Sally Rooney is an acclaimed Irish novelist and screenwriter who is described in Encyclopedia Britannica as “‘the first great millennial novelist’ after publishing several well-received novels that highlight issues of class inequality, intimacy, art, and politics in the 21st century.” This influential millennial role model supports the terror group Palestine Action, and the woke are making her out to be a hero. “What is Palestine Action? Sally Rooney Books Pulled Over Ties,” by Miranda Jeyaretnam, Time Magazine, October 15, 2026:
Sally Rooney’s publisher said the Irish author will no longer sell her books in the U.K. after the country banned a pro-Palestinian group she promised to financially support.
Rooney had pledged to donate royalties from her bestselling novels, which include ‘Intermezzo’ and ‘Normal People,’ to Palestine Action, a group banned as a terrorist organization by the British government.
Her publisher, Faber, said in a statement on Wednesday that it decided to no longer supply her work “in the U.K. in any format.”…
Rooney has long expressed her support for the group, and called the British proscription “a truly extreme assault on ordinary rights and freedoms.”…
Palestine Action is a pro-Palestinian group based in the U.K. that describes itself as a “direct action movement committed to ending global participation in Israel’s genocidal and apartheid regime.”…

The UK government officially proscribed Palestine Action as a terrorist group in July 2025. Membership in the group and even expressing support for the group is now punishable by up to 14 years in jail.
Palestine Action is also a drain on British taxpayers, as they bear the cost to security of the group’s terrorist activism as it defies British laws. Last year, police arrested nearly 900 at a London Palestine Action protest.
As reported by the Telegraph, Palestine Action has also been declared a global terrorist organization by the US, and “added to a list that includes Hamas, al-Qaeda and Islamic State, meaning supporters face a lifetime ban from entering the US.”
On June 2025, Palestine Action activists broke into RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire and spray-painted two RAF Voyager military aircraft with red paint. According to the police, their action resulted in 7 million pounds ($9.4 million USD) worth of damage to two aircraft.
Their destructive actions were escalating to anarchy in the name of a deadly cause: the “resistance,” as outlined in the Palestinian National Charter, which means the destruction of the state of Israel from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.
Palestine Action is a threat to national security. Despite what this group is, the Guardian gave dramatic support to Sally Rooney. An article by Zoe Williams entitled Sally Rooney’s stand on Palestine is brave and humane asserts:
It’s hard to think of a published author in living memory who risked arrest in the UK for their political beliefs, hard to think of one whose books could be published anywhere but here. Sally Rooney went into this debacle with her eyes open: she said last July that royalties from her books, and their BBC adaptations, would be used to support Palestine Action.
Rooney’s courage is not so much in risking imprisonment, since there is a fix for that, which is what she’s doing – avoiding the UK. Rather, she has chosen the thorniest possible path for this cause.
Double take: “the cause”? The Guardian is once again acting as a spokesperson for the “cause” of “Palestine.” Do such words not imply that the publication is in support of Palestine Action, since it took up the defense of Rooney over her support of Palestine Action? The Guardian is risking whatever may remain of its journalistic integrity to become an instigator to an outlawed terrorist organization and an activist for the deadly Palestinian cause. The article in the Guardian is dangerous.
As for Sally Rooney, this celebrated author has now become an icon for the Palestinian cause.
The implications of Sally Rooney’s activism should serve as a wake up call for her country. She serves as an exhibit of how misguided her generation and country are collectively.
The Palestinian cause is the central cause of the Muslim ummah. The cause incorporates violence posing as justice. The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Mohammed Amin al-Husseini, was a historic leader of Arab nationalism and the Palestinian cause, before the founding of the state of Israel. He allied with Adolf Hitler and Adolf Eichmann to murder Jews in the Holocaust. His motive was to make sure Jews did not settle in the land of their forefathers.
In 2024, JD Vance made a statement that may have been prophetic. He remarked that the UK could become “the first truly Islamist country with nuclear weapons.” What else can you call a country in which a prominent newspaper such as the Guardian is hailing an author who supports a global jihad terrorist entity such as Palestine Action?

“The Guardian” bankrolled NAZA!

Wouldn’t this be more alarming?:
“In 2024, JD Vance made a statement that may have been prophetic. He remarked that the UK could become ‘the first truly Islamist country with [United States supplied] nuclear weapons.’”
Didn’t Pakistan make the first Islamist nuclear bomb?
The “Suicidal Empathy Force” is strong in the UK with some political leaders even sugesting a return to the EU.
