One Nation has called on the Albanese government to establish stronger federal powers directly targeting fundamentalist Islamic terrorism.
It comes amid revelations that a Melbourne preacher urged followers to “take up arms” against Christians and Jews in Australia.
In response, One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has urged the government to establish powers to shut down extremist prayer centres and dismantle recruitment networks.
The Melbourne preacher made the inflammatory remarks at a local Islamic centre.
Ms Hanson said Labor was choosing to turn a blind eye to terrorist advocacy and recruitment and needed to address the threat head-on.
“The first duty of government is to protect Australians. Labor is failing at this duty,” Ms Hanson said.
“Fifteen people were murdered in a terrorist act at Bondi. Now Australians are reading reports of an Islamic preacher urging followers to take up arms.
“Labor and the Greens keep reaching for broad laws covering the whole community because they are too scared to confront radical Islamic terrorism directly.”
Ms Hanson said the government needed to directly target the “fundamentalist Islamic preachers”….
As usual, no one could intelligently argue against Hanson’s warnings, so they resort to smears such as “far right” and “racist,” which usually work against cowardly politicians. Most mainstream media in the West has a leftist bias, and has become mouthpieces of leftist governments.

Hanson makes the irrefutable point that Hindus are not calling for jihad. She is correct. Leftists make criticisms of Islam about “racism,” but that argument is a big lie, as Hanson emphasizes when she points out that Hindus are not the ones calling for jihad. Neither is any other religion. No one but Muslims move to Western countries and demand special privileges, or call for jihad, or both. Islam is aggressively expansionary and employs deceit like no other. Muhammad stated “War is deceit.” He also said: “I would love to be martyred in Allah’s Cause and then get resurrected and then get martyred, and then get resurrected again and then get martyred and then get resurrected again and then get martyred” (Sahih al-Bukhari 2797).

I live in Australia and have always voted for the liberal party, our conservative party, as in liberalism, pro business, freedom, john Stuart mill and all that. I will probably vote for one nation because they might almost end Muslim invasion while the liberals are too weak on that issue. One nation recently announced a list of countries they would not accept migrants from because their values don’t mesh with our western values. Maybe to avoid criticism they were willing to accept people from Qatar and Kuwait which I thought was pretty piss weak. But they are better and tougher than the other parties.

Good idea. One Nation is to Australia what Respond Britain is to Britain. Thankfully, in the US, the GOP has changed, but otherwise, most Western conservative parties, like the Conservative Party of Canada, the Tories in UK, the CDU in Deutschland, et al have morphed into weird blended parties – Right leaning economically, but Left leaning on immigration and nationalism. So it’s time for major “renegade” parties like One Nation, Respond Britain, AfD in Deutschland, PVV in the Netherlands, Vlaams Belang in Belgium, National Rally in France, Vox in Spain and so on to become the major standard bearers of Right wing politiics in the West. Even if their economic policies may be somewhat populist and betray the traditional Milton Friedman schools of economics

Yes, infidel, the liberals show no signs of getting tough on letting Muslims into Australia. There has been an extraordinary change in the political scene out here. The main parties were always Labor and the liberal and national party coalition. One nation was a minor fringe party. Now the liberals have fallen greatly in popularity and one nation has surged in popularity. The problem might be the types of candidates one nation choose to run for election. Also they may not manage the economy well. But I think they are worth a shot. We’ve got to get rid of this useless Labor government.

How is One Nation on issues other than islam/immigration? Things like managing the economy, restoring gun rights, other social issues?

Well, we are still a fair way away from an election, infidel, so they are not going into much detail. There is a worry about whether they could really govern because they have always been a fringe party. There’s a worry about what sort of freaks they might choose as candidates for election, people who will lack discipline and go off on their own direction. Then again Labor are full of idiots who have never done proper jobs, only politics. People are really doing it tough out here, because rents and property are so expensive. We all pay money into superannuation funds for use in retirement so one policy by one nation is to let people get some of that money to use to pay mortgages and rent. I don’t think it is a good idea because I can see plenty of people spending their superannuation money and needing more welfare money when older and retired. Other policies I don’t know although I think they have them outlined online under one nation. On immigration they want a huge cut down to 130,00 per year.
