Should a hostile foreign Islamic organization be able to threaten American elected officials?

God bless our troops and god bless all the hero’s from that day,” Alderman Mike Adkins of Quincy, Illinois posted in commemoration of the upcoming 25th anniversary of the Islamic terrorist attacks on America.
One of his posted images included a billboard favoring President Trump’s immigration ban noting that “19 Muslim immigrants killed 2977 Americans” on September 11, 2001.
The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorism funding trial, whose leader has endorsed Islamic terrorist attacks, and which was banned as a terrorist group by two states so far, is demanding that Adkins be removed for ‘Islamophobia’.
CAIR, which will be holding its big shindig a day after the 9/11 anniversary, is a powerful organization and has been applying pressure to the community demanding “accountability” from the alderman for what it claimed was an ‘Islamophobic’ message and in a statement warned “we urge the Quincy City Council to hold Alderman Adkins fully accountable.”
The Quincy City Council and Mayor’s office have reportedly been barraged with demands and threats from extremist leftists and Islamists. It’s an open question of whether they will bend to the incitement of terror-linked organizations before 9/11.
Even as the media outlets smear Alderman Mike Adkins over his Facebook posts, other patriotic and humanitarian messages posted by Alderman Adkins included a commemoration of a massacre of Jews during the Holocaust and of WWII hero Audie Murphy.
Should CAIR, a hostile foreign Islamic organization which has been accused of ties to terrorists, have the ability to threaten American elected officials?

Of course – CAIR is the embodiment of a 5th column within our country. They spew anti Semitic and any American propaganda. They birthed and support the spread of racism and hate throughout our university system via Students Support of Palestine. CAIR has no place in our society and should be removed.

This is an attack on Mr. Adkins’ freedom of speech.
If anyone caves to the *illegal* pressure from the ghouls of cair, those ones should be taken to Court….sued for a violation of Mr. Adkins’ civil….and guaranteed by the Constitution…rights.
For years, these muzzie ghouls have been pouncing ***on the freedom of speech rights**…every time someone says, writes, or indicates something the ghouls don’t like.
The ghouls say whatever they want….and people don’t threaten them….but they use their huge mouths to threaten those who dare to tell the Truth about them and their muzzie cohorts.
And in many cases, they win….apologies and retractions….and that is just plain wrong. The Freedom of Speech is not limited to the evil mobs of muzzies.

ENOUGH!!! This alderman has 1st Amendment rights. Uncle Sam has to start sending Islamists back home. The U.S. must no longer recognize Islam as a religion. It is an invader wherever it goes. No more tax free status. No more Islam scolding the U.S. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition. Vote! Vote! Vote!
