Muslims have snookered Pope Leo, and not for the first time. He invited to an interfaith meeting held in Metz on September 28 a particularly dangerous Muslim cleric, tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, who has called on Muslims to undermine the Infidel countries in which they now live, by working in clandestine fashion in order to ensure, as Muhammad said, that “Islam is to dominate and not to be dominated.” More on this Muslim cleric, rector of the Grand Mosque in Lille and president of the “Musulmanes de France,” can be found here: “Muslim Brotherhood-Tied Imam Granted Seat at Pope Leo’s Interfaith Table in France,” by Jules Gomes, Middle East Forum, October 5, 2026:
France’s leading Muslim cleric, who has called on his followers to work undercover for a global Islamic state, is celebrating his invitation to an interfaith meeting alongside Pope Leo XIV during the pope’s recent visit to the country.
Imam Makhlouf Mamèche, president of Musulmans de France (MF) and rector of the Grand Mosque of Lille, posted pictures on Facebook of himself with other religious leaders at the September 28 papal event in Metz, themed “Roots of Europe for Peace and Unity.”

How he and his followers who saw his Facebook pictures must have laughed at such a spectacle caught on camera — there was Makhlouf Mamèche, whose reason for being is to destroy from within the world’s Infidel states, and right beside him, the gullible Pope Leo, who has put his faith in interfaith healing that Muslims are using to distract non-Muslims from the frightening truth about Islam.
“I particularly recall the Pope’s words on the multifaceted roots of Europe and, in particular, on the presence of Arab culture in the Iberian Peninsula, which testifies to the richness of the encounters between civilizations,” the Algerian-born imam wrote on Facebook, highlighting Leo’s praise for Islam’s contribution to European civilization.
Ah, yes: “Arab culture in the Iberian Peninsula,” which Pope Leo thinks demonstrates the “multifaceted roots of Europe” and the “richness of the encounters between civiizations,” demonstrates nothing of the kind. When the Arabs conquered the Iberian Peninsula, that was not a “rich encounter,” but a case of a brutal conqueror oppressing the Christians whose land the Muslims conquered. So harsh was that rule that the Christians spent 700 years fighting to regain their land in the Reconquista. And think of how many Christians — and Jews — on the Iberian Peninsula converted to Islam not out of belief, but out of fear of having to endure the onerous status of “dhimmis.”
Mamèche described his encounter with the pope as “a powerful moment of dialogue, fraternity, and reflection on our common history and shared future,” noting that the event was held in the presence of the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, and several heads of state.
“I would like to express my warm thanks to the Catholic Church in France for this invitation and for the trust that is given to me. I am particularly honored and happy to participate in this meeting in Metz,” Mamèche observed, posting a picture of his badge for the event.
Allah, Mamèche must be thinking to himself, what fools these Infidels be. That interfaith meeting in Metz, that treacly nonsense he spooned out afterwards about that “powerful moment of dialogue, fraternity, and reflection on our common history and shared future,” when the only “shared future” the Muslim cleric has in mind is a future where Islam dominates and the Christians, now dhimmis, submit to their savage rule — what a farce.
However, Florence Bergeaud-Blackler, a leading French expert on the Muslim Brotherhood, told Focus on Western Islamism (FWI) that “Imam Mamèche should not have been invited to this meeting given the links between the Musulmans de France and the Muslim Brotherhood described in the report published by the French Ministry of the Interior in May 2025.”
“Interreligious dialogue requires discernment in the choice of interlocutors,” Bergeaud-Blackler, author of the bestseller The Muslim Brotherhood and Its Networks: The Investigation. “An invitation to a papal visit confers institutional recognition on him, which he was quick to showcase on the social media accounts of Musulmans de France.”…
Makhlouf Mamèche used his invitation to this interfaith meeting to increase his standing among Muslims of France, and among non-Muslims too, when both the Vatican and the French state should be trying to diminish his prestige, and to elevate other Muslims, such as the most famous of French moderate Muslims, Hassen Chalghoumi, imam at the Drancy mosque, the cleric who is called, for his willingness to defend Israel, “the Jewish imam.” He is the representative of French Muslims whom the Vatican should have chosen to meet with.
For his part, Mamèche told FWI that he regarded the Interior Ministry’s report as “particularly hostile toward Musulmans de France” and had publicly addressed “the numerous errors and inaccuracies it contains.”…
The Interior Ministry’s report was “particularly hostile” to Musulmanes de France because the French government knows that Musulmanes de France is simply a cover organization for the Muslim Brotherhood.
“I never called upon Muslims to operate clandestinely, nor did I advocate for the development of any ‘culture of secrecy’ or ‘sense of secrecy,’” Mamèche insisted. “To attribute to me today an intention to operate clandestinely or foster secrecy is not only a distortion of my words but also completely at odds with my history and my public commitments over many years.”
Mamèche did indeed in his sermons and writings counsel Muslims to “work gently, without raising alarms or causing an uproar” and “multiply our efforts without broadcasting it to everyone or making too much noise.” “Clandestine” planning of Muslim “entryism” into the larger society is advised; do not alarm the Infidels as you beaver away at gnawing at the pillars of the French state, in order that they become progressively weaker and at last give way, to be replaced by a state where “Islam dominates and is not to be dominated.”
The leading French expert on the Muslim Brotherhood, Florence Bergeaud-Blackler, is alarmed that the Vatican, which she says should have good information on Muslim clerics, nonetheless invited Makhlouf Mamèche to meet with the Pope, which conferred institutional recognition on him, and which he can now exploit as a guarantor of his acceptability to the French state.
It may be that Pope Leo was badly informed about Makhlouf Mamèche, or perhaps, still worse, that he sees no other way of dealing with the Muslim threat in Europe than to pretend it is not a threat, and hope that somehow that threat will diminish of its own accord. Such a policy has never worked before. Why would this head-in-sand policy work now?

Yet another bad joke of a pope, a doormat. Just watch this man stoop ever lower as he degrades himself to irrelevance.

You can not trust Muslims that preach hate. This Muslim cleric should have been invited by the POPE. I thought that the POPE had advisers?
somehistory says
This ‘pope’ was not :snookered.” by muzzies. The pretender is a servant of satan the devil.
He has every opportunity anyone would need, to find out what is True and what is false. He preachers a false religion and engages with the slime knowing that he has no Scriptural support for his actions and his words.
The other ‘pope’ engaged in Kissi face with the muzzie thug in Egypt. Will someone get in close with a camera to document the hugs and kisses with this meeting?
Chevelle says
I was thinking the same. Just think about how many times he’s always on a podium with some kind of Muslims? It’s understandable if the pope is up there once a year with some Muslim.
But it seems like every two weeks . Am I right? Him and Francis always with the Muslims.
somehistory says
If “once a year” he was **debating** a muzzie, that would not be objectionable.
It’s a Christian’s duty….commanded by Christ….to ‘preach the good news’ to everyone he can…to every hearing ear. A Christian is not to try to force acdeptance….Jesus didn’t chase after others, He didn’t threaten….but it is the right thing to try to give a ‘witness’ about Christ.. He said to ‘preach, teach and baptize.’
But he is not debating them and he is not attempting to ‘preach and teach;, he is agreeing with them. He says things which only lead to more praise of the muzzies. Such as in Algeria at the muzzie barracks.
And opening rooms at the vatican for them.
Chevelle says
They’re trying to make the migration look legitimate and must praise Islam.
60 million Muslims in Europe is more than enough pope. The question is how many does the pope want? 600 million? We have Christian problems world wide. He must bring them to the podium every two weeks, not these savages. There is more to the world than Israel and the Islam world is all they talk about.

The Pope’s interfaith meeting is pure blasphemy.
The Quran and Hadiths deny the death of Christ which makes it an anti-christ doctrine.
somehistory says
Yes. It’s a large part of the global anti-Christ.

you are beginning to sound like a muslim
every single religion other than Christianity……
and that includes 6 BILLION PEOPLE-who are NOT Christian are not concerned theologically with Jesus
NOT following Christian doctrine does not make ANYONE anti CHRIST
are Shinto believers anti Christ?? Buddhists? Zoroastrians? Hindus?
most people are taught to respect other peoples beliefs….even if they do not hold these beliefs
you really should give this attitude a rest
or establish a pulpit somewhere…-

All interfaith meetings with Muslims are basically a joke because with the Muslims in those meetings either they know what Islam is really all about or they don’t and such deceit or ignorance will not lead to anything of value.
40 rounds says
All interfaith meetings are seemingly silly because their ways to salvation are completely different. Baptists, catholics, wesleyan etc can have interfaith meetings because they can agree on a whole host of issues (and I’m not talking about the woke versions of these denominations). But Christians meeting with Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists seems rather a waste of time
Wellington says
With Muslims, yes, but with Hindus and Buddhists I see no problem with this, indeed some advantages.
ploome says
yes
muslims consider “all interfaith meetings” an opportunity for dawah

The Catholic Church desperately needs a Pope with the mindset and worldview of someone like Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò.
Pope Leo is the exact opposite – an antichrist.
