His Communities United Party sought £10 million from Trump for allegedly defaming Muslims living in the Forest Gate area, but a High Court judge dismissed the claim in October 2016. Everyone knew that what Trump had claimed was true — there are parts of east London, heavily Muslim, where the police will enter only in groups, so fearful are they of attacks on lone policeman.

A Muslim political leader who once tried to sue Donald Trump for £10million has been arrested and jailed for cheating an elderly woman out of her life insurance.
Former mayoral candidate, Kamran Malik, 59, posed as a solicitor through his firm KM Legal Ltd and stole a woman’s £51,000 life insurance payment.
Malik is not now, and never has been, a solicitor. No one asked for proof; his many marks assumed he was telling the truth.
Footage released by the Metropolitan Police shows the moment Malik, whose left hand was in bandages, was arrested in his living room in January 2022.
In the video, the conman from Plaistow, east London, tells the arresting officers that they have got the wrong person.
‘It’s basically, this one, I am not actually the person – I’m the attorney right,’ he said.he said.
He even assured the police that he was an attorney (solicitor rather than barrister), no doubt assuming they would not take the trouble — about one minute of searching the internet — to check.
He was arrested in his home for pocketing the life insurance payment owed to Cydatty Bogie after her friend Cynthia Smart took her own life in 2017, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard.
Malik also took more than £12,000 in rent payments from Ms Smart’s flat in Ilford and tried to sell a pensioner’s £400,000 home while posing as an ‘attorney’….
After Cynthia Smart committed suicide, Kamran Malik rushed to her flat to steal whatever he could find, including a large number of rent payments made in cash to her as a landlord.
This Muslim serial fraudster and thief was convicted of six counts of fraud. He was sentenced to 6 ½ years in prison. His preposterous political dreams are now forever dashed. The man who once ran for mayor of a London borough will never run again. The man who stole from the dead — including the suicide Cynthia Smart — has had to disgorge whatever he stole. He, and his wife, have been left with nothing. The man who tried to swindle a pensioner by selling his property out from under him by posing as his attorney will no longer be able prey on the elderly and the naïve. When he gets out, with his criminal record, he’ll be unemployable except for the most menial of occupations. I think he won’t be able to stand such a life — so far beneath him! — and will return to Pakistan, his country of origin, to try his schemes out there, far from Blighty and his criminal record. I can imagine Kamran Malik in Karachi or Rawalpindi selling a “house and messuage” in Cornwall or the Cotswolds to unsuspecting fellow Pakistanis, knowing that by the time they learn that there are no such houses, he will have disappeared among the tens of millions of his countrymen.
