Trump says he would ‘absolutely’ ban Sharia in the U.S.

All right, so do it, then. If he doesn’t ban Sharia, and he will almost certainly not actually do so, there will come a time when Americans will have to choose between Sharia and a free society. The choice will be between according women and non-Muslims equal rights, or relegating them to second-class status. The choice will be about whether or not there will be the freedom of speech. And much more. The choice will eventually be impossible to avoid.

US President Donald Trump has said he would “absolutely” support banning Sharia law in the United States, insisting that the country must operate under a single legal system.

Trump did not explain what practices such a prohibition would cover, how it would be enforced, or whether he intended to support a particular Bill. He also offered no evidence for his assertion that Sharia law was already operating in parts of the country.

The remarks came during an interview with conservative broadcaster Glenn Beck, who asked whether Trump would advance or sign what he described as a “no Sharia law act for America”.

“On Sharia law, I would absolutely say that it’s not this country; it’s no Sharia law,” Trump replied.

Trump claimed that Sharia law was being followed in some parts of the United States, but did not identify any location.

“And you do have pockets of it, as you know. I would say no,” he said.

The President referred to London and Paris while arguing against allowing a religious legal code to function alongside the American system.

“You go to London, you go to Paris, it’s almost like a second way of life. It’s ridiculous,” he said.

Trump did not provide examples or evidence to support those claims….

There is a superabundance of evidence for anyone who is willing to be honest about what’s happening in Europe.

    • Freedom of religion means that anyone can worship–but *not* break our laws.

      In other words, you can worship the Volcano God, but *not* sacrifice virgins to him.

      Shari’ah violates our civilized laws, and is *not* legal here.

      • Similarly, the government can ban public funding privileges to organizations that are against the USA Constitution. Islam is against US Constitution due to Muslim funding, teaching, and promoting discrimination, violence, segregation, and terrorism against women, children, and Non-Muslims. Allah in Qur’an 49:15 teaches, “Surely the believers[Muslims] are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed JIHAD with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.” See also Qur’an 2:191; 4:89, 91; 8:60; 9:5, 29, 111; 47:4; 48:29, etc.

    • The so called ‘law’ is in opposition to the Constitution. Since the Constitution says “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” is guaranteed to all, and the muzzies impose their ‘way’ on everyone, they are in conflict.
      One cannot have the “freedom and guarantee” of a “pursuit of happiness” and at the same time, have some group of ghouls dictating everything….what can be eaten, times when one is forbidden to eat, little girls being sold into slavery to a rapist, rules on who one is allowed to marry, and so many other dictatorial mandates….

      And muzzies don’t allow “freedom of religion” when they impose islime on everyone in their society. Nor do they allow freedom of speech.

      So, yes, it can be legally banned.

        • The U.S. Constitution and the laws that flow from it guarantee the right to BELIEVE–or not– while limiting he right to PRACTICE.

          Wife beating has criminal consequences—when relevant statutes are enforced.

    • PRCS–with all respect–he means that Sharia is not going to be the *law of the land*.

      And while Muslims using stones to wipe their butts is disgusting, it is *not* going to be criminalized, nor should it be. What we don’t want here are laws legalizing child marriage, sex slavery, the crushing of art and freedom, and mass slaughtering unbelievers. I don’t think you want this, either.

        • PRCS, I take your point, and I am not usually a fan of duplicate laws–but clearly the fact that our laws ban Shari’ah is *not* always observed. We have seen this in many stories here. I think that states which *explicitly* ban Shariah law are right–this is not just a pledge, but a clea message to Muslims that stealth Shari’ah is not going to work there.

        • Our laws DO NOT ban religious laws.

          They criminalize practices.

          Imagine the national teeth gnasing should a politician submit a bill preventing Muslims alone from preying (as sh abels it), fasting, and similar practices.

        But: he and members of his administration (Miller, as one example) certainly could make public announcements re: swearing to “support and defend”—one hand on Qur’an.

        Add 9:29—which prohibits American Muslim lawmakers from creating/enforcing laws which permit what ‘Allah and His messenger” have made unlawful.

        • Agreed. And if we *could* legally have the most offensive parts of the Qur’an banned, this would just leave *us* ignorant. Muslims would continue to use unexpurgated texts.

  7. Islam cannot exist without Sharia. People born into a Muslim family automatically are denied freedom of religion, they are forced to be a Muslim, on penalty of death. So America is kidding itself if it thinks it can allow Islam within our borders and maintain the American way of life and the various freedoms and rights that go along with that. We cannot afford to give 24/7 security 365 days a year to all of the people Islam wants to kill.

    The left massively recovered in the polls, and reform collapsed.

    Reform was projected to hold 374 seats. That collapsed to 174. The labor party alone went from 80 to 245 seats projected now.

    The percentage polling as well flipped on the right wing as a whole, Labor looks super strong.

    Public funding is a privilege that should not be granted to organizations that are against the US Constitution.   11. It’s weird to say that you are going to ban Shariah the only way to ban evil Shariah is to ban Muslims since I’m pretty sure all evil, barbaric Muslims are determined to impose Shariah. If you’ve got Muslims you’ve got scum who want to enforce stinking Shariah. We need to wake up and ban Muslims. Nothing else will save our societies in the long run.

    • The way I see it is that the average Joe is not informed about what can happen if Sharia is allowed to enter into our system of Law and Order. I have tried to warn my own family after some things happened to me that I felt were an attack. They yelled and called me racists. I fear that ignorance will be the main problem here. People watch massive streaming and do not pay attention to what is really happening. My neighborhood is completely changed after the Biden administration allowed massive immigration into our country. As a Christian, I love my fellow man but I will not allow ignorance to blind my eyes to what is happening to my country. Education is the secret to opposing Sharia Law. People must wake up!

        • Tim. The other factor is not only all these people praising Islam and hair, thanks to Tucker. But also these dumb women who are the Islam speech police. You can’t even say a drop against Islam, sharia or Palestine or you’re labeled crazy.

          Dumb Australian women are the Islam police. Trust me a lot of people have those feelings and you can’t even say kind it get it out of them, but they won’t cross the line to think more critically because of the white Islam police.

          It is “verboten”. Islam protectors have become very militant and their motherly instincts seem to kick in. They have no kids so I guess it kicks in with Muslims, the protected class, the mother will protect. Palestine is also very protected, more so than Islam.

          Also, believe it or not, you can go research it, but in the UK, you could have a serious legal problem should you criticize Islam, especially online. It is the same with the British women driving this behind the scenes.

    • He will not. He’s stuck too far up the butts of our worst enemies of Qatar and Turkey. Anyway, he seems to not understand the Quran and their history. What’s wrong with him? Something has him believing that none are a threat if they get “a deal”, but even that’s hard to believe anymore.

      He’s allow Islam to run a mock in the U.S. and dangerous groups like CAIR, Momdani, and now Al Sayed dig their evil tentacles throughout our, well….everything!

      I voted for him and had high hopes, but he’s a freaking traitor at this point.

    • It sounds too vague to be honest. He is probably just rallying the base on this one. It is a complicated concept, what it means to ban sharia.

      If he’s talking about sharia laws being the law of the land, well that’s already banned, and it would be challenged in the courts and struck down by both sides.

      What I think is happening is there is secret sharia. For example pretend you’re my sister and we have a dispute over an inheritance. The community pressures us to go to an Islamic imam and he will “mediate” and we stay out of the court system.

      Then suppose I win and you lose. You’re unhappy you think he’s corrupt or whatever. Then
      You file an official lawsuit. Then the Islamic community would banish graven image forever and you’re disowned because you disobeyed the voluntary court.

      It will be hard to ban that. It’s vague, voluntary and our religious freedom stuff is very powerful here. We could even open Pandora’s box and set a precedent the left could weaponize vs Jews and Christians.

    • Sharia had a benefit for a very uncivilized people to organize them, and that was the end of the usefulness of sharia laws.

      It was just meant to be very basic stuff that was enforced quickly , there was no time no resources for long trials. You chop the hand off and move on.

      But that is of no use to any society. You’ll only go backwards. It is like glorifying the donkey and abandoning the F150. The donkey had its use….. and it won’t help your society if you ban trucks and use donkeys because your stupid book says so.

These words spoken by some Imam, ” Islam is incompatible with Western Values.” Even the 4 Basic UN Human rights don’t fit in with Islam. Next time there’s a major Atrocity committed by Islamists in the West, the West should formally declare WAR on Muslim Majority countries. They’re all in it.

    there have been mass deportations in the past. there is precedence. Both clinton and bo sent large numbers packing….and due process didn’t seem to matter much to bo.
