This is a ridiculous situation that threatens everyone in Pakistan, but it cannot be fixed, because any attempt to reform the blasphemy laws will result in riots. Islamic hardliners will interpret the change as un-Islamic, and blood will flow. So everyone lives in fear from day to day, hoping no one will get the idea to accuse him or her of blasphemy. Such accusations alone are enough for riots and killings. Lack of evidence is not a consideration.

“Pakistan’s Blasphemy Laws Cast a Shadow of Fear Over Justice: Even Judges Fear for Their Lives,” by Sardar Mushtaq Gill, Pakistan Christian Post, November 5, 2026
Islamabad, Pakistan: The misuse of blasphemy laws is a serious human rights concern that threatens not only accused individuals but also judges, lawyers, witnesses, and those seeking justice. When even judges fear for their lives while hearing blasphemy-related cases, it exposes a deeply troubling climate of intimidation surrounding judicial proceedings in Pakistan. No law should become an instrument of persecution, personal vendettas, or injustice. The state must protect everyone involved in judicial proceedings and ensure that justice is administered independently, without fear or external pressure.
Sardar Mushtaq Gill, a prominent human rights defender and lawyer, Founder and International Advocacy Director of LEAD Ministries, has expressed grave concern over the alarming remarks made by Islamabad High Court Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan regarding the security threats confronting judges and witnesses involved in blasphemy-related cases in Pakistan.
Gill stated that the judge’s observations reveal a deeply disturbing reality: the climate of fear surrounding Pakistan’s blasphemy laws has reached a point where even members of the judiciary fear for their lives while performing their constitutional and judicial responsibilities.
He emphasized that when judges themselves feel unsafe hearing sensitive cases, it raises serious questions about judicial independence, the rule of law, and the state’s ability to guarantee protection to ordinary citizens facing accusations under blasphemy provisions.
During a recent hearing before a two-member bench comprising Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro, the court heard appeals filed by individuals convicted in a blasphemy case and suspended their sentences pending further proceedings.
The most concerning aspect of the proceedings was Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan’s candid disclosure of the security threats and fear he had experienced while hearing blasphemy-related matters.
Referring to his experience while hearing the Noor Fatima writ petition concerning a blasphemy case, the judge disclosed that he had feared on a daily basis that someone might enter the courtroom, shoot him, and leave.
He observed that sitting on the bench without fear had become extremely difficult and acknowledged that security concerns were discouraging judges from hearing such sensitive appeals. He further indicated that he would hear these cases alone if circumstances permitted.
The judge also questioned the state’s failure to provide adequate security to judges and witnesses, observing that several judges had lost their lives.
In another concerning observation, he reportedly expressed apprehension that speaking openly about these matters could result in another reference being filed against him….

To me, it takes a special kind of delusional fool to try to be a “human rights lawyer” in a Muslim society. The very undertaking is contrary to Islam.
Having read and studied A LOT about Nazi Germany, I can extend the experience there and then to Pakistan today because the same homicidal demand for conformity and in fact UNIFORMITY exists. Islam prohibits ALL change, reform or moderation on penalty of death. An advocate for change is immediately suicidal.
As in Nazi Germany, the best way to live and change is to leave. They don’t want to be “saved” and are eager to kill anyone who tries..

From bad to worse. It begins, denials are made, but the reality of islime is, it always goes from bad to worse because it’s evil to the very core….the al queda….and muzzies use such *laws* to gain power and property.
One can wonder now just how bad it will get in the U.S. The U.K. France, Germany, etc. have been going in that direction. There is a form of the blasphemy *law* in the U.K.
islime is pure evil from satan the devil and fits the “wild beast” of Revelation.

The malignant power of Islam is its incredible ability to help destroy everything Non-Muslim but also Muslims themselves where totalitarian rule reigns supreme as taught in Islamic Law and in Islam’s Qur’an(Qur’an 9:5, 14-15, 29, 41, 111; 49:15, etc.). Genocidal Allah in Qur’an 8:39 commands, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…” Allah in Qur’an 9:111 says, “Surely Allah has purchased from the believers[Muslims] their souls and their money so that they may have the garden[Heavenly Paradise]. They engage in war for the sake of Allah, so they kill and are killed…”.

Ah yes, Islamic barbarism and insanity at its best! Now they’re even shooting their judges. America just has to have this system!
No surprise, with satan its boss Islam has turned in on itself. And this lunatic asylum, Pakistan, is the country with which Trump drew closer after forming his Board of Peace. Suddenly this treacherous, rogue Islamic extremist dump of a country became the good good guy and on America’s behalf negotiated with Iran. I marvelled. You can’t make this stuff up!

I may run my WW Two analysis in the ground. I think it is worth remembering that Neville Chamberalin called on Mussolini to mediate with Hitler. Mussolini was fed his script in Munich by Goering.
Negotiating with Iran is a fool’s mission. Mohammed, “The Perfect Man and Perfect Example for All Time” negotiated with fortified village of Jews after a long siege, promising them if they surrendered the village and laid down their weapons, they would be permitted safe passage. The men were SLAUGHTERED. The women and children were enslaved. A “deal” with Muslims lasts only so long as it is convenient to their goals.

The reason that a death sentence is carried out on people criticize Islam, First because that religion completely lacks reason and logic in its foundation.
It’s also because Islam isn’t based on reason and logic but on strong emotions and a firm but blind unquestioning faith in Islam’s prophet ,Muhammad and the Qur ‘an.
Walter Sieruk says
Since Islam is so very weak that can’t be upheld under the scrutiny of criticism by under the light a Biblical position or reason and logic , therefore Islam is built on, stand on a foundation of sand the follower of that religion murder Christians for revealing the truth Islam from the Bible as well as other intelligent people who expose the errors of Islam in the view of reason and logic.

All cricket playing nations should agree to forego playing Pakistan in any format of international cricket until Pakistan agrees to rescind its blasphemy laws.
Pakistan cares about cricket.
Pakistanis are fanatical about cricket.
Pakistan’s national cricket team is a source of national pride.
A global ban on Pakistan playing any other nation in cricket, regardless of cricket format, whether Test cricket matches, One Day International matches, T20 cricket matches, or cricket in the Olympics, would be deeply felt by everyone in Pakistan.
International efforts to ban South Africa from international cricket and international rugby union played a part in getting South Africa to ditch their apartheid policy.
A ban directed at Pakistan regarding international cricket could help pressure Pakistan and compel them to ditch their blasphemy laws.
