Slavery is acceptable in Islam. The Qur’an has Allah telling Muhammad that he has given him girls as sex slaves: “Prophet, We have made lawful to you the wives to whom you have granted dowries and the slave girls whom God has given you as booty.” (Qur’an 33:50)
Muhammad bought slaves: “Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported: There came a slave and pledged allegiance to Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) on migration; he (the Holy Prophet) did not know that he was a slave. Then there came his master and demanded him back, whereupon Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: Sell him to me. And he bought him for two black slaves, and he did not afterwards take allegiance from anyone until he had asked him whether he was a slave (or a free man).” (Muslim 3901)
Muhammad took female Infidel captives as slaves: “Narrated Anas: The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, ‘Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned.’ Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives. She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet. The Prophet made her manumission as her ‘Mahr.’” (Bukhari 5.59.512) Mahr is bride price: Muhammad freed her and married her. But he didn’t do this to all his slaves:
Muhammad owned slaves: “Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah’s Apostle was on a journey and he had a black slave called Anjasha, and he was driving the camels (very fast, and there were women riding on those camels). Allah’s Apostle said, ‘Waihaka (May Allah be merciful to you), O Anjasha! Drive slowly (the camels) with the glass vessels (women)!’” (Bukhari 8.73.182) There is no mention of Muhammad’s freeing Anjasha.
“Journalist who reported on slaves in Qatar jailed,” Joshua Washington, August 10, 2026:
This is Abdullah Ibhais. He is a journalist and Jordanian national who blew the whistle on slavery and human trafficking in Qatar. For his actions, Ibhais was sentenced to five years in a Doha prison and was released after serving three years, in March of 2025.
Now, according to his family, Abdullah Ibhais was “abducted from the mosque” by the Jordanian General Intelligence Directorate (GID) in the capital city of Amman. This happens to be just two weeks before he is supposed to testify as a witness in a US District Court case concerning allegations of forced labour and human trafficking associated with the 2022 World Cup.
Qatar is one of the biggest perpetrators of human trafficking and the global slave trade, and most of the migrant slaves are from Africa and Southeast Asia. And yet, earlier this summer, Qatar announced its efforts to “partner” with Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the US….

We’ve known for years that Qatar is a worldwide hub for human trafficking, but because of its location being strategically important, we’ve turned a blind eye to that particular atrocity.
Qartar wants to partner with historically black colleges/universities as a simple ruse/cover. Now, when accused of modern day slavery, of any kind, it can point out what they support or are partnered with black enterprises. It is one of the oldest ruses ever used, but, unfortunately, the weak minded fall for it every time.

If you look very, very carefully…you’ll see a giant dildo, which represents Qatar and Islam very well.

That says it all. Yet Muslims constantly claim that slavery has nothing to do with Islam–or even risibly claim that Islam was intended to abolish slavery. But the “filthy Kuffar” have done this long since–yet slavery is still rife in the Islamic world.
And why not? The “Prophet’ Muhammad himself was a slaver who enslaved his victims, slave traded, and raped his sex slaves.

On a different note, during one of my views about Iran, I saw one islamic republic claim that it had reduced Qatar’s LNG production by 90%. To the extent that it is true, I welcome it: it’s the one good think this regime has done on what might be its last gasp. When Doha’s cash flow has been reduced by 90%, I doubt that they’ll still have 💸 to bankroll Western institutions in favor of islam. Oh, and that’s also the one thing good about the Hormuz blockade
