This is a threat wrapped in a deception. The Islamic Republic of Iran was already enriching uranium to just below weapons-grade, far beyond what was needed for any civilian purposes. The Ali Khamenei anti-nuclear fatwa never actually existed. Ahmad Naderi is trying to “strike terror in the enemies of Allah” (Qur’an 8:60).

An Iranian lawmaker appeared to suggest that Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei could be more open to pursuing a nuclear weapon than his father, Ali Khamenei.
“From Mojtaba Khamenei’s conduct, my understanding is that his fatwa will be different,” Ahmad Naderi said, in reference to the doctrine from Ali Khamenei claiming Iran would not seek a nuclear weapon due to religious motives.
Elsewhere, Naderi expressed his own support for pursuing such a bomb, calling it the ultimate military deterrence.
Different reports have detailed that Mojtaba Khamenei is more open to developing a nuclear weapon than his late father, but other top officials repeatedly claimed Tehran does not seek it.
Earlier this month, Vice President JD Vance addressed the contrasting remarks, saying that if Iran wants to “show a commitment to not building a nuclear weapon, they would do something meaningful on their enrichment capacity.”
“If you don’t want a nuclear weapon, then why do you need 60% enriched fuel? And if you want to show commitment to not building a nuclear weapon, don’t build highly enriched fuel. That’s a very basic threshold issue,” he added….

Mojtaba Khamenei has been dead as a doornail ever since Israel bombed Ali Khamenei’s compound with 30 Blue Sparrow missiles each with a 1,100 lb. high explosive warhead. Everything within a 200 ft radius turned to pink mist, and about 400 feet was the kill radius. The airanians are still playing the same charade that he is alive and giving orders.
And Ali Khamenei never issued an anti-nuclear fatwah.
Just give the IRGC, the mullahs and anybody connected to this regime their just deserts, occupy Iran for a year until a new government can be put in place, and be done with the problem. Eliminating this source of terror from the world can only have good consequences. The next point of order is to ease Islam out of the West.
