in the Israel Defense Forces, on the front lines. Meanwhile, Christians in Bethlehem are second-class citizens. The tiny minority which remains in the Holy City is forced to conform with the Palestinian revisionist narrative or else,” she said.
She concluded her statements by calling for a prayer for peace and “not do the bidding of the Palestinian Liberation Organization – a Christian-hating, Jew-hating National Socialist movement which has done nothing but bring pain and bloodshed to the people of the Middle East.”
The backlash to this keffiyeh-draped cradle was apparently so strong that after a few days the Vatican quietly removed the creche from public view. Does Pope Francis now realize that by exhibiting such a creche he was furthering the Palestinian claim that “Jesus was a Palestinian”? Probably not. But clearer heads at the Vatican prevailed. Francis will be eighty-eight on December 17, and is clearly addlepated. One possible replacement is Cardinal Raymond Burke, who is clear-eyed and outspoken about the threat of Islam to the world’s Christians, and an opponent of Pope Francis. Another possible successor to Pope Francis is Cardinal Peter Turkson from Ghana. In 2012, while attending a a Vatican conference of bishops that was held to discuss ways to bring lapsed Catholics back into the fold, Turkson showed a video called “Muslim Demographics.” It made dire predictions about the growth of Islam in Europe. Pope Francis’ Vatican Radio dutifully denounced the video as “fear-mongering.” But should Turkson become Pope — and there is much talk about choosing the next Pope from the Third World — he is likely to revive, from the most bully of pulpits, his previously-expressed alarm about the spread of Islam.
Will it soon be time for white smoke to again rise from the chimney above the Sistine Chapel, signaling “Habemus papam”? Let us hope.

Why doesn’t the Pope have a small model of the Jewish Temple made so he could wheel himself up to the remote and blow it up by pushing a button. Thus extending his hand to the ancient Roman Empire, the Church today and yesterday and the Palestinians all at one touch of the “blow up” button. A truly ecumenical act as well as letting those pesky Jews know who is really in charge of the Holy Land.

The Bible, in verses written by the Apostle Paul and the Apostle John, tell of those who are against Christ and His Rulership These Scritpures which describe those ones are translated “anti-Christs”….and there are “many” according to Scripture.
However, John also wrote about some coming ‘but without this Teaching”…meaning, without the Truth about Jesus and His Kingdom.
Someone who may claim to believe in Jesus and claim to serve Him, but does not follow His commandments, and who actually **lies** about Him, are also “anti-Christ.”
The creature called ‘pope; is one such person. He lays claim to serving Christ, and claims to believe, but he doesn’t obey Christ’s commandments. And in this instance of putting a rag of destruction, lies and death on a representation of the time of Jesus’ birth, is a big fat lie.
That means that this creature who claims to be in the ‘seat of the Apostle Peter’, is a liar and a loudmouth anti-Christ.
When one is anti-Christ, as this pope creature is, he is working on the side of the enemies of Jesus….and the greatest enemy is satan the devil.
