Here’s why the national chairman of Arab Americans for Trump, Bishara Bahbah, believes that Trump may impose an arms embargo on Israel if Netanyahu doesn’t quickly end the Gaza war: “The Trump of 2016 and 2020 is a very different person than the Trump of 2024. He’s been exposed to the Arab Muslim American communities. He has had at least 15 meetings with Arab and Muslim leaders.”
Does Bahbah really think that Trump will be more likely to serve Arab and Muslim interests because he’s more “educated” about them as the result of “at least 15 meetings”?
Americans elected Trump as a man of justice and competence who makes decisions based on American interests domestically and internationally, not a leader who kowtows to special interest groups before all else. It was Joe Biden who sold out America for Muslim votes. Trump didn’t need to.
The subjects that Bahbah and Trump discussed were a ceasefire for the war in Gaza, a “two-state solution,” and “the travel ban from several prominently Muslim countries, commonly described as a ‘Muslim ban.’” Bahbah rightly blamed Obama for the ban, because Obama identified the “countries of concern” that were involved in the ban, but Bahbah now expects Trump to dismiss concerns about those nations.
Bahbah’s opinion about Trump’s request to wrap up quickly the war in Gaza also falls short. Trump also pledged his support for Israel.
Trump in recent weeks has indicated that he’d give Israel freer reign to make decisions, slamming US President Joe Biden for trying to restrict the potential targets of Jerusalem’s retaliation to Iran’s October 1 ballistic missile attack.
Trump has also stated “that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has disregarded the advice of his successor, US President Joe Biden, adding that Israel is in a better position in its ongoing multi-front war because of it.”
Biden betrayed Israel. Trump endorsed Israel’s ignoring of Biden.
Oddly, Bahbah also noted that “the former president got over the Israeli premier congratulating Joe Biden on winning the 2020 election.” Who is he to speak for Trump or even to bring up this long-ago event?
Bahbah is jockeying for Trump’s support of Arabs over the interests of the Jewish state, as he undermines Netanyahu.
“Trump could impose arms embargo on Israel if war continues, Arab surrogate says,” Jacob Majid, Times of Israel, November 6, 2024:
DEARBORN, Michigan — The national chairman of Arab Americans for Trump tells The Times of Israel that the Republican nominee could well impose an arms embargo against Israel if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ignores his call to quickly end the war in Gaza.
“If he says to Netanyahu, ‘End the war by the time I enter office,’ and Netanyahu fails to do so, there’s nothing stopping Trump from stopping the flow of arms to Israel,” Bahbah says in an interview on the sidelines of an election watch party in Dearborn, Michigan.
Asked how Trump plans to implement his pledge to end the multi-front Mideast war, Bahbah acknowledges that the Republican has been light on the details but points to his significant influence over Netanyahu. He notes that the former president got over the Israeli premier congratulating Joe Biden on winning the 2020 election.
Judging solely based on Trump’s record as president, though, there is little to suggest that he would abandon Israel.
But Bahbah retorts that “the Trump of 2016 and 2020 is a very different person than the Trump of 2024.”
“He’s been exposed to the Arab Muslim American communities. He has had at least 15 meetings with Arab and Muslim leaders,” the Trump surrogate argues….

Trump must know that the two state “solution” is complete folly.

Quite true…it was the Arab-Americans who came hat in hand to President Trump, unlike Harris and Biden who came crawling on their knees, begging for votes.
Trump is indeed a man of justice and fairness. He knows that if Israel is defeated, Europe is next…and then America.

Arab Americans means the Muslims migrants. Who are supporting financially by some Arab Muslims countries.
The Christians of the Middle East are the migrants who are living under threat and discrimination from the Muslims governments and people at the Arab countries.
The Christians of the Middle East are over than 80% from the total of the migrants from Arab countries.
Majority of them do not consider themselves as Arabs. 99,9% of them vote for Trump as a republican.
Arab Muslims migrants in USA and the western countries their power is not from their numbers, but from the financial aid they are receiving from some Arab Muslims countries.
Arab Muslims migrants divided themselves between the two parties Republican and Democratic. By this way they are always supporting who win.
Not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims.

Thanks but I doubt 80% are Xian.
Have you included Iranians?
I maybe wrongly, thought the Dearborn Trump fans were Sunni, who want Trump to bring Iran to heel and restart the Abraham Accords.

There was a time when most Arab immigrants to the US were Christian–good people like Danny Thomas. This is sadly less true all the time, though.

He has “been exposed.” Yes, he knows now that nothing less than complete surrender will satisfy the rabid mozlums.
Mr. Trump told Glenn Beck that the first time, ‘he didn’t know how to be president.’ But, now he has learned some things.
And sometimes, even *honest* politicians tell people what they want to hear.
The goon put an important word in his claims: ***”“If**** he says to Netanyahu”…..
Whatever Mr. Trump ‘says to Mr. Netanyahu’ will be between the two of them. This mozlum goon won’t be in the meeting.

The arab nostrum is projection… assuming that Trump owes arabs is just such a nostrum. And then it’s the victimization game if they don’t get what they want. I’m still waiting for the muslim groups to pony up and admit that the slaughters that took place on Oct 7th last year not merely occurred but were planned and celebrated, as they still are by the ‘progressives’ on college campuses. None have ever evinced an ounce of shame, at what occurred and was planned. Getting beat by the Israeli’s is what offends them…. how dare the Jews best them ever.

Oh, you must be really confused Mr Arab man.
Trump didn’t create historic PEACE in the Middle-east by capitulating to TERRORISTS.
He did it by showing unprecedented STRENGTH and by persuading the Muslim world to ditch their “Palestinian” TERRORIST allies.
And you also must be forgetting the many hostages, including Americans, STILL being held by the TERRORISTS in Gaza.
Biden was happy to allow Americans to linger in TERRORISTS captivity, but Trump will not.
We will put an end to this war by DESTROYING the terrorists in Israel…from Hamas to PIJ, to the PA.
Then we need to put MAXIMUM pressure via sanctions and withholding foreign aid on the Lebanese government and their allies until they FINALLY deal with the ILLEGAL terrorist militia currently occupying much of their country.
Trump will stop the terrorists by cutting off their funding, nit by making a deal with the.
We don’t negotiate with TERRORISTS.
