Worse and worse: In Italy some naïve bishops have decided to do their part for the interfaith racket, by teaching their flock about the “true” Islam, the Good Islam, the Islam whose Qur’an is the “revealed Word of God,” the Islam that evil islamophobes try to keep hidden. Italy’s Catholic bishops are promoting a new Islamic education program that describes the Koran as the “revealed Word of God,” while Cardinal Matteo Zuppi has said Catholic religion classes should be treated as a “laboratory of culture and dialogue.”
On October 21, Zuppi, archbishop of Bologna and president of the Italian Bishops’ Conference (CEI), presented the new educational initiative, “Factsheets for Understanding Islam,” at an event in the Palazzo Borromeo – the seat of the Italian Embassy to the Holy See in Rome. Promoted jointly by the CEI, the Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies, and the Italian diplomatic mission, the program is designed for teachers of Catholic religion classes in state schools.
Any Catholic teachers who may have thought there was something threatening about Islam must now get with the program, see Islam for the wonderful religion it is, and teach that to their innocent pupils.
Reflecting on his years as a religion teacher, Zuppi stated: “The only thing that was clear was that there was no need to teach catechism.” For this reason, according to him, Catholic religious education classes in schools should be conceived as a mere “laboratory of culture and dialogue.”
“The eleven sheets go beyond the usual clichés. They begin with ‘What Is Islam?’ and ‘A Brief History of Islam,’ then go on to address faith and theology [and] the Qur’an as the revealed Word of God,” Vatican News reported.
Created by a joint team of Catholic and Muslim experts who negotiated over differences to produce a single, mutually agreed text, the 11-module curriculum presents Islamic doctrine, including describing the Koran as the “revealed word of God,” under the pretext of eradicating “ignorance” and fostering social cohesion.
The Qur’an is not described as “according to Muslims” or “Muslims believe” that “the Qur’an is the revealed word of God.” No, the Qur’an is described in these materials to be used in Catholic schools simply as “the revealed word of God.” That’s what Muslims think. That’s not what Christians think. Or at least not until now, when the good bishops seem determined to confuse their flock. How discombobulating that must be to the young Catholic pupils, who always thought that their religion was the one true one, only to find their religion teachers suggesting that there is another one as well — Islam.
Will those materials about Islam now to be used in Catholic schools include the Qur’anic verses that call for violence against Unbelievers? Of course not. Think of all that will be left out from these classes on Islam. There is, for example, this: “So when you meet the disbelievers in battle, strike their necks until you have thoroughly subdued them, then bind them firmly.” (47:4) Or this: “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.” (8:12) Or this: “So when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists [Christians are meant, for their belief in the Trinity makes them, in Muslim eyes, polytheists] wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them of every ambush.” (9:5) And there are dozens more of the same violent ilk. And none of them will be included in the Catholic schools’ teaching about Islam.
And will these new materials include the most famous hadith of Muhammad, including those where he explains that “I have been made victorious through terror” and “War is deception”? Will the pupils learn that Muhammad insisted that “Islam is to dominate and not to be dominated”? Or will Archbishop Matteo Zuppi, so eager to prevent “Islamophobia,” want to keep those Qur’anic passages and those hadith from the Church’s innocent charges?
“I would send everyone to school, because there is remarkable ignorance [about Islam]…. The sheets represent the exact opposite of the clash of civilizations,” Zuppi added. He also praised the joint Catholic-Muslim text as a great “antidote to violence and ignorance,” while warning that news headlines critical of Islamic proliferation are “dangerous with islamophobia.”…
How will the texts that Catholic and Muslim clerics prepared jointly serve as an “antidote to violence and ignorance”? It is only keeping hidden the violence that is instinct in the Qur’an, a violence directed at all non-Muslims, including the Catholics who are accused of “shirk” — that is, polytheism — because of their worship of the Trinity. How will Archbishop Zuppi’s materials expose the supposed falsity of that “clash of civilizations” he wants to wave away? Only, it seems, by hiding what the texts and teachings of Islam really contain.
The Muslims must have been beside themselves with joy at the naivete of the bishops they were dealing with. If enough European Christians were to accept the version of Islam that those bishops are eager to disseminate, who will be able to withstand the Muslim conquest of Europe?
Father Alberto Gastaldi, director of the CEI National Office for Education, School, and University, defended the initiative by describing interreligious dialogue as “the very hallmark of Catholic educational commitment” and hailing the classroom as “the first true laboratory of dialogue.”
Interreligious dialogue with Muslims — what may be called interfaith racketeering — always ends up being a farce, with Christians hornswoggled into accepting the sanitized version of Islam that Muslim clerics peddle, while the Muslims constantly complain about “Islamophobia.”
“In a school classroom, learning about Islam through reliable and respectful resources does not mean abandoning one’s own identity. Rather, it means practicing that integral humanism which knows how to make room for the other.… Interreligious dialogue is not an occasional concession,” Gastaldi declared.
“Make room for the other”? When and where, in the last fourteen centuries of Islam’s existence, have Muslims ever “made room for the other”? When have Muslins engaged in real “interreligious dialogue,” instead of deceiving those of other faiths as to Islam’s true intention “to dominate and not to be dominated”? Islam is a faith that was spread by military conquest; everywhere it conquered other lands and peoples, it offered those non-Muslims it conquered, if they were people of the book (Christians and Jews) only three choices: to convert to Islam, to be killed, or to accept the status of “dhimmi,” which allowed them to live and even practice their religion as long as they accepted a host of economic, social, and political disabilities, including the onerous capitation tax known as the “jizyah.”
Bishop Gastaldi claims that “interreligious dialogue” is not “an occasional concession.” No, it isn’t: when that dialogue is with Islam, it is an uninterrupted series of concessions to those whom Oriana Fallaci scornfully described as “the sons of Allah.”
These bishops are blind guides, absolutely the wrong men for this moment in history, where the myrmidons of Islam are by the tens of millions now living inside the historic West, with their numbers steadily increasing, as they undermine Western civilization from within. Cometh the hour, cometh the man, so I have heard it said, but where, and who, is he?

The Catholic Church of old is the Catholic Church no more. Yes, there are many Catholics who are still reliably “old style” but the hierarchy of the Church is now overwhelmingly controlled by massively ignorant people—and with zero end in sight for this— and since the Church is not a democracy and never has been (and I don’t fault it for this nor will I ever fallaciously assume it should be) the “common folk” have no power to change this, only leave, and leave they should in droves because it should be crystal clear by now that the modern Catholic Church has become an enemy of Western Civilization and even of common sense and sheer survival. Sadly, there are a number of apologists for Islam, some are imams and mullahs and strangely enough, even some so called “Christian” leaders as those Bishops who have the false claim that Christians and Muslim both believe in and worship the same God. Therefore, it stands to reason that it’s important to know if this claims valid and true or invalid and false. The facts are that the god of Islam or the Muslims is a single being. In great contrast the God of Christianity, of the Christians consists as the Trinity.

Romans 10:9,10. Jesus raised Himself from the dead, John 2:19,20. The Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead, Romans 8:11.The inner-workings of the Trinity of God may also be seen in the fact that the Father sanctifies, First Thessalonians 5:23. In conclusion the many apologists and propagandists for Islam who make the claim that Christians and Muslims believe in and worship the same God are make an untrue and outright false claim. For the God of Christianity, Christians and the Bible is not the god of Islam Muslims and the Qur ‘an.

In addition, Islam denies that Jesus is God. Before going over these three denials of Islam it first should the stated the Bible instructs the way to tell if a prophet or religious teacher is really from and of God or not is do the teachings and doctrines of that prophet of teacher really fit in accord what is found in the Bible ? For if that prophet or teachers and teachers doctrines that are in contradiction to the Bible then that prophet is a false prophet and that religious teacher is a false teacher and thus in doctrinal error and darkness. Moreover, to further discover that the Bible teachings that Jesus is God all a person has to do is to compare the Old Testament with New Testament to see that Jesus is God. As in comparing Isaiah 45:22,23. with Philippians 2:5-11. Also by comparing Psalm 89:8,9. with Mathew 8:23-27. will reveal that Jesus is God. Likewise, by comparing Psalm 62:5-7 . with First Corinthians 10:4. shows the Deity of Jesus. Even by comparing the News Testament books together will show that Jesus is God. As in comparing Romans 14:12. with John 5:22. will show Jesus to be God. The list can go on but this should be enough, for all who are willing to see the truth, that Jesus is, indeed, the Son of God. That Jesus is God the Son and that Jesus is God.
The imams and mullahs as well as the other apologists for Islam will try to “explain’ this all away by making the claim that the Bible had been corrupted by Christians ,through time, and that’s way the Bible reads as it does.
This claim, very much, underestimate the Power of God to protect and preserve His Word ,through time , and to keep in intact and away from the corruption of men. has gone wrong–changing things that imo weren’t supposed to be changed. Not in keeping with the way things were done starting out and meant to stay that way. Hence, the great schism.
Also corruption and graft which led to the Reformation, and numerous branches of Protestantism. I’ve heard it said that the Reformation was “the egg the Catholic Church laid.” Just my opinion, of course.

It is strange and bizarre that Roman Catholic Bishops would claim that the Quran is the Word of God. The Roman Catholic Church of years past would never claim the Quran as being the word of God, the Roman Catholic Church of years past would claim that the Quran was a false book. These Roman Catholic Bishops are going against the very decrees that came out from the Council of Trent which in its statements define what the Roman Catholic Church believes to be the Bible. I am a former Catholic who became a Bible believing Christian.

Here’s something to consider: Saint Thomas Aquinas is the Apostolic Doctor of the Roman Catholic Church. He is treated by the Church as the highest theological and philosophical authority on the matter of doctrine and all that is Catholic.
But Thomas had an extremely negative view of Mohammed, emphasizing as he did (as also John Quincy Adams stated) that Mohammed was rooted in violence and lust and had false prophet written all over him.
So, Pope Leo, all you foolish bishops out there, whether in Italy or elsewhere, and so many other kumbaya Catholics (e.g., those running Catholic Charities), how do you square Aquinas with your recent takes on Islam, Mohammed in particular, and the Koran? And remember, as Mohammed goes so goes all of Islam, including it highest scriptural authority, the Koran.

It will be interesting when civil strife in Europe with Muslims reaches a violent level, which it ultimately will because of the Islamic command to dominate and subdue the world until all religion is for Islam’s Allah and by extention, Muhammad.
The LDS church has a “infallibility” problem when in comes to its Prophet and its twelve Apostles. When they make a statement, like the First Presidency in 1978, above, essentially saying Muhammad was a prophet and the Quran is revelation from the Abrahamic God, those leaders following are stuck with it and must integrate into their teachings.
The truth is more like, “assumptions were made in ignorance, beginning in the 1800s”. LDS doctrines and Sharia Law are in absolute direct conflict. The core of LDS doctrine allows personal free agency and respect for civic authority that is based in civic law. Islam offers neither.
If there is and LDS person or leader who reads this please explain how a religion originally designed to destroy villages, carry off booty and women(the Infidels), and force people to join, be taxed, or die can be integrated into Christianity? It appears that there is profound ignorance of Islam in leadership.

I am not and never have been LDS.I have read their book, “the Book of Mormon” and found it full of ridiculous nonsense.
I have spoken to many LDS….they don’t like to be called “mormon.”….and found them mostly ignorant of what Jesus commanded which exposes “mormonism” as something less than He commanded.. to them, their book ranks above the Bible.
They are soft spoken and friendly, but they are misguided. The guy who said that the fake ‘prophet’ of slime was the real deal….was either blinded by satan, or he wanted to mislead his followers for some personal desire.
