The targeting of Ahmadis in Pakistan and elsewhere is as brutal as the persecution of infidels and apostates, because they are considered heretics in mainstream Islam, as is every other Muslim group (and individual) that doesn’t follow normative Islamic doctrine.
So it is nothing out of the ordinary in Pakistan that three members of the Ahmadi community would be arrested on Eid for daring to present themselves as Muslims.
The Economic Times in India has pointed out: “Ahmadis from Pakistan have steadily moved to the West, fleeing persecution, seeking refuge in countries such as the UK, Germany and Canada.”
Two years ago, as leaders of Pakistan’s Ahmadi community founded the National Commission for Minorities, they were reported to be fearful for their safety. Even Pakistan’s federal Cabinet ministers and provincial assembly members “used ‘dangerous’ and ‘inflammatory’ remarks, inciting civilian violence against the group.”
Yet despite the long history of persecution they have endured, Ahmadis routinely ally with Sunni groups and proselytize in the West, claiming that Islam is a religion of peace.
“Why were 3 members of Ahmadi community arrested in Pakistan on Eid?,” Hindustan Times, July 11, 2022:
Three members of the Ahmadi community were arrested in Faisalabad city of Pakistan for allegedly hurting Muslim sentiments by sacrificing animals on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Pakistani website Dawn reported.
According to the FIR, the complainants were present in the mosque after the Friday prayers when they came to know that the members of Ahmadi community had sacrificed animals inside their homes, the website reported.
The complainants then reached the area and climbed the roofs of nearby houses to find that the members of Ahmadi community had sacrificed a goat at one place, while other members were slitting the throat of another animal at a different place, Dawn quoted the FIR.
The complainants alleged that the accused had committed a cognisable offence as they performed a ritual in line with Islamic beliefs and presented themselves as Muslims despite being Ahmadis.
However, the Ahmadi community spokesperson Saleemuddin told the Pakistani website that the sacrifice was performed within the confines of a house and not in a public place, further alleging that the community is being persecuted.
Earlier this month, Pakistan’s religious affairs ministry had asked the interior ministry to implement Article 260 (3) of the Pakistani constitution which classifies segments of society as non-Muslims. In a letter addressed to the interior secretary, it was stated that article and Section 198-C prevented the Ahmadis from posing themselves as Muslims and performing Islamic practices.
Since 1974, the Ahmadis have been barred from calling themselves as Muslims, with the United Nations refugee agency UNHCR stating that they are a persecuted community in Pakistan and should be protected.

Pakistan: Three Ahmadis arrested on Eid for presenting themselves as Muslims
…………………….
Disgusting but unsurprising. Pakistan has been persecuting Ahmadis ever since its inception. They are especially enraged if Ahmadis openly identify as Muslim, despite their obviously being an Islamic sect.
And note that no one but orthodox Muslims may be allowed to brutally slaughter animals on this ‘holiday’.
And there is no privacy in Islam–Muslims had to climb onto rooftops to see into Ahmadi homes.
And this is all presented as “hurting the sentiments of Muslims”, not what it is–persecuting minorities.

More evidence, if any was really needed, that Islam hates everything that doesn’t fall within the very narrow confines of what this twisted cult deems to be acceptable.
In fact, Islam teaches nothing but hate.
