Hamas “managed the discourse and the narrative.”
Everything coming out of Gaza is Hamas propaganda. The turning point in the Oct 7 war came when the media chose to uncritically publish all of it and politicians and much of the public chose to believe it. There is no such thing as ‘journalism’ in Gaza. All there is organized manipulation.
And the manipulators have been greeted with cheers and honors for pushing this propaganda.
Gazan photographer and journalist Motaz Azaiza said he filmed Israeli hostages being beaten by a Gazan mob on October 7, 2023, but chose not to publish the footage because he feared it could put the Palestinians involved at risk.
“I saw the vehicle of the Al-Qassam Brigades, and there were Israeli captives there,” Azaiza recalled. “People got out, watched, beat them, hit them, and I followed them and filmed. But I did not publish those videos. Why? Because I did not want to ruin the lives of the people who were filmed.
A Nobel Peace Prize nominee and one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world, Azaiza has become one of the most recognizable figures associated with the current war.
The photographer said he experienced Hamas’s suppression apparatus firsthand. He described a WhatsApp group called “Smart,” which he said is managed by a Hamas media official at the Rafah crossing and used to organize online campaigns against journalists who challenge the group’s narrative.
The media propaganda was being coordinated by Hamas.
It’s not as if Azaiza was hiding his views all that much. Politicians and the media just covered it up.

On April 6, Melissa Fleming, under-secretary-general for global communications at the United Nations, posted that she was “so moved” to meet with Azaiza.
All of this is a choice. A choice to lie. A choice to ignore the truth. And a choice to support Islamic terrorism while pretending not to.

The muzziescum didn’t want to publish the photos of the other terrorists because Israel would be able to hunt them down and punish them for what they did to the hostages.
This is called *aiding and abetting* before, during and after the crimes were committed.
This scum should be prosecuted for his part in covering up the crimes of his fellow scum.
