Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s wife Rama Duwaji is heading to Syria and Lebanon next month – and she’s bringing along cops assigned to the First Couple’s taxpayer-funded NYPD detail, The Post has learned.
Duwaji will be jetting to the Middle East for a trip beginning Sept. 20 to the countries on the State Department’s “Do Not Travel” list for Americans because of dangerous conditions, a source said. Duwaji, a 29-year-old Syrian-American artist, has ties to the region and refers to herself as a “Syrian Illustrator” on her website. Her parents are Syrian Muslims originally from Damascus.
Syrian was taken over by Al Qaeda and ISIS Jihadis as part of a Turkish backed coup. Lebanon continues to be dominated by Hezbollah.
Both Islamic terror groups have a lot of American blood on their hands.
They’re the sort of enemies that the NYPD used to track, now they’re providing security for an Islamic terror supporter traveling to an Al Qaeda state in the wake of the 25th anniversary of September 11.
I don’t imagine there’s any danger for Mamdani’s wife, but there’s likely some danger for the NYPD unless there’s members of the force’s growing Muslim contingent.
Our response to September 11 was to try to benevolently bring ‘democracy’ to the Muslim world while bringing as many people from Muslim countries to America as possible in order to protect them from themselves.
This is how it’s working out so far. And as Europe constantly reminds us, there’s still further we can fall unless we wake up.

This is not supposed to be covered by taxpayer money. It isn’t a ‘state’ visit and she should have to pay out of her own “artist’s” pocket.

Yes. Islam and its Muslim Organizations SHOULD NOT BE publicly funded by taxpayers since they do not adhere to the US Constitution because of Muslim discrimination, segregation, violence, and terrorism as taught in Islamic Law and in Islam’s Qur’an. Hence, Islam and its Organizations should not be granted privileges from the State like tax exemption, charitable status, public funding, etc. if they do not adhere to the US Constitution and USA Laws.

The reason why is this so is because , in reality, there is not nor was there ever a genuine land that is “Palestine.” That is a man-made fiction. Therefore, that “Palestine flag.” is a fake “flag.”
Furthermore, viewing this from the light of history ,“The land of Israel was renamed Syria Palestrina by Hadrian, the Roman Emperor. Following the second revolt against Rome in AD 132- 135. The Philistines had always been the enemy of the Jews .and as such it was an insult to the Jewish people.” [1]
To put this in another way, that Hadrian had deliberately intended the renaming of Israel to be an insult and offence to the Jews.

I think Mamdani’s mother pick her .She worked for the mother’s “film company ” a film company bankrolled by Qatar to make Islamic propaganda films. When Mamdani was running for mayor his relation and the marriage was keep secret why? Good point. When the First Lady (or First Gentleman) of any place visits another place, in what way is s/he representing her husband’s office? In business, this is unheard of (unless the spouse is a business owner or employee): how is it tolerated in Government?

City Hall initially stated that an NYPD security detail would accompany Duwaji, claiming it was done on the “strong recommendation” of the police department. The New York Police Department publicly contradicted City Hall, stating that officers are not deployed to Level 4 advisory countries for discretionary personal travel. Mayor Zohran Mamdani later addressed the confusion on local media, calling the conflicting statements a staff “miscommunication” and confirming that his wife’s upcoming trip will take place without any NYPD officers accompanying her.
At least the NYPD brass had the guts to tell Mamdani “no.” Otherwise, we taxpayers woud be financing police protection for this overseas personal trip into a war zone.
