This has led to accusations of “Islamophobia,” and every other candidate is kowtowing, but who really could be in favor of a “male-dominated invasion from terror-infested countries”?

KINGSTON — Municipal council candidates are being called on to condemn the campaign platform of a candidate that some have labelled hateful and racist.
On Monday night, the four mayoral candidates were asked by a member of the local Islamic community for their responses to campaign material published by a west-end candidate.
“A candidate in this municipal election is using Islamophobic rhetoric as a major part of his platform,” Sabena Islam said at the mayor debate. “Some of these tropes were in the manifesto of the terrorists who killed my family members in London, Ontario. So, as a visibly Muslim woman who has already experienced loss because of Islamophobia, I’m terrified.”

Dayal, who described himself on his website as a supporter of “global secularism” was not named during the debate but online comments have pointed out the problematic language used on his campaign website.
In an email to the Whig-Standard late Tuesday night, Dayal disputed the accusation that his campaign material was Islamophobic.
“I want to clarify that my platform is entirely secular and my election campaign does not engage with religious matters,” he wrote. “Personally, I think the word Islamophobia is a bogus word as a phobia implies an irrational fear, I don’t understand what is irrational there when everything is so obvious.”…
Sabena Islam called on the mayoral candidates to make concrete commitments to calling out Islamophobia and racism.
“I know you don’t want a generic answer, but that’s really all I’m equipped to give is that we’re supposed to all love each other and this is simply that,” said mayoral candidate Grant Bedard.
“I’m not going to give you the generic answer, but I will commit to figuring out a way that we can do better here by naming it, by talking about it and by ensuring that we don’t accept it here in Kingston,” said mayoral candidate Conny Glenn. “I don’t think any of us want to live in that kind of a community.”
“I was quite shocked. I was disgusted by what was said and what was being posted,” added mayoral candidate Vanessa Mensah. “There’s absolutely no room for Islamophobia in our community.”
“I was disgusted and horrified by what I saw,” said incumbent candidate Bryan Paterson. “I’m saying right now stand 100 per cent with the Muslim community against Islamophobia. As has been said, there is no room for hate in our community.”
Sabena Islam’s concerns were shared by the wider Muslim community, with its members reaching out to municipal candidates with their concerns and asking candidates to condemn Dayal’s campaign material….

Here these wretched, mentally challenged Muslims go again with their pitiful “Islamophobia” accusation. The word is now so over-worked and used out of context that you’d expect non-Muslims to respond with a hearty: “Get stuffed!”

As a suggestion to Trudeau’s Canadians – why don’t they just have all the jihadists in the US move to Canada. The ‘new’ Canadians will be happier to be reunited with others who hate the US and many Americans will be glad to see them go.

What other than kowtowing to Muslims would you expect in politically correct, ‘woke’ champion of the world, spineless Canada? Recently on tv I watched Conrad Black state that he had discovered that Canada has earned the reputation for being “the most silly woke country in the world”.
So when Sabena Islam – a dead giveaway that she is a Muslim – made the accusation of “Islamophobic” and being “terrified”, nobody in that ‘wet’, politically correct and woke Canadian audience possessed the guts to remind her of the Muslim terrorists who in 9/11 murdered almost 3,000 people in New York, that that Muslim attack had been followed by Muslim jihad attacks killing hundreds in London, Paris, Brussels, Nairobi, Mumbai, Nice, Berlin, Orlando, that on October 7, 2023 Muslim Judaeophobic terrorists had committed an atrocity in Israel, and that all over Africa thousands of Christians have been murdered by Muslim Christianophobic terrorists.
Just a little guts could have silenced this Muslim ‘victim’ whiner, Sabena Islam, but no one there possessed any. Further, you can take Islam’s claim of being “terrified” with a grain of salt, but to the poorly informed about constant Muslim atrocities it would have sounded so appealing.
Regarding “hate” in their Kingston community, if not so clueless they’d know that they had bags of it from Muslims. Its part of their staple diet.
