British commentator Andrew Fox explains why the “two-state solution” is dead here: “The two-state solution is dead – and Israel won’t commit national suicide to please Britain,” by Andrew Fox, The Jewish Chronicle, September 15, 2026:
Britain’s latest sanctions are intended to bring a two-state solution closer, yet the British government possesses neither the leverage to impose one nor the means to guarantee Israel’s security afterwards. Israelis are being asked to commit national suicide….

Israel will not commit national suicide. Its claim to Judea and Samaria is based on 3500 years of history connecting the Jewish people to those territories, a connection that the League of Nations recognized when it created the Mandate for Palestine in 1921. But there is another, independent reason why Israel must hold onto Judea and Samaria: without them, Israel has no strategic depth. A Palestinian state in those areas would leave Israel with a nine-mile-wide waist from Qalqilya to the sea, so that an invader from the east could cut Israel in two within a few hours, before Israel’s reservists could be called up. Judea and Samaria are also on much higher ground than the coastal plain where two-thirds of Israelis live; the Palestinians would loom over a much diminished Israel; Ben-Gurion Airport itself would be under the guns of “Palestine.”
Keep reminding people that the Arabs already have 22 sovereign states. They want a 23rd Arab state, by reducing the one Jewish state back within the 1949 armistice lines, so that its defense against an aggressor would be hopelessly undermined. That state of “Palestine,” both the Hamas Charter and the Palestinian Authority have made clear, would expel the 750,000 Jews living within its borders, and would not be a peaceful neighbor, but would carry on a campaign, through diplomacy, to further delegitimize the Jewish state, while also serving as a base for continual terrorist assaults, by Arabs from all over, on the rump state of Israel.
No Israeli government will ever agree to such an outcome. Those pinning their hopes on Gadi Eisenkot defeating Benjamin Netanyahu in the October election and accepting a “two-state solution” do not realize that he has already committed himself to opposing that “two-state solution.” There will never be a state of “Palestine” west of the Jordan River. Jordan’s population is even now 80% Palestinian, and that artificial country should rightly become the state of “Palestine.” The October 7, 2023 attacks awakened even the Israeli left, the former peaceniks, to the genocidal depth of Arab hatred of Jews. There is not, and never was, a true “two-state solution,” no matter how many times the phrase is repeated by the Great and Good. The only “solution” to the jihad against Israel is deterrence, with Israel continuing to build new towns and expand existing ones, in order to strengthen its hold on Judea and Samaria, while leaving the local Palestinian Arabs to govern themselves to the maximum extent possible consonant with Israel security.

Israel is right to not agree to a two state solution. Look at what the nasty British Colonialists did to India by splitting it into India and Pakistan in 1947. The two state solution is a suicide. The problems will never go away. The consequences are deadly. My own family was victimized along with millions of Hindus and Sikhs.
Islam is bad says
The so-called “nasty British Colonialists” didn’t randomly split India into India and Pakistan in 1947.
They did so at the insistence of the Muslim political group, the
All-India Muslim League (or AIML), who since 1906 had been advocating for separate Muslim territory.

Israel knows only too well that the two-state solution is the first step to a very much desired one-state solution.
Walter Sieruk says
Concerning the idea of what some call a “the two state solution.” This subject was explained in a rather clear way in the newspaper with an article which provides information that is in no way outdated . For it applies to September 2026 as when it was first Printed . Its The Epoch Times April 3-9, 2024, A-14. Which informs its reader that ”Before October 7th 2023 there was a de facto three-state solution , given that Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza were all separate states ruled by their own governments, two of which were illegitimate without scheduled elections.
It was not Israel, but the people of Gaza and the West Bank who institutionalized the “river to the sea” agenda of destroying its neighbor.
Israel would have been content to live next to an autonomous Arab Gaza and West Bank that did not seek to destroy Israel in their own ‘one –state solution.
Furthermore, Hamas had proven not only the its words but ,more terrible murderous actions, starting on October 7th, that it wants to completely destroy the State of Israel and even commit genocide worldwide on the Jewish people. That Hamas jihad attack and continued further Islam terror/murder attacks reveals the terrible folly and total lack of wisdom in the very idea of a “two-state solution.”
Walter Sieruk says
A so called “two -state solution” is in reality ,no solution at all . It would never work.
For example, Hamas had proven that, not only the its words but ,more terrible murderous actions, starting on October 7th, that it wants to completely destroy the State of Israel and even commit genocide worldwide on the Jewish people. That Hamas jihad attack and continued further Islam terror/murder attacks reveals the terrible folly and total lack of wisdom in the every idea of a two-state solution.
Therefore, that so called “two state solution” is not really a valid idea and not a genuine solution. It will definitely not stop this awful Israeli –Muslim land conflict.
Thus, a “two state solution” is out of the question. .This is because a “two state solution” not really a “solution” but an Islamic ploy of deception , a smokescreen and hoax and a fraud.
To put all this in another way , October7th with those Hamas Islamic terror murderous jihadist attacks into Israel from Gaza exposes that even the idea of some people of dividing Jerusalem as well as other parts of the State of Israel between the Jewish people of the Muslim/ Arabs is nothing but folly. To engage the madness of such “talks” is a hoax and a farce .This is because in the so called “negotiations” between the heads of the Jewish nation of Israel and the leaders of the “Palestinians” the Muslim /Arabs the “Palestinian” leaders will speak the truth only when in happens to fit their agenda. The rest of the time the will be speaking half-truths and outright lies. For their goal is to obtain all of the land of the State of Israel. Even in it takes much time and it means getting the land piece by piece. Therefore, those “peace talks” are a hoax.
For the “Palestinian” leaders are employing what is the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya . Which is the Islamic dogma that lying and deception are good things to do as long as it’s done for the cause of the advancement of Islam. This insidious scheme is part of the stealth jihad . Such sly and something subtle strategy of disingenuous speech, lying deception of achieving the goal of all the land of Israel a war ploy that will be a disaster if the heads of the State of Israel are foolish enough to agree to divide the land of Israel with Muslim /Arabs ,the “Palestinians.” For if such a “peace dialogue” results in a divided land, the outcome will literally be murder. For “Palestinian” leader will allow the jihadists use that land as a base to launch murderous rocket attacks in to Israel. As for example, Hamas of Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Such false hopes for peace which are based on the foundation of lies are nothing new when it comes to Israel. For example, the Bible in Psalm 55:20, 21. Reads “Such men do violence to those at peace with them and break their promised word; their speech is smoother the butter but their thoughts are of war.” [N.E.B.]

Even that leftist US President Franklin D. Roosevelt with all liberal socialist ideology still had more common sense and understanding and would have realized that the idea of a “two state solution” is, in reality, is no solution but a recipe for disaster. The reason why this is so is because a “Palestine state” that would be, no doubt, controlled by wicked jihad-minded Muslims with all their Islamic intolerance would only be a set up for a catastrophe in the Middle East.
As President Roosevelt, had so very wisely declared, “No compromise can end that conflict. There never has been—there never can be—successful compromise between good and evil. Only total victory can reward the champions of tolerance, and decency, and freedom, and faith.”

There already was a two-State solution in 1948 between Arabs and Jews. There were no ‘palestinian people’ invented until about 1964. They were invented to wipe Israel off the map and annihilate Jews. Seeds of world conquest by the Islamists are laid out in the Quran.

Palestinians already have a state. It’s called Jordan.
Edmund Carey says
The ironic thing here is, that the death of the two-state solution is virtually the motto of the propagandists for BDS. They declare that only a one-state solution is either possible or just, and of course that sounds all fair and enlightened and not focused on ethnic identity. An endorsement of diversity, while Israel is racist – a country for one people. When in reality it is a plan to bring the hated Jewish state to an end by swamping the Jews there with an Arab majority population, since killing people has never worked.
Declaring the two-state solution dead – and the reasons for doing so listed above certainly sound good – may be inadvertently buying into the latest fashionable program for destroying Israel.

While I know that they are not likely to win, I do wish that Itamar Ben-Gvir or Bezalel Smotrich were the leading candidates in the Israeli elections happening next month. B’cos their solution – known in Israel as “Transfer” – is the way to go. They can do a carveout for the Hebron Arabs, who has indicated their wish to secede from the PA and sign an Abraham Accords like treaty w/ Israel, but otherwise, expel all the Arabs who refuse to be like loyal Israeli Arabs to any Arab country of their choice

Good for Israel. The leftist media focuses on the I hate Israel groups in the USA but as an American I will tell Israel that the invisible to the leftist media Americans either support Israel or dont care at all what Israel decides to do over there.

Actually, for anyone with half a brain it is crystal clear that it isn’t just I hate Israel but I hate Jews wherever they are.

If anyone thinks the Israels are brutal wait until they find out how brutal Americans can be when they find themselves up against it. If you doubt that read history or ask any of our enemies over the last 250 years. In these modern times we haven’t even yet begun to fight. For a long time now we have just been sitting back and observing.
