The Houthis have proven remarkably successful in their campaign to seize more of Yemen from the nationally recognized government. Even more impressive has been their successfully launching ballistic missiles into Saudi Arabia, striking Aramco facilities, civilian targets in Riyadh, and several airbases, including King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Abha International Airport in the south, as well as airports in Jazan and Najran near the border with Yemen.

And they have also been hard at work, recruiting child soldiers as young as twelve. More on how they are doing this can be found here: “Houthis abduct, indoctrinate kids to believe they are fighting Jews, Yemeni journalist tells ‘Post,'” by Danielle Greyman-Kennard, Jerusalem Post, October 8, 2026:
The Houthis have forcibly recruited children to fight in their war against Saudi Arabia and the Saudi-backed government, threatening families in territories they control and indoctrinating young people to believe they will be fighting against Jews and Zionists, a journalist who formerly worked in Houthi-controlled territory for a decade told The Jerusalem Post on Wednesday.
“A,” who spoke on condition of anonymity, explained that he feared the Houthis would punish his friends and colleagues still working in Yemen if they became aware of his communication with the Post. He noted that the Houthis are already holding several international humanitarian workers hostage, in addition to local aid employees.
Human Rights Watch (HRW) announced earlier this week that the Houthis have already sent at least eight people involved in human rights and humanitarian work for criminal prosecution on espionage-related charges punishable by death, since August 18.
Though the Houthis’ use of child soldiers has long been documented, A said, “The problem is escalating and increasing with the recent developments.”
“Whenever they control new areas, the first thing they do is force people to be recruited. Otherwise, they will be punished, they will be imprisoned, or they will be killed,” he explained….
“They exploited what they called the Islamic background and people’s support for the Palestinian cause,” he said, adding that it has now begun to backfire and there is a growing number of Yemenis who feel resentful toward the Palestinians.
“People are fed up even with the Palestinian cause because it has caused a lot of damage to the country. The sentiment of people toward the Gaza issue and the Palestinian cause has gone down sharply because they saw how the Houthis decided to kill Yemenis in the name of Gaza.
The Houthis have been identifying their Yemeni enemies as “Jews,” which both encourages recruitment to their ranks — everyone in Yemen hates “the Jews” — and also justifies the killing of Yemenis whom the Houthis have falsely claimed to be Jews.
But Yemenis also saw the effects of the Houthis turning the Red Sea into a war zone. This has isolated much of Yemen from all of its neighbors. And many Yemeni fishermen have stopped fishing in the Red Sea, because it has become too dangerous. They are now jobless, for fishing is the only occupation they know. This has turned still more Yemenis against the Houthis.
As the Houthis claim to be fighting on behalf of the Palestinians in Gaza, Yemenis who are suffering from the consequences of the Houthis fighting both inside Yemen and against Saudi Arabia have turned against those same Palestinians. They want nothing more to do with the “cause of Palestine.” Living peacefully in Yemen is all they now care about, and that won’t happen as long as the pro-Palestinian Houthis remain undefeated.
This turn in Yemeni public opinion against the Palestinians is akin to that which has taken place in Iran in recent years, where an impoverished public has protested against the regime with chants of “Death to Palestine” and “Neither Gaza nor Lebanon, my life for Iran!” By that last chant, they mean “Stop sending money to Hamas and Hezbollah; we need it here at home!”

If the UNITED NATIONS had any honor they would go after the head of the Houthis leadership. But we all know that the leadership at the United Nations 🇺🇳 is nonexistent.

“Terrorist-aligned leftist group learns Maoist war tactics at hidden US anti-imperialist summer camp for teens”
“Teens waved terrorist flags and learned Maoist war tactics at a radical “Anti-Imperialist Summer Camp” hidden in the Pacific Northwest, The Post has learned.
The late August camp, run by the terror-linked Anti-Imperialist Front USA (AIF-USA), was attended by teenagers from their offshoot, Revolutionary Youth, along with community college students and young workers, in the Pacific Northwest, according to materials provided to The Post by education watchdog group the North American Values Institute (NAVI).
Pictures from the trip showed nearly 20 hoodie- and bandana-clad campers sitting around a fire alongside flags from several terrorist groups, one of which read “Victory to the Axis of Resistance!” — the network that includes Hamas, the Houthis and Hezbollah.
Another picture shows the campers displaying flags from The Islamic Republic of Iran, the Palestinian flag, a green flag displaying the Shahada — the Muslim declaration of faith, and the Hezbollah flag.
The campers studied documents from multiple foreign communist groups that have been designated as terrorist organizations in their home countries, according to a since-deleted Aug. 21 post on their website.”

How the Houthis Recruit Child Soldiers, and How Yemenis Have Turned Against the ‘Palestinians’

More Islamic child abuse…

One thing that the Houthis did recently was to sign a secret agreement w/ the US via Oman, under which they would not hit the ships of any country – not even Israel, but they reserved the right to hit the Saudis. Then they channeled their efforts solely against Riyadh – hitting both Saudi shipping, as well as their oil facilities as far away as Riyadh. Armin Navabi hypothetized that this was US playing 5D chess and making the Houthis unintended proxies of the US and Israel, rather than the islamic republic
So far, the Saudis had been resisting letting the US use American bases in Saudi Arabia against the islamic republic, mainly b’cos their population still has enough Wahabi types who would resent the US fighting an islamic country on behalf of 2 Infidel ones. Under normal circumstances, they have no reasons to change that. But here, the US managed to channel all of the Houthi attacks not indiscriminately against world shipping, but specifically against the Saudis
So the Saudis signed the Mecca pact w/ Turkey and Pakistan, and found neither of them willing to militarily assist them. Then they begged Cairo, which is almost a vassal of theirs diplomatically, but here too, no luck. That sent them to the US, but we told them that we’re good: we have no issues w/ the Houthis now. THat then sent them to Israel, who gave them the intelligence they needed to protect Mecca, but has said that Riyadh has to publicly recognize Jerusalem and sign the Abraham Accords if they want meaningful Iranian support
I particularly cheered when the Houthis almost bombed Mecca, except that their missile was successfully intercepted by the Saudis, helping them save face. Publicly, I have no sympathy for them, and have always hated YouTube ads popping up on me lamenting the plight of the “Yemenis” (talking about north Yemen). They’re not fighting for their own religious liberty and right to follow Zaidi islam. They are fighting a jihad against 2 countries that by themselves have nothing against them: their flag simply says in Arabic “Death to America, Death to Israel”. There is no reason to be sympathetic to this population: I don’t even care that they have child soldiers. I’m all for the Saudi proxies – the Yemeni militia which they rent – to obliterate them, even if it means wiping out the sect of Zaidi islam

Infidel, do you have any citations for this secret deal where the US told the Houthis to attack Saudi Arabia? This seemed unlikely to me, and I can find no references to it.

I got it on Armin Navabi’s daily show, where he discusses the developments in the region. Note that he’s an Iranian Pahlavi activist campaigning for the ultimate restoration of the Shah. He analyzed the Houthi announcement a few weeks ago to only target Saudi ships, and then cited this agreement
I know that the reporting is important, but if one thinks about it, there is no reason that Ansar allah, a militia whose flag simply reads “Death to America, Death to Israel” would unilaterally decide to stop shelling American, and even less Israeli, ships, and channel all its rage at Riyadh. So it stands to reason that someone from their leadership must have contacted someone on the US and Israeli sides to have a ceasefire, where they would not attack US or Israeli shipping at all. There is no reason for either the US or Israel to have approached them, since both were doing a fine job shelling Houthi assets. So such an initiative had to have come from the Houthis
Only reason for both US and Israel to agree to it, rather than insist that the Houthis stop shelling Saudi assets either, would be what I cited above: both countries wanting something from the Saudis that’s not cold, hard cash. The US wanted free use of their Saudi bases, while Israel wanted the Saudis to sign the Abraham Accords so that other Arab countries would have less reservations about signing them either
Let’s see if Saudi’s Mecca Pact allies Pakistan and Turkey send troops to fight the Houthis

With all respect, Infidel, I think I would need more than this to conclude that the US is making secret agreements with the bloody Houthis to kill Saudis. And what is the supposed motive for the US?

USA has provided SA with advanced weapons, I cannot understand why the combined force of the SA and Yemeni govts. cannot annihilate the Houthis

Saudi Arabia has a weak military. While a part of it may well be that their people are incredibly spoiled and lazy, Armin Navabi theorized that the Saudis deliberately kept them weak, so that they’re never strong enough to stage a coup against the al Sauds. That way, Saudi Arabia avoided what happened decades ago in Iraq, Egypt, Libya when their kings were overthrown by generals: there has never been a Nasser or Gadaffi or Abdul Karim Qasim in Iraq. It worked, but it also meant that Saudi Arabia became a country to weak to defend itself from foreign threats
