Democrats, and leftists in general, are becoming openly and more brazenly fascist in their tactics, primarily targeting Christian ethics. Their obsessions are with abortion and aggressive transgender activism. The new law also “explicitly intertwines reproductive rights with gender-affirming care, creates strict new criminal penalties for those who intentionally interfere with individuals seeking or providing these medical services.”

“Advocates warn New Jersey law could criminalize prayer outside abortion clinics,” by Kate Quiñones, EWTN News, August 21, 2026:
New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill on Aug. 20 signed a bill that criminalizes “interference” with “reproductive” or “gender-affirming” care, a law that opponents say has serious implications for freedom of speech.
The law criminalizes inflicting “emotional harm” against those seeking or providing “reproductive health care services.” It also bans filming and sharing videos within 100 feet of an abortion clinic.
Under the new law, an officer can “order the immediate dispersal of a gathering that substantially impedes access to or departure from an entrance or driveway to a reproductive or gender-affirming health care facility during the business hours of the facility.”
The measure is a type of “bubble” law, which creates zones around abortion clinics where free speech is limited in “buffer zones.”
Violations of the law could be punished by up to 18 months’ imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine.
New Jersey Right to Life Executive Director Marie Tasy criticized the law, describing its provisions as “inherently subjective” and the law itself as “a serious danger to free speech.”“Peaceful sidewalk counseling, prayer, holding signs, or simply offering help and alternatives outside a facility can easily be labeled ‘intimidation’ by someone who claims to feel threatened, leaving pro-life advocates open to criminal charges that are difficult to disprove and chilling constitutionally protected expression,” Tasy said…

In 1993 Bill Clinton pledged to make abortion safe, legal and rare. All these years later women have a slogan “my body my choice”. Well, if women “choose” to accept men’s DNA into their “bodies” that makes abortion a men’s issue too. If men choose not to have anything to do with a baby they have that right. That right has been and is ignored up to this point.

On a side note Clinton also criticized $300 billion dollar deficit we had at that time. Everything has changed and not for the better.

There is so much wrong here. The First Amendment of the Constitution.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”
And dont talk about States Rights. The Supremacy Clause in Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution (ratified in 1788).
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
They want to go after parts of the US Constitution? Namely the First Amendment and it’s defender the Second Amendment. What if a group decided to go after a part of the US Constitution such as the 19th Amendment? Muslims would support going after that. Do they really want to head down that slippery slope? Apparently they do.

Yes, tgusa, this *law* is unconstitutional. It will need to be challenged by someone who is bold and gets arrested. His attorney can then take it to the courts.
It’s an abridging the freedom of speech, and it’s a prohibition of the freedom to practice one’s religion. Those Christians who stand outside baby-killing businesses are there to share their faith in Jesus and His love for the babies and the mothers who may think they have nor other choice.
So many people have taken that “broad road to destruction.” Willingly.
