Jordan arrests jihadists in church funeral attack, begins airstrikes against armed groups in Syria

Jihad Watch reported: Jordan: Murderers of Christians at funeral praise Allah for the murders: ‘Allahu akbar, and glory belongs to Allah’.

The Nashama have chased them to the very end. We vowed the terrorists would not escape punishment, and no proponent of dark ideologies that divide Jordanians will be tolerated. We pray that the martyrs’ souls rest in peace and wish the injured a speedy recovery.

Jordan’s Public Security Directorate identified the three men arrested as Hazzah Zaidan Mohammad and Mishal Zaidan Mohammad (who are brothers) and their brother-in-law, Ahmad Sami Hussein. All are Jordanian.

Meanwhile, Jordan conducted airstrikes on jihadist armed groups in Syria. According to the Guardian:

 Jordan’s armed forces said the operation was conducted in coordination with Damascus, but Syria’s government gave a contradictory account, saying it had launched an investigation into the ⁠Jordanian attacks.

The Syrian government under the deceitful jihadist Ahmed al-Sharaa cannot be trusted. The country is a haven for ISIS.

Jordan is now saying it killed more than 20 Islamic State jihadis in airstrikes on Syria that were linked to the church attack.
