Iran is issuing a desperate call for unity among Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani officials, despite its proxy attack on Saudi Arabia. The Islamic Republic of Iran is hardly a country that would benefit the Saudis, amid the longstanding Shia-Sunni sectarian divide and a history of war with Saudi Arabia. And war continues to rage even after Iran’s call for unity, between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis, an Iranian proxy.
Clueless leftist organizations will reliably blame the U.S. as the cause of conflict between these two countries, but facts tells otherwise in the brutal 1,400-history of Islamic wars and conquest, which has included extremely bloody Muslim-on-Muslim violence.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated:
Our belief and conviction is that Islamic countries must place the principle of brotherhood and unity at the forefront of their relations based on the teachings of the honorable Prophet of Islam. Muslims are brothers to one another and must stand together as a united front against threats and actions targeting Muslim nations. If we make this fundamental principle the basis of our interactions, no ground will remain for the formation of disputes and problems among Islamic countries.
Pezeshkian’s call for Muslim unity comes amid the regime’s desperate weariness from war, amid its lies about its nuclear intentions.
The goal of Islam has always been a global caliphate. Despite the complicity of the ruinous woke who are aiding the stealth and violent jihad, that goal will face obstacles beyond infidel pushback, precisely because of the history of Islam’s deep sectarian divisions.

“Pezeshkian Urges Islamic Unity, Cooperation,” Tasmin News Agency, October 27, 2026:
Speaking at a meeting in Tehran on Monday with Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman, Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir and Turkey’s intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin, Pezeshkian said Iran is ready to support any initiative aimed at promoting solidarity, security and development among Islamic nations.
He stressed the need to prioritize common interests and shared religious and cultural bonds to resolve differences and prevent external threats from destabilizing the region.
Pezeshkian condemned Israeli atrocities in Gaza, Lebanon and elsewhere in the region, saying the aggression has also targeted Iran, killing senior officials, military commanders, scientists and schoolchildren. He called for coordinated action by Muslim countries to counter aggression and insecurity.
The president emphasized that regional agreements should be translated into practical steps, including improving transport connectivity, facilitating cross-border exchanges and expanding cooperation among universities, scientific institutions and businesses.
He said stronger economic, cultural and scientific ties would improve public welfare, bolster collective security and help address the conditions that fuel terrorism and instability…
Islam is bad says
Shia Iran called for a global Jihad back in 1979 (or as they called it, an Islamic Revolution) to promote Islam’s domination over the non-Muslim world.
The majority of Sunni Muslims weren’t inclined to follow a Shia-led global Jihad back in 1979.
But certain Sunni elements were inspired to rise up and start a Sunni-led revolution of their own because of the example set by the Iranians.
Between 20 November and 4 December 1979 around 600 Ikhwan Jihadis led by Saudi, Juhayman al-Otaybi, seized control of the Grand Mosque of Mecca. The Jihadis took hostages from among the worshippers and called for a general uprising against the House of Saud because of Jihadi’s claim that the Saudi government was co-operating with “Christian infidels” from the Western world, and the claim that Saudi government policies promoted secularism and were betraying Islam.
The Saudis, with specialist Western Counter Terrorism advice, eventually regained control of the Grand Mosque.
The USSR invasion of Afghanistan in late December 1979 provided a timely opportunity for the Saudis to redirect hot-headed prospective Jihadis over to Afghanistan to fight the “infidel Communists”, including one Osama bin Laden.
So it’s uncertain whether this latest 2026 plea by the Shia Iranians to put the principle of Islamic brotherhood and unity at the forefront of relations amongst Muslims will ignite global or even regional Jihadi fervour amongst the Sunnis in the same way Iranian calls did in 1979, but the world should be prepared for it.
