It’s about time. Judge Charles Atchley Jr. of the Eastern District of Tennessee is setting a needed precedent on an issue that has exploded into over-the-top insanity.
Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor stated correctly that Atchley’s order “is a major victory for women’s sports and for the privacy and safety of girls and women in their school bathrooms and locker rooms.”
Human rights and equal rights for all is fundamental. In the process of extending those rights, another’s rights should not be trampled, as they have been in certain cases involving the transgender community. There are biological realities that cannot be ignored. Take, for example, two women who were impregnated by a transgender inmate in a New Jersey women’s prison. Similarly, a UK hospital recklessly tried to cover up the rape of a woman by a transgender patient in an all-female ward.
In April, while trying to grapple with transgenderism, Swimming Australia issued a warning about the obvious unfairness of allowing transgender athletes to compete in women’s sports, so the organization considered issuing testosterone tests as a possible solution.
Leftist women’s rights activists have collectively gone peculiarly silent on the matter. They appear to regard abortion and Donald Trump as the most important women’s issues, even more paramount than women getting raped in facilities by transgender individuals, or women having their safety, privacy and right to compete in sports violated.

A coalition of 20 Republican attorneys general brought a lawsuit last year against the federal government, noting that they stood to lose significant federal funding as the Biden directives were in conflict with their own state laws.Atchley agreed with that, writing in his order that the states “cannot continue regulating pursuant to their state laws while simultaneously complying with Defendants’ guidance.”

And having overturned Roe v Wade, I think that the SCOTUS justices will now be less afraid to overturn woke policies that have made it into law

This judge is in line with that. and with the fact that when a grown male is allowed to go into a restroom, locker-room, changing room where little girls go, sexual assault happens. Indeed, Biden’s handlers (and he is most certainly being handled by others) despise “normal American values.” Right now we have traitors in the Executive Branch, starting with Dementia Joe, and so far they’re getting away with implementing their awful ideas.
