In response to ICC prosecutor Karim Khan’s outrageous decision to seek arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, and Hamas top dogs, Netanyahu issued a resolute statement.

Statement by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:
“The outrageous decision by the ICC prosecutor, Karim Khan, to seek arrest warrants against the democratically elected leaders of Israel is a moral outrage of historic proportions. It will cast an everlasting mark of shame on the international court.
Israel is waging a just war against Hamas, a genocidal terrorist organization that perpetrated the worst attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Hamas massacred 1200 Jews, raped Jewish women, burned Jewish babies, took hundreds hostage.
Now, in the face of these horrors, Mr. Khan creates a twisted and false moral equivalence between the leaders of Israel and the henchmen of Hamas. This is like creating a moral equivalence after September 11thbetween President Bush and Osama Bin Laden, or during World War II between FDR and Hitler.
What a travesty of justice!
What a disgrace!
The prosecutor’s absurd charges against me and Israel’s defense minister are merely an attempt to deny Israel the basic right of self-defense. And I assure you of one thing: This attempt will utterly fail.
Eighty years ago, the Jewish people were totally defenseless against our enemies. Those days are over. Now the Jewish people have a state and we have an army to defend our state.
Notwithstanding the blood libels Mr. Khan has leveled, Israel will continue to wage this war in full compliance with international law. We will continue to take unprecedented measures to get innocent civilians out of harm’s way and to ensure that humanitarian assistance reaches those in need in Gaza.
Mr. Khan also sets a dangerous precedent that undermines every democracy’s right to defend itself against terror organizations and aggressors. The ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel and Mr. Khan’s actions will not stop us from waging our just war against Hamas.
But Mr. Khan’s abuse of this authority will turn the ICC into nothing more than a farce.
He’s doing something else. He is callously pouring gasoline on the fires of antisemitism that are raging across the world. Through this incendiary decision, Mr. Khan takes his place among the great antisemites in modern times. He now stands alongside those infamous German judges who donned their robes and upheld laws that denied the Jewish people their most basic rights and enabled the Nazis to perpetrate the worst crime in history.
Two weeks ago, on Holocaust Memorial Day, I pledged this: No amount of pressure and no decision in any international forum will prevent Israel from defending itself against those who seek our destruction.
To all the enemies of Israel, including their collaborators in The Hague, I renew that pledge today. Israel will wage our war against Hamas until that war is won. Because never again is now.”

Yes, he moved to true sorrow for his own species, minus much of the bitterness and sarcasm, and he passed away in 1910 with, above all, sadness in his heart about his fellow man.

Even a partially fair investigation and hearing by the Marxist infested and influenced International Court of Justice is very unlikely if not impossible regarding and libelous accusations of genocide against Israel when , in reality, it’s those jihadists of Hamas who committed action of attempted genocide against the Jewish people.
For it was Hamas that stated that current war in the Middle East by murderously invading Israel, on October 7,th , and now has its jihadists hide their terror and weapon centers among civilians ,including children in Gaza and then have the gall to blame the Israel Defense Force when civilians are killed.
For it was Hamas using its jihadists stooges then attempted to commit genocide against the Jewish people and the jihadists of Hamas even went further in heinous evil by kidnapping many Israel’s and raping many Jewish females .
Those Hamas jihadists are so cruel and vicious that they even took Jewish infants and burned them to death while they were still alive.
In spite of all those facts, some despicable people want to have acquittal for Hamas from all is wicked jihad terrorism and release its jihadists from the monstrous Islamic evil that they have so vicious committed and are very guilty of, and yet condemn Israel for striking back and Hamas in self- defense. This is absurd and wrong. Very absurd and wrong.
To add to this m libelous and slanderous of false charges of genocide are made against Israel about it heads of government and the IDF.
Such charges are as absurd as they are also wrong. Those changes are very absurd.

Prime Minister Netanyahu is right on all counts, but particularly about this one: that Karim Khan is inciting worldwide anti-Semitism trends. For this reason alone, Karim Khan himself should be turned in to the ICC, not as its head, but as one of its inmates

Interesting potential response: Israel issues arrest warrants for the ICC charging them for complicity in Hamas War Crimes! I’d bet on Mossad serving those warrants.
Using US law as a model, 18 USC 2 says that anyone who “aids, abets, counsels for acts in furtherance of a federal crime” is equally guilty. By adopting the Treaty of London (1945), and Article 6 Clause 2 of the Constitution, war crimes are also federal crimes
Israel also adopted the Treaty of London when it joined the United Nations. The ICC is aiding Hamas. Charge and prosecute them in an Israeli court!

No attack on Israel on 7th. Oct. NO Israeli retaliation post 7th. Oct. Why no ICC action on ANY Arab Govts. for their tacit approval & assistance for Terrorist Activities over the decades?
