Hamas-linked CAIR claims Trump writes ‘anti-Muslim’ post, says U.S. ‘does not belong to any one race or religion’

The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has stated the obvious, that America does not belong to one race or religion. But what CAIR wouldn’t say is that America is governed by a Constitution, built on Judeo-Christian principles, and that there is one law for all people under its flag; anyone challenging the rule of law must be opposed. Only one religion poses a threat to this order: Islam. CAIR is infamous for its deflections and deceit, as is clear yet again in its latest statement following Trump’s comment. “CAIR Says ‘America Does Not Belong to Any One Race or Religion’ After Trump’s Anti-Muslim Post,” CAIR, August 9, 2026:

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today said “America does not belong to any one race or religion” after President Trump posted an Islamophobic image online. In a post on his Truth Social platform, President Trump shared an image of himself and the first lady Melania Trump in formal attire beside a photo of Abdul El-Sayed and his wife, who wears Islamic head scarf, or hijab. “Two VERY DIFFERENT America’s [sic],” read the post.

In a statement, CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad said:

“America does not belong to any one race or religion, and President Trump does not get to decide who counts as an American.

“An American man of Egyptian descent is just as American as an American man of German descent, and an American woman wearing a hijab is just as American an American woman without one. President Trump’s racist and bigoted social media post was not just an attack on American Muslims, but on the idea of America itself.

“We call on President Trump to immediately remove this hateful post and to uphold his responsibility to represent all Americans…

Nihad Awad exposed his own jihadist mindset when he stated after Hamas’ October 7 barbaric savaging of Israel: “The people of Gaza only decided to break the siege the walls of the concentration camp on October 7. Yes, I was happy to see people breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land and walk free into their own land that they were not allowed to walk in.”

CAIR was deemed a terrorist entity in Florida and Texas and named an unindicted coconspirator in a Hamas terror funding case.

Trump did not suggest that America belonged to any one race or creed. He already knows that America belongs to everyone who is in America legally and who abides by its Constitution, of which the First Amendment freedom of speech, is the cornerstone.

There is a noticeable pattern: No religion in America has ever so relentlessly challenged the constitutional rights of citizens except Islam. Sharia is at odds with the American Constitution and with all free societies. It is supremacist, expansionary and abusive to human rights. For years, Islamic lobbies such as CAIR have chipped away at America’s First Amendment rights, smearing anyone who criticized Islam as “Islamophobes.” Leftists bought into this dangerous branding, some because of naivete and adherence to DEI principles, or for fear of the “Islamophobia” battering ram. Of course, many Marxist/leftist leaders are seeking to tear down America and simultaneously acquire the Muslim vote.

The same jihadist process is seen globally — in the West, Africa, India, the Middle East which Islam conquered (except for Israel). Islam subjugates via stealth and violent jihad.

What Trump accomplished, albeit clumsily, was to shine a searchlight on the stealth jihad which has been exploiting Western freedoms under the cover of darkness for decades. This has been a particular methodology of the Muslim Brotherhood — a core transporter of Islam into America and throughout the West:

The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Proecess” with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.

What better way to accomplish this than by fervently working to install dedicated Muslim leaders into positions of power? Following Trump’s statement was a media frenzy of the woke frothing at the mouth over his so-called “Islamophobic” rhetoric, wildly attempting to discredit him and to discourage any questions of why he would make such a claim in the first place.

Trump’s stirring up the hornet’s nest is just what’s needed to restore the freedom to scrutinize Islam, as well as any ideology that’s inherently dangerous to the order of America. The motives of those Muslims in leadership who are loyal to Islam should be particularly scrutinized. America has practically been crippled in the face of the advancing Sharia, and now the gloves are off, thanks to Trump.
