“Hard to imagine a more out of touch with reality speech than Macron at UN”
Netanel Shukrun, a French citizen living in Israel, was recently murdered by a Hamas terrorist in Samaria before the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur, only to have French President Macron show up at the UN and lied about Hamas not being in the West Bank.
His son later recounted the horrifying moment when the terrorist opened fire at his father.
“We got into the car. Dad sat in the back seat and dried himself off, while I sat in the passenger seat next to the driver. Suddenly he shouted at me, ‘Yoav, there’s a terrorist here,’ or ‘Yoav, this is a terror attack,’ something along the lines of ‘run.’ I didn’t realize there was an attack until he shouted. I turned my head and saw the terrorist actually shooting at Dad,” he said.
Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan, who attended the funeral, addressed Yoav, saying, “He told you, ‘Terrorist! Run!’ Yoav, you are a true hero; Dad is proud of you for listening to him. You saved your own life and the lives of everyone who was at the spring, because the terrorist ran after you,” the report added.

President Emmanuel Macron showed up at the UN and rather than mentioning the murder of one of his citizens or any of the core issues France is suffering from, such as illegal mass migration, went on a rant about Israel, claiming that Israel was engaged in a “shameful spectacle” in Judea and Samaria, which he called the West Bank, and claiming that it was needless because Hamas was not active in the West Bank.
Not only was Macron lying, but Hamas has just murdered a French citizen and father of six in the West Bank.
“Look at what is happening in West Bank, where there are violations every day. In the name of what? Hamas has never struck in the West Bank. This every day makes it more impossible to achieve respect for the Palestinian people’s legitimate right to exist,” Macron clamored.
“The grotesque absurdity of Emmanuel Macron’s statement is staggering,” said a statement by the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
“Hamas terrorists carry out attacks against Jews almost every day. They have murdered countless Israeli civilians in Judea and Samaria,” it said, using the Biblical name for the West Bank.
“Hard to imagine a more out of touch with reality speech than Macron at UN,” Huckabee wrote on X on Wednesday.
“Hamas is an evil scourge, and they have killed innocent American citizens.”
But the Macron regime continues supporting Islamic terrorists instead.
Still Macron was echoing the “Hamas has never operated in the West Bank” meme which is completely false, but has been widely spread across establishment circles in social media. It’s as false as the genocide lie, but more easily disprovable because of the numerous Hamas attacks that have occurred in the area. The Macron rant shows how high up it has spread.

Macron is highly symptomatic of how Western leadership (if you can actually call it leadership) in our era is aiding the destruction of Western Civilization, all the while the Islamic world, quite arguably the most dismal, destructive and parasitic portion of mankind, and your traditional authoritarian jokers like China and Russia (yes, Russia, a nation which never learns and is amazingly consistent respecting being on the wrong side of almost every matter ) are delighted by all of this since they are, without exception, mortal enemies of liberty, something the West explored as no other civilization or society ever has, and which the Western Left is destroying from within because it cannot distinguish between liberty, which requires knowledge and discipline to survive, and license, which is what happens to liberty when knowledge and discipline are absent and thus liberty becomes terribly abused.
I apologize for the appallingly long sentence above. There is no excuse for it unless one takes a Dickensian view of sentences, which quite apparently I do at times.
In any case, as Israel goes so goes the West and one knows this or should know it. Macron doesn’t.

Yeah, Netanyahu brought that up in his UN speech an hour ago. Not that it would mean much to Macron: he’s perfectly happy for Mohammedans to be on the rampage within France itself and kill native Frenchmen, so why would he care about French Jews killed in Judea/Samaria?
