The IDF revealed on Thursday that Hamas is using the Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis to carry out interrogations and torture the Palestinians, in a push to retain control of the Gaza Strip through fear.
According to the IDF investigation, conducted in cooperation with the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), Hamas is using the second floor of the hospital’s outpatient clinics as an interrogation facility.

I believe that ALL Gazans had a voluntary role in October 7th and its aftermath. If you used the Sodom and Gomorrah test for Gaza (10 righteous persons), Gaza would fail. Everyone was either Hamas, a Hamas co-actor (Islamic Jihad), a Hamas supporter, a Hamas enabler, or a Hamas sympathizer. It will take two to three generations devoid of Islam, for the inherent rage against Israel and the Jews to disappear from Gaza. Educating young Gazans in Christian parochial schools, isolated from their Muslim parents, would probably do the trick.
Israel should just take out the hospital and all Hamas occupied sites, even if they contain “civilians,” The court of public opinion should not matter because Israel gets blamed for civilian deaths in any military incursion, even those manufactured or staged by Hamas. In other words, the court of public opinion would be the same, even if Israel conducted a real genocide. Under International Law, however, Israel can legally hit schools, hospitals, etc., if Hamas is using them as bases, weapons manufacturing/storage places, or if they are holed up inside.
World condemnation will rage for about a week, with UN complaints and indictments by the International [Kangaroo] Court of Justice, and then all will forget. It will be the same as when Israel uses every precaution to minimize civilian deaths.
