Angry protests erupted against police who arrived in motorcade escorts that were described as “larger than what the Prime Minister or King would get,” in order to welcome and transport illegal migrants to special accommodations that British taxpayers paid for. The spectacle was obscene, a slap in the face that many British citizens found unbearable.
It should go without saying that police should be there to keep illegals out of Britain, not to welcome them in.
British citizens have a right to know exactly who gave the order for this motorcade. The egregious disregard for British citizens is blatant, and humiliating for the world to see. This comes on the heels of the UK government’s announcement at the UN of a jarring new crackdown on free speech.
With the motorcade arrival in Gosport, many citizens came out in protest, only for police to rough them up:

Protesters blocked roads near Gosport tonight as authorities prepared to bring illegal migrants ashore from a large Channel dinghy.
3 coaches sent to collect the group reportedly turned around after the road was blocked.
It now looks as though officials may try to land them somewhere else instead.

Police eventually arrested six protesters in an incident where only 51 migrants were “ultimately taken to Dover after their boat, which had travelled to the UK from France, was intercepted.”
Mainstream media reports presented the Gosport incident as an unnecessary melee that the “far right” conjured up, but they failed to point out the grand welcome that arrived to escort the illegal migrants, mostly Muslims from Africa and the Middle East. Also, the mainstream left presents illegal migrants as victims, while the valid concerns of British citizens are summarily dismissed. The illegal migrant invasion of Britain continues slowly and insidiously. While politicians in the Labour party insist that illegal entries are down to 17,784 this year (45% lower than last year), that number is significant in itself, and does not justify the reckless government inaction or its failure to secure British borders.
France is also being blamed for assisting the migrants:
Shadow home secretary, Chris Philp, said Tuesday’s “chaos” showed the UK was seeing “illegal immigrants crossing at will over ever larger distances and in ever larger boats”. “This latest fiasco shows that the French are not even trying to stop the illegal immigrants’ boats,” he added.
Both France and Britain are to blame, but it is the citizens who pay the ultimate price: the cost to transport, house and support the illegals, as well as the risks to national security. The politicians are not the ones who are contending with illegals in their neighborhoods, and it isn’t their families that Muslim rape gangs are assaulting, so they don’t care.

A massive motorcade has been seen leaving Gosport in Hampshire tonight (September 22), with a string of vehicles heralded by blue flashing lights seen making its way along the motorway.
The fleet consisted of a number of police vehicles, ambulances, and several empty buses which had left passengerless after a migrant boat appeared to be headed for the seaside hamlet of Gosport.
According to the French coastguard, around 60 migrants on a small boat spent more than 33 hours at sea “in precarious conditions” and refused help as they were “determined to take all risks to reach the United Kingdom”.
They were intercepted by the RNLI, as per one MP, and were instead transported “to Dover by water”, meaning that the massive coaches already dispatched to the Hampshire seaside were no longer needed.
It has since been confirmed that the 60 or so migrants who refused help from the French coastguard, who then spent more than 30 hours at sea, have arrived in Dover.
