The monstrous regiment of anti-Israel and antisemitic commentators have been beavering away, contributing entries to Wikipedia in order to further their goal of turning the whole wide world against Jews and the Jewish state. Recently, they were caught out describing CAMERA on Wikipedia as an organization “that denied the genocide in Gaza” in an entry about Robert Kraft, who has contributed to CAMERA. A Wikipedia editor added a disputed description of the pro-Israel media watchdog Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis to New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s biography days after Kraft barred rapper Macklemore from performing at Gillette Stadium with Ed Sheeran, raising questions about the entry’s neutrality.
Macklemore was removed from Sheeran’s U.S. Loop Tour after saying “free Palestine” during a Sept. 4 performance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Kraft, who owns Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., said Macklemore would not be permitted to perform there because of what he described as the rapper’s “broader history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery.” Messina Touring Group, the tour’s promoter, subsequently announced that Macklemore would not perform at the remaining dates after multiple venues said they would not host shows with him on the bill.
On Sept. 19, five days after Macklemore’s removal from the tour, a Wikipedia editor added material to Kraft’s entry based on a Sept. 18 article in The Intercept about his philanthropic giving to pro-Israel organizations, including the Kraft Family Foundation’s $63,500 donation to CAMERA.
The Wikipedia entry had described CAMERA as “an organization that has denied Israel’s genocide in Gaza and has organized pressure campaigns against those it considers ‘anti-Israel,’” mirroring language used in The Intercept article. The phrase “denied Israel’s genocide in Gaza” also linked to a Wikipedia page titled “Gaza genocide denial.”
The description, which is not included in CAMERA’s own Wikipedia entry, was removed on Thursday afternoon and replaced with recognition of a 2018 contribution from the foundation “with the memo line ‘fighting antisemitism.’” As of press time, the entry has not been reverted to reflect the anti-Israel language.
Someone came across that anti-Israel editor’s emendation at the entry for Kraft within two weeks of it being put up, and took it down. It is clear that Wikipedia has become a new front in the war against the Jewish state. The enemy soldiers are those who edit entries to carry an anti-Israel message. And those who support Israel, or simply want to prevent highly tendentious language to be used on what is supposed to be a “neutral” site, are now working just as hard to have those edits removed.
The entry previously described CAMERA as a “right-wing organization.” That characterization was subsequently removed after another Wikipedia editor raised concerns that the Israel section contained excessive “editorialising.” The editor also questioned whether some of the language was too closely tied to The Intercept’s characterization….
The Intercept is a far-left website that promotes a pro-“Palestinian” point of view, covering “Palestinian” suffering under the “occupation,” the impact of Israeli military operations, and U.S. political and military support for Israel.
“Calling CAMERA an organization that ‘denied Israel’s genocide in Gaza’ is not a neutral description of its position, because it treats genocide as an established fact and frames those who dispute that characterization as deniers,” Lir said. “The phrase also echoes ‘Holocaust denial,’ giving it an undue moral charge. The conclusion that no genocide occurred is not denial; it is a reasoned position shared by many organizations and scholars.”…
There has been no “genocide” in Gaza. “Genocide” requires intent. There has not been such an intent. The IDF has made a tremendous effort — dropping millions of leaflets, sending millions of text messages, and making millions of robocalls, as well as employing the “knock-on-the-roof” technique — to warn civilians away from sites about to be targeted. As a result, of the 73,500 deaths in Gaza, 25,000 were Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad combatants, 24,000 were deaths attributable, based on historical data, to accidents and disease, between 3,000 and 5,000 deaths were the result of misfirings of Hamas and PIJ rockets that landed in Gaza.
The result is that the civilian-to-combatant ratio in Gaza has been less than 1:1. The UN has said that in all the wars fought since 1945, the civilian-to-combatant ratio has been 9:1. In Afghanistan, the Americans brought it down to 4:1, and in Iraq, to 3:1. But no military in history has achieved what the IDF has done in bringing that ratio down to 1:1. No wonder West Point Professor John Spencer has concluded from his study of the Gaza war that “Israel has done more and implemented more measures to prevent civilian harm than any military in the history of urban warfare.” And that is the evidence that the charge of Israeli “genocide” should not appear as “uncontested” at Wikipedia.
It is now clear that a new front has opened in the war against Israel: the Wikipedia front. There are a great many people editing entries at the site to undermine Israel’s position and to promote those of its enemies. Israel’s supporters need to be eternally vigilant, so as to detect, and then have changed, the material now being placed on a great number of sites by these Wikipedia warriors who have been increasing their activity to poison minds against Israel across our giddy globe.

It can’t be: Wiki is captured by Leftist activists, as Jimmy Wales, its founder conceded. The problem is real: it’s a primary reference source for most AI models, although they do dilute it by using other sources
One way could be by installing Bryan Lundukes Chrome extension to your browser. Whenever you go to the Wiki home page, it sometimes pops up a donation request, even though only 6% of everything they get is what they need as operating costs: all the rest goes into their pet – mainly Leftist – causes. His extension gets rid of that donation request, and instead replaces it w/ Wiki’s actual financial data. Only downside: one has to know how to install something from Github, but otherwise, it is great

It is a giant stretch to call the genocide a fact if you think about it. This is an encyclopedia. At most, if you did a hypothetical article on the so called Gaza genocide and present it as such.
It just looks very strange to look at Graven Image. This article cited the civilian combat death ratio. This was a very very dense urban zone with no comparison in recent history. Plus you also must understand that the data is not going to come out any time soon to be analyzed properly. They’re basically using Hamas data.
Hamas is incentivized to list as few combat deaths and as many civilian deaths. You can’t automatically call this a genocide this quickly, even skipping ethnic cleansing or a series of war crimes completely. It’s absurd. But it shows just how disturbingly powerful these anti Israel forces have become. I was not a supporter of Israel, but these people have forced my hand. They will accumulate that power and use it on us next.
If you’re truly America first, you simply don’t have a choice in Palestine Israel. It’s Israel. Because the next article is Trumps genocide in Iran.

On a Wikipedia search bar, type “Jerusalem”. In the list of options that you get, Jerusalem is the 2nd pull down option (after the Mutasarrifate of Jerusalem – the Ottoman province that contained it). The description of Jerusalem today is simply “City in the Southern Levant”. This has changed: months ago, when I did the same thing, it described it as a “City in the Middle East”. In the first paragraph of what it says:

⮞ Jerusalem being Israel’s capital is not the first sentence of the article. By contrast, the article on Moscow states in the very first sentence that Moscow is the capital and the largest city in Russia. Similarly for London, it says that it’s the capital and largest city of England and the United Kingdom
⮞ They avoid mentioning the country that Jerusalem is located in – one would think that the Southern Levant is a country, if one did not know any better
⮞ It treats the Palestinian claim to the city as its capital as equivalent of it actually being the capital of Israel – even though it tacitly concedes Israel’s claim by noting that Israel maintains its primary government institutions there

In the past, I have very occasionally thrown them some chump-change, maybe a couple of bucks.
I’ll continue to use it (while of course recognizing that one has to be constantly aware of slanted crap).
