The U.S. Constitution and Islam’s shariah “cannot coexist,” Robert Spencer told Newsmax on Sunday.
Spencer, who runs the Jihad Watch blog and is the author of “The Tragedy of Islam: Failure and Excuses,” told Newsmax’s “Sunday Agenda” that Americans should take seriously the debate over Islamic law amid controversy surrounding plans for a new mosque and Islamic center in McKinney, Texas.
“Shariah is an all-encompassing system of laws that covers every aspect of life,” Spencer said, arguing that it conflicts with constitutional protections and U.S. law. “It’s either going to be the U.S. Constitution or shariah, but the two of them cannot coexist.”…
Spencer said the potential for competing legal systems is precisely what concerns him.
“Islam is inherently political,” he said, contending that implementing sharia would result in discrimination against women and non-Muslims and restrictions on free speech….
Spencer warned that Americans should resist any effort — Islamic or otherwise — to establish a parallel legal system that would supersede U.S. courts.
“If we do that in the United States as well,” Spencer said, “it will be the end of the U.S. as a free society.”

How do we allow individuals who take an Oath to obey our Constitution and laws in order to become a US citizen, at the same time these individuals have already sworn to their cult book, Quran to only obey and swear a jihadistnici allegiance to Islam?
Do we need to refuse/deny US citizenship from these individuals until they swear to not pledge allegiance to Sharia Law?

It is true that Islamic Sharia law and the Constitutional Law of the United States cannot coexist. These are two very opposite forms of government. As a result Sharia must be banned in the United States. There must be one legal system in the United States for all people living in the United States. The big problem is that any sizable community of Muslims will want to govern themselves with Sharia law and force Sharia law on all non-muslims.

Islam was already banned in America in the 1800’s by Andrew Jackson. People now are just not paying attention to laws that were long already on the books. With the subversive and insidious Muslim Brotherhood being so very active across the United States, it stands to reason that Americans should be aware of those stealth jihad- minded Muslims who are living the US who attempt to have Sharia law enacted in this country.
Attempting to fuse Us Constitution and Sharia is like trying to mix water and oil together.
This is the United States, and has something that is far better than Sharia law. It’s the US Constitution. This is America, not Saudi Arabia or Iran.
