I was interviewed by the French scholar Grégoire Canlorbe.
“Stealth Jihad in the West: A Conversation with Robert Spencer,” by Grégoire Canlorbe, Gatestone Institute, September 16, 2026:
Robert Spencer is a Christian American scholar writing on topics including Islam, Orthodoxy, and the Byzantine Empire. The director of Jihad Watch, he is a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center. He has led seminars on Islam and jihad for organizations like the FBI, the United States Central Command, and the U.S. intelligence community.
Grégoire Canlorbe: Please tell us about the different ways of jihad. What is the extent of their work in the U.S. and elsewhere in the world?
Robert Spencer: There are many forms of jihad. Besides armed jihad, there is jihad of the tongue, jihad of the pen, jihad of the pocketbook and many more. The goal of all of them is to destroy the existing order of non-Muslim states and replace that order with the hegemony of Sharia.
Stealth jihad is well advanced in the U.S., with the entire American left enabling and aiding the expansion of Muslim political power, without realizing or caring that they are supporting a radically intolerant and supremacist ideology. In Europe, this process is already even farther advanced due to the high level of Muslim migration, which could lead to civil war, as well as, demographically, to Islamic states on the continent — and in Britain — before the end of this century. Russia is not exempt from this phenomenon, but currently has fewer Muslims, and therefore less jihad.
Canlorbe: How do you assess the future of America, which was founded as a Christian nation?
Spencer: America has, to a much lesser extent than Europe but nevertheless unmistakably, cast off its Christian heritage to a tremendous degree. The popular culture, educational system and mass media are actively anti-Christian, and have managed a large-scale transformation of public attitudes and beliefs over the last half-century. This has created a vacuum which Islam is eager to fill, as it is doing in Europe. We see in particular the increase of churches being bought and transformed into mosques. Muslims in general prefer this to building new buildings: the transformation of a church into a mosque is for them a visible manifestation of Islam’s victory, superiority over Christianity, and coming hegemony….

The exact date of this posting is September 17th, 2026, which is US Constitution Day.
With the history of the United States, first came the Revolutionary War, then after America won that war, later in the year 1788, the US Constitution was officially ratified by Congress , and from that year onward this is the law of the land for America.
So in this century during this “War of ideas” starting on 9/11 to now in this year , it should be known that those stealth jihadist Muslims who are living in the United States who attempt to have Sharia enacted in the US in place and instead of the US Constitution. They need to be reminded that the United States had something that is far better than Sharia. It’s the US Constitution. This is America, not Saudi Arabia or Iran.
As the former US President, Theodore Roosevelt, had well-spoken when he declared in a speech “There can be no fifty-fifty Americanism in this country. There is only room here for only hundred percent Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else.

We read it here….and it is what we have learned over time.
The sad thing, the bad thing, the worrisome thing, those who need this information the most, will refuse to take it in, or consider that they need to do so.

This is some of it…..from medhi hasan….lies, and more lies as he calls Ms. Mace, names.
“Mehdi Hasan blasted Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) as a “racist bigot” on Piers Morgan Uncensored Thursday.
The pair were debating radical Islam when Mace said, “I’ve seen what they’ve done in foreign countries when a woman shows her hair being stoned to death, being put to death. That’s not the kind of ideology that I want to see here grow in the United States.”
Morgan offered Hasan the opportunity to respond.
“People like Ted Cruz and Nancy Mace” are responsible for “dangerous” rhetoric that pervades the Republican Party, he answered.
We know it’s dangerous. We know that if you say it about another minority, it’s dangerous. You wouldn’t say that Jews should be banned from public office. And it’s interesting that the congresswoman started her comment saying she’s afraid of radical Islam. Lots of people are afraid of radical Islam. I’m afraid of radical Islam. I don’t want to be killed by a Muslim terrorist like anyone else. But that’s not what she said. She spent the last few weeks, just the last few weeks, forget the last few years, attacking Muslims in general. Right? She has said that no Muslim American should hold public office in this country.’

In using the term “radical Islam”, Mace gave Hasan wiggle room.
He knows there’s no “radical” version of Islam.
He saw the opportunity and ran with it.
If she did say no to any Muslim holding U.S. office, well, there is that Dr. Oz situation.

this is only a “stealth jihad” because exposing islam as it really is
is not allowed, censored and criminalized
and it is easier to think all peoples have the same values and want similar lives for their children
accept the reality of islam is untenable and horrifying for many and they are in willful denial

I’d just comment on the last question you got from M. Grégoire Canlorbe
I’d tweak it a bit. I’d say that all religions that have a recognized leading clerics, such as the various leading Christians sects (Roman Catholicism, Church of England, Russian Orthodox Church…) as well as in Mahayana Buddhism (w/ the Dalai Lama). However, faiths like Judaism or Hinduism, that don’t have leading clerics and are driven by traditions – are less susceptible to them
