A convicted Somalian rapist who managed to overturn a deportation order went on to rape two more women in Birmingham, with his lawyer arguing ‘he had a lack of understanding of what is acceptable in the UK’.
This made for a total of 5 women he had raped.
Jabeen Akhtar, defending, said Ibrahim had come from a country where he had witnessed many atrocities and that he had a lack of understanding of what is acceptable in the UK.
“It was more opportunistic then pre-planned,” he claimed. “No long term physical injury was sustained by the victims.”
After raping 5 women, going to jail, overturning a deportation order, Dahir Ibrahim sued, accusing the system of Islamophobia.
A Somali rapist has won a court battle against the NHS after painkillers were prescribed to him in prison during Ramadan.
Now, the 41-year-old has won his case against Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust after he claimed its policy of only dispensing the opiate-based painkiller codeine at HMP Birmingham in the morning or afternoon during Ramadan breached his human rights.
Luckily, Judge Mohammed was on his side.
During the County Court hearing, Judge Mohammed Shakil Najib ruled the dispensing policy amounted to “indirect” religious discrimination under Article 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
No word on whether raping non-Muslims qualifies as religious discrimination.

Assuming that is true, that’s the reason why Dahir Ibrahim should have never been in the UK to begin with.
