Media complains calling him ‘Mohamed ‘ is Islamophobic.
Here we go again.
Islamist Michigan candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s full name has a Mohammed in there. It’s Abdulrahman Mohamed El Sayed. Now unlike Barack Hussein Obama, whose name was a bit hard to place for Americans without the ‘Hussein’, there’s not a lot of ambiguity about it.
Abdul El-Sayed isn’t exactly Jack Smith or Bob Jones.
But still he chose not to call himself ‘Abdulrahman Mohamed El Sayed’ maybe because it wouldn’t fit on a campaign sign.
Democrats and their media however are now complaining that anyone who calls him ‘Abdulrahman Mohamed El Sayed’ is an Islamophobe.
Other examples immediately started piling up, from the Republican National Committee casting El-Sayed by full name as a “terrorist supporter” to NRSC Vice Chair Jim Banks’ comments saying Michigan’s union Democrats wouldn’t “want to vote for a guy like Abdulrahman El-Sayed.”
Emphasizing El-Sayed’s full name and casting him as a terrorist follows a familiar strategy of using Islamophobic rhetoric to target Democrats of color: Conservatives often invoked — and, sometimes, continue to invoke — former President Barack Obama’s middle name, Hussein, as a derogatory reference despite his not being Muslim.
Sen. Tim Scott on CNN quickly brushed off the attack.
The same media that refused to note the blatant antisemitism of Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign, is now squealing that using his full name is ‘Islamophobic.’

and no muzzlim should be trusted, whatever his full name. I’d rather be thought of as a phobe than to actually *be* a muzzlim. But rather than call him by name, I’d prefer slug, thug terrorist, liar….scum and enemy.

Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed without the “Mohamed” isn’t fooling anyone unless you think Abdul- rahman is a typical Mexican name.
Abdul – first of a compound word meaning, “Servant of”
rahman – “Merciful”. One of the 99 names of Allah, often written as al-Rahman.
“Servant of the Merciful”, “Servant of Allah” are equivalent.
El-Sayed is often an Egyptian equivalent to Sayyid, meaning master, lord, or prince”
The guy was born in the USA, is very accomplished, published in medicine and public health issues. Frankly, I would be more concerned about his political leanings than his Muslim inheritance. He does want an arms embargo on Israel but so do many other Americans who follow no religion.
Although I disagree with him about Israel and also about limiting ICE because citizenship means nothing if its privileges can be stolen – given his inheritance and background, El-Sayed is what you would expect and what his parents wanted.
Let’s be honest, the reason he is even mentioned here is because he is not good for Israel and might be an enabler for Islam in US national politics. That’s why he shouldn’t be elected.
