A military judge ruled Wednesday that plea deals sparing accused 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two other terrorists the death penalty must remain in effect.
The stunning move comes three months after Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin revoked the shocking plea deals handed out to Mohammed and two alleged accomplices by the Office of Military Commissions in July.
The order, issued by Air Force Col. and Judge Matthew McCall in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was first reported by the Associated Press and has not yet been posted publicly.
Family members of the victims of the heinous terror attack, which killed nearly 3,000, were outraged by the judge’s ruling.
”I am livid that this judge overturned the decision and is allowing these defendants to take a plea deal,” retired police officer, Jimmy Smith, whose wife Moira was killed on Sept. 11, 2001, told The Post.
“They committed the highest crime in this country and they should receive the worst punishment which in this case is the death penalty,” Smith argued. “Also I don’t believe in coincidences, they waited to release this decision until after the election. They overturned it before to help the Democrats in the election.”
Dan D’Allara, twin brother of NYPD officer John D’Allara who was killed on 9/11, told The Post that President-elect Donald Trump should use his executive powers to ensure Mohammed and his accomplices are put to death.
“The first Executive Order President Trump should sign is an Executive Order of Execution for the 5 admitted 9/11 plotters”, D’Allara said. ”They are cowards and they killed a lot of innocent people that day and are continuing to kill people going forward.”..

Why not have a response that will be fair to all sides. Respectful of the Islamic side and the American side. Judge him by sharia law standards. That will require beheading instead of hanging. That should satisfy all.

The WORST punishment to a devout Muslim terrorist is life in prison without parole, unless some collaborator works out a “deal” to trade or release before the end of sentence. Five of the present leaders in the Taliban were released from Guantanamo. Devout Muslims look forward to “72 virgins and boys like pearls” in the afterlife if they die in the “service of Allah”. Dying of age and infirmity in prison either delays or denies that reward. Unlike terrorists, US courts are limited by the Constitution to the punishments they can impose.
I repeat my opinion that trying terrorists as ordinary criminals in court is insane. To me, a terrorist is nothing more than a pirate, “an enemy of all mankind” on land, sea or air, who under accepted law for centuries was entitled to no process, due or otherwise, and could be shot on sight without hearing. In my opinion, Congress and the President can remove terrorists from the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, withdraw from the Law of the Sea Treaty that supports piracy and terrorism, and reimpose the law that was followed for centuries. The world would be a better and safer place.

First see the nature of the Democrat Party. Hussein wiped out any blurry lines between Social Democrat and Democrat Socialist which stood as theoretically viable for decades. Now it just all communist. Also being favorable to jihadists in support of the ayatollahs, Hamas and Hezbollah in policy decisions displays ‘ultra-democracy’ which was a favorite tactic of Lenin. President Trump needs to retire all the liberal generals, military judges etc, needs to clear soldiers records that refused the jab and were forced to retire and give them back pay for the harm done to them and their families. Where to get that money, from the pensions of the military liberals that forced the jab on them. From the elected officials, big pharma and doctors that pushed it, that’s just for starters.
Reinstate the death sentence on the 9/11 master minds in Gitmo, set date 30 days after taking office. These 2 have had a free ride long enough.
As for Gitmo, its a prison not a resort remove all amenities that have been added and keep them in their cells 23 out of 24 hours a day. Halal food, just basic bread, beans and water…3x daily.
