The U.K. government continues to make any excuses it can to minimize its own culpability and dereliction of duty to British citizens, as well as its misuse of public funding. Not only are British citizens pouring their hard-earned money into supporting unvetted illegal migrants — many of whom receive far better benefits than British themselves receive — but as threats to national security escalate, so does the need for more security. Costs of security are high, so there are many other expenses also associated with the government’s neglect of its actual responsibilities.

The cost of housing asylum seekers in hotels has surged by more than a third despite Labour’s pledge to end their use.
Taxpayers were spending an average of £199 per person per night on hotel accommodation as of April, according to figures revealed by the Home Office.
That marks a 37 per cent increase on the £144.98 figure previously provided by the department last October.
The latest bill amounts to £1,393 per week for each asylum seeker housed in a hotel….
